No news on the specifics as yet, but Chrstine Cavanaugh passed away on December 22nd at the age of 51. The news just came to my attention personally on twitter, where I saw it posted to a few VAs I follow.

    Per Legacy.com Source:

Her acting career started in 1988, with her big break in 1991 when she used her amazing talent to bring Goslyn Duck from Dark Wing Duck to life. She did too many things in her career to list including TV and movie appearances. Some of her major career accomplishments includes her voice as Chuckie (Rugrats 1991-2003), Marty Sherman (The Critic 1994-1995), Oblina (Ahhhhh Real Monsters 1994-1997), Babe (Babe 1995), and Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory 1996-2003). She was able to do incredible and amazing things with her voice and bring lots of smiles and many laughs to many people who are now young adults. Christine retired from her voice career in 2001 and moved to be closer to her family.

    IMMORTAL

    V1
    I WANNA BE IMMORTAL
LIKE A GOD IN THE SKY
I WANNA BE A SILK FLOWER
    LIKE I’M NEVER GONNA DIE
    I WANNA LIVE FOREVER
    FOREVER IN YOUR HEART
    AND WE’LL ALWAYS BE TOGETHER
FROM THE END TO THE START

    PRE
THAT’S WHAT WE DO IT FOR
    TO RESERVE A PLACE
IT’S JUST ANOTHER PART OF THE HUMAN RACE
THAT’S WHAT WE DO IT FOR
    TO RESERVE A SPACE
    IN HISTORY IT’S JUST
    PART OF THE HUMAN RACE
    RACE, RACE, RACE, RACE

    CHORUS
    I’M FOREVER CHASING AFTER TIME
    BUT EVERYBODY DIES, DIES
IF I COULD BUY FOREVER AT A PRICE
I WOULD BUY IT TWICE, TWICE
BUT IF THE EARTH ENDS IN FIRE
AND THE SEAS ARE FROZEN IN TIME
    THERE’LL BE JUST ONE SURVIVOR
THE MEMORY THAT I WAS YOURS AND YOU WERE MINE
    EVERYBODY DIES
    CHASING AFTER TIME

    V2
    WHEN YOU LOVE SOMEBODY
    THEY’LL ALWAYS LEAVE TOO SOON
    BUT A MEMORY, A MEMORY
    CAN MAKE A FLOWER BLOOM
    WE WANNA BE REMEMBERED
    DON’T WANNA LIVE IN VEIN
    BUT NOTHING LASTS FOREVER
THIS WORLD IS IN A LOSING GAME

    PRE
I WANNA MEAN SOMETHING TO SOMEBODY ELSE
FEEL A SIGNIFICANCE IN THE REAL WORLD
IT’S NOT ENOUGH TO LIVE OUT A LUCKY LIFE

    CHORUS
    I’M FOREVER CHASING AFTER TIME
    BUT EVERYBODY DIES, DIES
IF I COULD BUY FOREVER AT A PRICE
I WOULD BUY IT TWICE, TWICE
BUT IF THE EARTH ENDS IN FIRE
AND THE SEAS ARE FROZEN IN TIME
    THERE’LL BE JUST ONE SURVIVOR
THE MEMORY THAT I WAS YOURS AND YOU WERE MINE
    EVERYBODY DIES
    CHASING AFTER TIME

    MIDDLE 8
NO, I DONT WANNA BE AFRAID, AFRAID TO DIE
I JUST WANNA BE ABLE TO SAY THAT I HAVE LIVED MY LIFE
OH, ALL THESE THINGS THAT HUMANS DO
TO LEAVE BEHIND A LITTLE PROOF
BUT THE ONLY THING THAT DOESNT DIE IS LOVE

    CHORUS
    I’M FOREVER CHASING AFTER TIME
    BUT EVERYBODY DIES, DIES
IF I COULD BUY FOREVER AT A PRICE
I WOULD BUY IT TWICE, TWICE
BUT IF THE EARTH ENDS IN FIRE
AND THE SEAS ARE FROZEN IN TIME
    THERE’LL BE JUST ONE SURVIVOR
THE MEMORIES OF OUR LIFE TIME
    EVERYBODY DIES
    CHASING AFTER TIME
    SO KEEP ME ALIVE
    SO KEEP ME ALIVE
    SO KEEP ME ALIVE

    About the song:
A sparkling ballroom ballad that deals in existential motifs, "Immortals" is another impressive cut and arguably the darkest thing she's ever written. "It's a really universal issue discussing how you leave your mark and how it's really important to preserve memories and remember people," she says, offering an explanation of its genesis. "I started writing that song when I went to a war memorial in Poland. Something that somebody I was with just struck me... they said 'It's not a very beautiful memorial, but it deserves to be visited to keep their memory alive.' That's how the song - well, the lyrics - started."

