Penn Badgley Spotted With New Girlfriend, Sister of 'Girls' Star Jemima Kirke

A whole year after splitting with rock star royalty Zoë Kravitz (and eight months after possibly getting back together in Italy) it seems that former Gossip Girl star — or, should I say (spoiler alert), former Gossip Girl himself — Penn Badgley is dating again. This, of course, isn’t surprising; seven months is a long time, and Badgley is a young, attractive actor. It’s whom he’s dating, though, that’s the shocker: According to Us Weekly (who offered a set of paparazzi photos to back it up), Penn Badgley is dating Domino Kirke, who, in addition to being the older sister to Girls star Jemima Kirke, is also the daughter of Bad Company drummer Simon Kirke as well as a rather accomplished musician herself. Hey, Badgley’s got a type!

The two were spotted hanging out in NYC together looking very much the couple recently, fueling rumors that they’re dating. According to a source speaking about the pair to Us: “They’ve been dating for awhile. They have a number of mutual friends. It is a very mature and free relationship…Domino is a great girl for him, being a musician. Their interests align.” Considering Badgley has been more and more actively attempting to pursue a music career of his own (he’s the lead in a new band called Mother, and their songs are actually quite good so far) this makes sense — and it’s nice to see he’s happy after splitting with Kravitz last year.

According to Domino's website, she is currently part of a band called DOMINO alongside an old friend, and is currently performing in and around NYC. They have toured with the likes of Lily Allen and were featured in Lena Dunham's indie hit, Tiny Furniture.

Check out photos of the couple’s NYC date below. I’m not the sappy type, but gotta admit, they make a good couple.

Also, being the type of person I am (which is to say, a Gossip Girl fan turned Girls fan) this basically means that Badgley needs to appear on Girls, right? He’s dating one of the lead stars’ sisters, and he consistently looks like he just stepped off the streets of Williamsburg or Greenpoint in Brooklyn — kind of a no brainer. Maybe he could portray one of the writers at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop that Hannah is apparently going to attend for at least some of the season! After all, he does have experience playing a writer…kind of.

Bethenny Frankel wears her 4 year old daughter's pajamas

Bethenny Frankel seems ready to enjoy the benefits of being the mother of a little girl! The 43-year-old former reality star and talk show host posed for a strange Instagram snap, in which she wore her 4-year-old daughter Bryn's Hello Kitty pajamas.

"This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" she captioned the picture in the tiny attire.

While some took the image as a joke, other Instagram commenters were concerned by the message Frankel might be sending to her young daughter.

"I would just caution doing this as she gets more impressionable," one commenter noted. "She needs to develop a healthy self image because she may not have all of your genes…and it won't be obvious to you, but it will look as though you are competing with her."

After years of battling a nasty divorce case with husband Jason Hoppy, the pair finally settled the custody portion of the suit in June.

"My client is delighted that this custody dispute has been resolved; that his co-parenting status has been acknowledged; that the parties' child will have the benefit of being raised by both parents; and most importantly, that his daughter will no longer be at the mercy of a high-profile courtroom battle," Hoppy's attorney Bernard Clair told Us in a statement at the time.

Queen Emmy Rossum & The Ging Film Most Flawless Show On TV, Daily Fail Writes Weird Article About It

She looked very fit while running around Los Angeles on set of Shameless on Friday.
But Emmy Rossum joked that she had a hard time delivering her lines while out of breath.
The actress was spotted filming with Cameron Monaghan, while showing off her flat stomach and slender legs in a black sports bra and blue shorts.

‘Filming a scene today where Fiona and Ian are jogging and talking,’ she tweeted that morning to update her 418,000 followers.

‘I'm sorry. People can actually speak while running?! #shameless’

To top off her workout wear, Emmy wore a pair of red trainers, and had her brunette locks tied in a ponytail. She appeared to be make-up free, although was likely wearing a little for the cameras. Emmy wisely decided to protect her porcelain skin from the harsh rays of the sun while spending a good deal of time outside, as she strolled under an umbrella.

Once she had finished shooting, the 27-year-old slipped on a grey T-shirt and headed into a trailer.

In the scene, Emmy and Cameron, 20, push their on-screen half-brother Liam as well as another child in a stroller.

article-2689478-1F94FB7900000578-28_306x733

Cameron is also dressed in gym gear in the form of a green tank top, grey shorts and matching trainers.

