Fox is close to giving the greenlight to a revival of the show starring David and Gillian. Supposedly set to shoot in June, it's anywhere between six and ten episodes. However, the talks are still ongoing. An offer has gone out to Mitch Pileggi, who retweeted the article last night. Chris Carter is also supposedly returning. The announcement will likely come before Upfronts in May.

Antonio Banderas, Dakota Johnson's stepfather from when he was married to Melanie Griffith, has admited in a recent interview that he won't be watching Fifty Shades Of Grey. He married Dakota's mom when she was only 4 years old so she's like a daughter to him. Here's what he said:

"No (I won't watch it). I met Dakota when she was four years old, I almost changed her nappies. It's very weird to go and see that movie! I won't be stopping some day (to watch it) on television - I will pass it (change channels)."


He also shared how Dakota never wanted help from him, Melanie or her real dad Don Johnson when going to auditions, basically denying the rumors of nepotism:

"Dakota didn’t want our help. Every time that she was called for a movie [she said] ‘I don’t want you guys to be there, I don’t want them to know that you are my mother’ or who [is] her real father, her biological father Don [Don Johnson]. She didn’t want help. She has been very honest in that aspect,"

He's also really proud of Dakota, saying she's very talented and will go far:

"I didn’t see the movie but I was in Los Angeles for some of the pre-Oscars parties and stuff and some directors, important people and a producer, they approached me and said the movie is good but your stepdaughter is fabulous. That makes me very proud. I know that she wants it and I know she’s got it, she’s got the skills. She knows Hollywood from her grandmother [Tippi Hedren] so she knows how to manage herself in the universe."