    Nicki-Minaj-Talks-Natural-Look-and-New-Album

RollingStone asks Nicki Minaj how she feels about police brutality and to explain why she's been silent on the matter.

    • Police brutality is sickening

    • She feels frustrated when she sees people being apathetic towards the violence

    • Thinks it's sad that some black people are used to being treated like animals

    • Uses Kanye as an example for why some black celebrities may not speak publicly on racism in America: he received a lot of backlash for calling out Bush for his handling of hurricane Katrina

    • How often can a black celebrity be torn apart for supporting their people before they learn to be silent?

    • Says that we had more power when Public Enemy were doing 'Fight the Power,' but now it feels hopeless

+Builds up character dynamics quite well
+Isn't shackled to the MCU like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and has the chance to go "TV big"
+Peggy Carter is well constructed as a character from both a personal and professional standpoint
-Outside of Peggy little time is given to the rest of the cast in the pilot

Nicki Minaj rings in the new year on the cover of Rolling Stone. In the skin-baring shoot by famed photographer Terry Richardson, she talks abortion, police brutality & Yeezy.

ON HER DECISION TO HAVE AN ABORTION: “I thought I was going to die. I was a teenager. It was the hardest thing I’d ever gone through. It’d be contradictory if I said I wasn’t pro-choice. I wasn’t ready. I didn’t have anything to offer a child.”

ON HONING HER CRAFT: “I hate when artists brag about not writing rhymes, or doing things really quickly, and then it’s not great. It’s ill when Jay Z or Wayne say it, because the results are great. When they’re not? Sit your ass down and figure out something new to say!”

ON THE DEATHS OF MIKE BROWN AND ERIC GARNER: “It’s sickening, and I’ve been reading so many people saying, ‘Why are we surprised?’ That’s what’s really sad: that we should somehow be used to being treated like animals. It’s gotten to the point where people feel like there’s no accountability: If you are law enforcement and you do something to a black person, you can get away with it.”

ON KANYE WEST: “He was the unofficial spokesman for hip-hop, and he got torn apart. And now you haven’t heard him speaking about these last couple things, and it’s sad. Because how many times can you be made to feel horrible for caring about your people before you say, ‘Fuck it, it’s not worth it, let me live my life because I’m rich, and why should I give a fuck?'”

    Taylor Swift's "1989" is the best-selling album of 2014.

Going into the final sales week of 2014, Taylor Swift’s “1989” trailed the blockbuster “Frozen” soundtrack by roughly 120,000-130,000 units. If it could make up that ground, it would claim 2014’s largest sales tally.

It made up that ground–and then some.

According to weekly sales data from Hits Daily Double, which should differ only slightly from the more authoritative Billboard/Nielsen Soundscan tally, Swift’s “1989” moved approximately 328,000 copies and won the Christmas week sales race. Enough to lift the album’s cumulative total to roughly 3.66 million, the weekly sum also thrusts “1989” ahead of “Frozen” in the yearly race.

“Frozen,” which claimed a year-to-date total of roughly 3.46 million going into the final frame, moved in the neighborhood of 57,000 Christmas week units. With a yearly total of 3.52 million, it ranks as 2014’s second-best-seller.

Particularly impressive about Taylor Swift’s “1989” ascent to #1 is the fact that it did not hit shelves until October 27. The “Frozen” soundtrack, as monstrous as it was, had the entire year to pad its total.

Madonna took to her Instagram account to post a symbolic picture that has been edited so she's seen kissing Miley Cyrus instead of Britney Spears during her infamous VMA performance.

The Queen of Pop followed the picture with the tag "dat unapologeticbitchkiss #rebelhearts", obviously leaving Britney in the past.

Madonna's album Rebel Heart hits stores March 10th 2015.
