William Orbit is still nutty as ever, hints at working on new Britney music (ugh)
The hasn't produced a hit single since 2000's Pure Shores producer posted a cryptic post on facebook recently hinting at working on new music with Britney Spears.
Translation (??) Hinting at producing some new music for Britney Spears rumored album 9 and the project will be launching soon after Christmas.
You'll recall Orbit worked on the much maligned Britney Jean album. During the recording process and before the project's release wacky Orbit teased fans (a lot) along the way with tidbits like these:
Which ended up being hilarious in retrospect of the drama created when the song came out poorly produced , with obvious vocal glitches and the great majority sung by somebody else other than Spears herself.

The former Friends star said she is hurt by repeated accusations that she has sacrificed the chance of motherhood for fame and fortune in Hollywood.

"I don't like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women—that you've failed yourself as a female because you haven't procreated. I don't think it's fair. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn't mean you aren't mothering—dogs, friends, friends' children," the 45-year-old star says.
"This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don't want to be a mother, and how selfish that is," she says in Allure magazine's January 2015 issue. While it might sound like she's unfazed by this point, she says, "Even saying it gets me a little tight in my throat."

Good friends with Matt Damon: "We became friends around the time I started to work, and I've really benefited from watching how he handles himself," says Hemsworth. "Matt's just a normal guy who has the movie-star thing figured out."
What to buy him at the bar: Vodka-soda. "I was out in Australia recently and someone was like, 'Please tell me when you want a real drink.' I was just like, 'Oh, shut up. Really?'"
On being protective of younger brother Liam: “I’ve watched Liam do things I did at his age, like being in relationships he shouldn’t be in, or being reckless just to prove a point. And I had no empathy. My mom had to remind me I was the same way.”
On how older brother Luke helped save his career: “Back when I was still on the soap, I became incredibly insecure and full of anxiety because I didn’t know if I was any good. I spent years being angsty, constantly telling people I wasn’t just part of a soap opera, that I was a real artist. And I remember Luke sort of snapping, telling me to shut up, that he was sick of hearing it.”
On getting partying out of his system before getting to Hollywood: “The fame, the parties, the women—I did that stuff back home. I got away with a lot more over there. Then I came here and sort of started over.”
The Art Of The Perfect Selfie: He avoids the solo shot: "a little indulgent." But being asked to pose for pictures by an onslaught of fans is a job hazard that's forced him to develop a technique.
"People don't know how to use their cameras, so I end up going, 'Here, mate, let me do it.' So, yeah, I know how to take a selfie for that reason. Efficiency. Otherwise, I'd lose a few years of my life while people figure it out.""On the iPhone, use the volume button on the side, as opposed to awkwardly reaching around to tap the front of the screen."

Ascension picked up by Sky 1
It debuts with a 2 hour premiere in America tonight (Dec 15) but Syfy's 3 day special, Ascension - a murder mystery set in space - is to be aired in the United Kingdom by Sky1 from January 16th. This is the main cable channel in the UK so them picking it up suggests the show is really pretty good.
