does anyone else watch this show? it's a bit methodical but it's kinda fun.
and I found it cool they would live-tweet during the commercial breaks of a live show. I would be too nervous.

  • Did anyone watch tonight's episode? It was such an improvement from last week's episode, the character development with Diana Trout is everything, I cried at what she did for Liza.

An update on this post: Kelly Rutherford, who appeared on the television show "Gossip Girl," has asked the Obama administration to return her children to the USA.

You can read and/or sign the White House petition here.

"At ages 2 and 5, Kelly Rutherford’s children were forced by a California judge to live in France with their German father, (nobody is French) after he claimed his U.S. visa was revoked, and he could not enter the U.S. The children’s appointed counsel said they should remain in the U.S., but the judge sent the children to France, solely because the father claimed he could not return to the U.S., even though NO evidence has been produced from any American official stating that the father was EVER denied entry into the U.S., and the father refused to request a visa. Instead, he filed court papers in Monaco, causing the children to be declared 'habitual residents' subject solely to Monaco law. The father also recently filed papers seeking to strip Kelly of all parental rights."

The petition was published on April 28 and needs around to reach 100,000 signatures by May 28.  27,000 people have signed it so far.

Access: You didn't! That is so amazing. So Obara -- what a great character. She's so different from the other two and so ballsy. Was she written like that on the page? You said you read the books, so were you pulling from that?

Keisha: It was a combination of a lot of things. The interesting thing is one of the most important things for them initially was her physicality and she's described as being of a similar build to like Brienne of Tarth, and I'm like pushing 5'1" and I have twigs for arms.

Access: You're closer to Podrick's size than Brienne.

Keisha: Exactly. And so, we had to like figure out a way of getting around that, but I think a lot of it was the fact that she – Obara likes to think of herself as a warrior monk. She meditates and kills. She spends her time meditating or killing, which seems like those things don't go hand and hand, but in Dorne it makes a lot of sense. And so a lot of it was like creating a character that had a strength, I think, from the inside -- that was really important -- and that had like a lot of leadership qualities, because she is -- she's the oldest of all of these sisters that she has.

Access: Did you totally fall in love with Pedro Pascal as Oberyn last year like everyone else in the world?
Keisha: Oh my gosh! What a hard act to follow. As a viewer, it was so exciting when him and Ellaria turned up on screen and it was just that thing.....they seemed so exotic, which is perfect because everyone from Dorne I think is very exotic to the rest of Westeros. So I totally fell in love with him.

Access: Did you have any idea that Oberyn was going to get killed?
Keisha: Well, I read the books in high school and so I knew that I knew that in the books that happened, But, you know, I actually found that I was playing Obara Sand – it was in the same week that the episode with The Mountain/Oberyn scene [aired].

Four-time Grammy winner samsmithworld wrote on Instagram: "Very upset about Japan and Manilla dates. I've just left Australia and I'm on my way to the states to see a specialist to see what to do from there... This is fucking horrid."

    1 week ago: "😭"

4 days ago: "Just to let all my beautiful fans know, I'm ok. I am insanely relaxed and am somewhere in the middle of Australia with no phone, no laptop and I haven't spoken a word in three days. Trying my absolute best to be back on my feet and singing for next week. So amazing to have this time to turn off, but it does make me realise how much I love what I do, and how much I miss you all when I'm not on stage. I hope you are all happy and healthy wherever you are. I'm gonna go back to my black and white movies and pretend I'm Judy Garland for a few more days xx"

Danielle Perez, who is a comedian, appeared as a contestant on Tuesday's airing of "The Price Is Right."  Perez, who has been in a wheelchair since 2004 after losing her legs in an accident, won a new sauna and treadmill.

If you're watching the clip above and thinking, "Well, that wasn't awkward at all," CNN reports that a "collective and awkward pause" from the audience was edited out of the show.  Everyone at CBS seemed genuinely happy that Perez won the prizes though.

"I kept thinking that it was a really big joke," Perez told CNN with a laugh, "But there was no irony in their cheers or applause."

Perez has Tweeted about her experience on "The Price Is Right" and let's just say shit is about to get ugly...

JUST KIDDING! She seems pretty funny -- hopefully this will lead to some comedy gigs for her.

