Britney & Iggy's #PrettyGirls has fallen out of the iTunes Top 10
Earlier today, Idolator had reported that Britney & Iggy's 'Pretty Girls' was tumbling down the iTunes Chart. It can now be confirmed that 'Pretty Girls' is out of the iTunes Top 10. The song currently sits at #13, right behind Meghan Trainor's sleeper-hit 'Dear Future Husband.'The song will probably get a sales boost when the music video comes out next week, as well as when Britney & Iggy perform the song at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 17.

Charlie Puth talks to MTV about his kiss with Meghan Trainor: "Meghan is a very good kisser."
Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth famously made out in the video for their collab "Marvin Gaye," and MTV caught up with the two face-suckers to ask them about their experiences kissing each other! Meghan said that during filming, everyone was cheering for her because she was such a good kisser. Charlie confirmed Meghan's story, agreeing that she is a very good kisser.

Two young drummers follow in their parents'* footsteps
* Well, to be specific one is a step-child but that doesn't diminish her.
First up, The Darkness, the UK throwback glam band, has yet another drummer, its fourth. He is Rufus Taylor, son of Queen drummer Roger Taylor. The resemblance is unmistakeable (he's on the right).

Taylor replaces Emily Davies, who joined in 2014 and lasted just long enough to record the band's new album, "Last Of Our Kind," which is due out on June 1.
Then there's Marina Bozzio, who joins Japan's top all-girl metal band (since Exist Trace went to crap) Aldious. She's on the far right in the picture below. Her step-father is Terry Bozzio, considered one of the top drummers in the world. He certainly plays a large enough kit.

Terry was on tour in Japan in 2008 when he met Marina's mother, fell in love and got married. Awww. He spends much of his time there now. This is Marina's first band and she has her work cut out for her given how fast Aldious can play. Her predecessor Aruto left the band in November to get married. But with a father like Terry, she has had several years of lessons from one of the best.

Humans is the adaptation of the Swedish series Akta Manniskor (Real Humans).
It is set in a parallel present where the latest must-have gadgetfor any busy family is a ‘Synth’ - a highly-developed robotic servant eerily similar to its live counterpart. In the hope of transforming the way they live, one strained suburban family purchases a refurbished synth only to discover that sharinglife with a machine has far-reaching and chilling consequences.
William Hurt, Colin Morgan, Neil Maskell and Gemma Chan are part of the cast. Humans will airing in June on Channel 4.

Rumor: Did Mariah Carey's old publicist tell the New York Times to trash her Las Vegas show?
Last week, the NY Times issued a scathing review of Mariah Carey's Vegas debut. As The Wrap notes, the NY Times review was just one negative review amongst a slew of positive reviews for Carey's Vegas residency. The Wrap's discussion section features a very interesting posting from an anonymous commenter. The commenter says that the specific NY Times writer who wrote the review always writes with an agenda, stating:
"He was paid off to start the waterfall of 1989 hype, and PMK probably accommodated him well for his piece on living legend Mariah. He enjoyed the biggest flop of our time, Artpop, yet reached to the stars in a podcast on Prism, picking out one word ("God") in a non-denominational song to conclude that the entire album was Adult Contemporary gospel pop."

The NY Times writer that the commenter is referring to most recently profiled unknown indie band The Prettiots for a NY Times SXSW feature, in which he made no mention of the lead singer being the daughter of two high-powered industry legends (Kurt Cobain's former manager Danny Goldberg and Kurt Cobain's former attorney Rosemary Carroll).
If you have been following Mariah Carey's career over the past few months, you will know that Mariah and her longtime publicist Cindi Berger (of PMK•BNC) had a very public falling out. As Page Six originally reported, Berger was the first to comment, stating that she had dumped Mariah Carey.
Latin Post reports that Mariah Carey fired back immediately, leaking the letter she had sent to Berger, showing that it was actually her decision to part ways with Berger. Berger, in turn, responded, stating that she had never received such a letter from Mariah and that she had dumped Mariah.