On Monday, Emmy posted a photo on Instagram of her character Fiona getting hit with a drink as she revealed cameras were rolling on the Shameless set again.

article-2689478-1F94FC3A00000578-165_634x642

‘Season 5 starts filming today. It's a true Gallagher summer. Let's hope it goes better for Fiona than last time we saw her during summer,’ she wrote.

Aside from Shameless, Emmy has three films out this year.

Meet the saviors of San Fransokyo in 'Big Hero 6'

The young heroes come to the rescue on the big screen Nov. 7.

When the city of San Fransokyo is in danger, a group of youngsters comes together to take down evil, science-style, in the Disney/Marvel animated film Big Hero 6 (in theaters Nov. 7). Directors Don Hall and Chris Williams give USA TODAY's Brian Truitt the rundown on this new superhero team.
Hiro Hamada (voiced by Ryan Potter)

Like the 18-year-old playing him, Hiro is a half-Japanese, half-Caucasian kid with energy to spare. Luckily for his hometown, though, Hiro is also a super-genius who turns his nurse robot, Baymax, into a formidable, action-movie presence when a threat arises. And while he doesn't have any actual superpowers per se, Hiro dons a flight suit with a red circle on the glove that magnetically connects to the back of Baymax, and they can act as a tag team in battle, Hall says. "They're symbiotic in that way."

Scott Adsit provides the voice of nursing robot Baymax, who's outfitted to be a superhero.(Photo: Disney)
Baymax (Scott Adsit)

Because the character was so special to the filmmakers, they cast a wide net to find the right performer. Adsit, a comedian and former star of 30 Rock, brings both comedy and humanity to Baymax, who evolves from a passive robot into a figure ready for a fight. Adsit has such sharp timing, Williams says, that "there are moments when there's real emotion that seems to poke through without breaking the rules of Baymax being a robot."
Voiced by T.J. Miller, fanboy Fred comes off like a laid-back dude with no direction.(Photo: Disney)
Fred (T.J. Miller)

Miller, a scholar of storytelling and comedy, melds humor and nerdiness for Fred, a big sci-fi and comic-book geek, Hall says. Fred's really into monster movies, and he inhabits a huge, tentacled "Fredzilla" creature suit — piloted from one of its three eyes — that's designed to be an homage to Godzilla and other Japanese kaiju movies of old. It can do some amazing things, too, Hall says. "He can jump really high, and he breathes wicked fire out of that mouth."
Jamie Chung steps up as the voice of GoGo Tomago, who knows what it takes to be fast.(Photo: Disney)
Go Go Tomago (Jamie Chung)

Hall wanted a woman of few words for the group, and Go Go is a laconic Clint Eastwood type and industrial-engineering student who's pretty tough from the get-go. "The rest of the team are pretty hapless initially," he says. "She's the only one who can take care of herself." She has also developed a bike with magnetic-levitation technology, which Hiro incorporates into her supersuit. "She can roll around on these mag-lev discs, and they can detach on a whim and become blades she can throw."
Genesis Rodriguez was called on to help bring Honey Lemon to life.(Photo: Disney)
Honey Lemon (Genesis Rodriguez)

A chemistry student, Honey is the glue that holds the group together because of her empathetic, sweet personality and positive attitude. While that — and her girlie duds — doesn't exactly scream superhero material, she goes through one of the sharpest evolutions of the bunch, Williams says. Plus, Rodriguez herself is smart and was into science and robotics in school, Hall adds. "She brings some of that goofy, slightly geeky but joyful thing to the character."

Damon Wayans Jr. provides the voice of Wasabi, who is committed to precision and has lasers coming out of his arms.(Photo: Disney)
Wasabi (Damon Wayans Jr.)

This poor guy doesn't know what to do when first faced with battling evil, though he does have really cool plasma-induced lasers that come out of his arms. "When those things turn on, they can cut through anything," Hall says. The conservative dude is the most cautious about his do-gooder role. "He's this huge guy, but his whole thing is precision and rules, and by the end of the movie, he moves away from that and embraces the chaos of what being a superhero is all about."

Ariana Speaks Out About Sam & Cat Cancellation

$

Ariana Grande penned an open letter to fans following the official cancellation of Sam & Cat:
"So the news is out about Sam & Cat. I felt it wasn’t my place to make any sort of announcement so I kept quiet until now. I want to thank Nickelodeon for making a childhood dream of mine come true, for being a family to me, for being so accommodating and supportive of my multitasking with my music career, and for of course introducing me to many of my fans however many years ago. I want to thank Dan Schneider (@DanWarp) for allowing me to play such a special, beautiful character who I hid behind for so long. What I mean by that is when I was younger, people loved Cat so much I used to pretend to be more like her. It took me a long time to be brave enough to separate myself and show people how different we actually are…. I think that’s honestly because I admire her so much. Her appreciation for life and everybody she encounters. Her passion and genuine excitement for the little things that most people dread like school projects and work. She always saw negative obstacles as opportunities to make things good.