Previously there was a rumor that Drew Goddard might direct, but Banned Source stated that the director will probably be announced by the end of this week, and here is the new shortlist: Jonathan Levine (Warm Bodies, 50/50), Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect), John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein (Vacation); and Jared Hess (Napoleon Dynamite, Nacho Libre)

Kevin Feige already said that it won't be another origin story and "There is a young kid [already] running around New York City in a homemade version of the Spider-Man costume in the MCU."

Spiderman will show up in Captain America 3, released on May 6, 2016. The solo film will be released July 28, 2017.

My opinion: nooo way John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein will get it. Who are these people? They barely have any credits on imdb. Why do these shortlists never have any female directors?

So Asa Butterfield, Ansel Elgort, and Dylan O Brien are the ones most likely to become spiderman?

Radio programmers during the 90s were much more open to different genres of music, so you'd hear a lot of variety when you turned the dial to your local Top 40 station. Nowadays, you won't hear much variety, as stations have gotten more and more genre-specific. Female singer-songwriters were absolutely slaying the charts in the 90s, and they had much crossover appeal. In fact, they were so popular, that singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan went ahead and started her own summer music festival dedicated to showcasing the most popular female musicians of the time. That festival was called the Lilith Fair, and a lot of the women on this list also performed at it. Let's take a look at some of the most iconic songs from these ladies.

    Sarah McLachlan - Adia (1998)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #3

We start off our list with Sarah McLachlan, who founded the Lilith Fair. Today, you probably only know her as the woman in that really, really sad ASPCA commercial.

Alanis Morissette - You Oughta Know (1995)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #6

You Oughta Know was Alanis' breakout hit. Beyonce tried to get a writing credit on this song when she performed it on tour in 2009.

Tracy Chapman - Give Me One Reason (1996)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #3

This was Tracy Chapman's biggest hit.

Sophie B. Hawkins - As I Lay Me Down (1995)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #6

This was Sohpie's last Top 10 hit in the U.S.

    Natalie Merchant - Carnival (1995)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #10

This is Natalie Merchant's biggest hit.

    Loreena McKennitt - The Mummer's Dance (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #18

Loreena McKennitt found success in the United States with a remixed version of The Mummer's Dance.

Shawn Colvin - Sunny Came Home (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #7

Shawn Colvin won 2 GRAMMY awards for this song.

    Jewel - Foolish Games (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #2

Foolish Games is probably Jewel's most famous song (unless you want to argue that her song Intuition, which can be heard in razor commercials, is more iconic).

Donna Lewis - I Love You Always Forever (1996)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #2

    One hit wonder.

    Meredith Brooks - Bitch (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #2

    One hit wonder.

Paula Cole - Where Have All The Cowboys Gone (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #8

Her other big hit was the theme song for Dawson's Creek, but this is way better.

    Tori Amos - Spark (1998)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #49

Never really listened to her, but she's popular with emo people, I hear.

    Liz Phair - Supernova (1994)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #78

She ruined her career in the 2000s when she went full-on VH1 adult contemporary pop-rock.

    Merril Bainbridge - Mouth (1994)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #4

One hit wonder from Down Under.

    Natalie Imbruglia - Torn (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 Airplay - #1

Another one hit wonder from Down Under. This song was also a cover.

    Dionne Farris - I Know (1995)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #4

    One hit wonder.

Joan Osborne - One Of Us (1995)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #4

    One hit wonder.

    Fiona Apple - Criminal (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #21

Her most iconic moment in the 90s was her VMAs acceptance speech.

    Lisa Loeb - Stay (1994)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #1

    One hit wonder.

Billie Myers - Kiss The Rain (1997)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #15

    One hit wonder.

Sheryl Crow - If It Makes You Happy (1996)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #10

This had a cool music video, and she married that dude with one testicle.

    Des'ree - You Gotta Be (1994)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #5

This song really gets you inspired, tbh.

    k.d. lang - Constant Craving (1992)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #38

This is a nice, melancholic song.

    Erykah Badu - On & On (1996)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #12

    Erykah's first big hit.

Dido - Here With Me (1999)
    Billboard Hot 100 - #108

This came out in 1999, but wasn't a single in the U.S. until 2000. It was also the theme song to that show Roswell.