I will always hold Cat near and dear to my heart and appreciate her help in my personal growth from teenager to adult. I know she seems like a simple, daft character (and she is) but she played such a huge part in my life I just wanted to express my appreciation for her and share some of the things I love most about her. I think a lot of people could take a page out of her book…… she wouldn’t judge anybody by their appearance…. she believed the best in people…. she wasn’t afraid of anything or anybody…. she never let people’s judgements hold her back from doing what she wanted, acting how she wanted, dressing how she wanted wanted, dying her hair however she wanted… she never held back her enthusiasm or joy for fear of appearing some sort of way or for fear of jinxing the good that is real (which is something I personally do all the time but I wish I could shake that and celebrate every little thing like she does).

One of my favorite things about Cat was that she never lost her sense of wonder. As we grow up we become more and more jaded and fearful of how we come across. We hold back a little more, protect ourselves a little more and although Cat goes through the same ridicule as anybody else does growing up, she never changed or lost her childlike wonder. To me that’s the bravest, most special thing about her. She actually reminds me a lot of Frankie in that way.

So I know a lot of people will think this is a lot for some ‘dumb’ kids show character…. but to me she is actually a lot smarter, stronger and braver than all the rest of us.

Hopefully we’ll find out one day if Cat & Robbie ever got married. If I had any say in the story from here on out I’d make sure they were happily married with sweet, eccentric, Jewish, artificially red headed babies. Cat would constantly find herself reminding Aunt Sam to leave the butter sock and other dangerous weapons out of the house. They’d live down the street from Jade and Beck, also happily married with purple and black haired, pale, grungy, beautiful, goth babies. :)

Thank you to the cast and crew who I spent almost every day with for a good 4 or 5 years. Thanks for lighting us beautifully, shooting us beautifully, making the most incredible props, yelling at us when we were running late to set, keeping us on track and most of all for making it such a positive work environment. The guys behind the scenes couldn’t have been more pleasant or hard working and I appreciate them for that so much. I can’t imagine that there is a more pleasant or professional crew in Hollywood.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to a true friend of mine, Dan Schneider. I will never take these memories or lessons learned for granted.

Lastly, thank you to my fans who have been with me since all of this started… you are the most loyal, dedicated and continuously loving supporters I could ever imagine. We’ve been through so much and you are still here… and we’ve got a long way to go. :)
Thank you for believing in me, accepting me and loving me. I love you forever."

When Fandom Falls Apart: DashCon Edition

$

DashCon, which is a convention in Schaumburg, Illinois that "aims to be the largest gathering of Tumblr users to date" is taking place this weekend. It is a first year convention, so people expected things to be a bit rough. It is also, however, apparently turning into a "complete disaster".

The main complaint seems to be that the convention suddenly claimed on the first night (11 July 2014) that they needed to raise an additional $17,000 by 10 PM CST that night in order to continue on with the weekend, as the hotel was charging them last minute unexpected fees.

Many people suspected this to be a scam, for various reasons, including the fact that when others contacted the Renaissance Hotel, management claimed they were doing no such thing. The money was successfully raised, but there has been no confirmation that it went to the hotel, or anywhere except the organizer's pockets.

Other items of note include the main guests of honor, Welcome to Night Vale, cancelling their appearance because the organizers of the convention failed to pay them. Guests who bought reserved seating for this event were offered a free raffle ticket and "an extra hour in the ball pit".

In the end, though, DashCon is going to be most memorable for how quickly news of a fandom disaster can spread. Though DashCon expected 3,000-7,000 attendees, reports from on the ground estimate only about 500-1,000 people showed up.

Kween of Komedy Kim Kardashian™ - Nutty Pregnancy Advice Was 'Sarcastic,' She Says

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Kan't anyone take a joke around here? A lot of people took Kim Kardashian’s recent remarks on pregnancy to be serious. Which, she says, they weren't.

"I guess you can’t be sarcastic when doing interviews!" the mother of 1-year-old North West wrote in a series of tweets Saturday. "I was asked about tips on pregnancy style… I jokingly said pregnant woman should hide/stay in if they looked like I did lol.”

Uh-uh honey, there was no "lol" when the Elle story was published last week. No "lol" when some folks interpreted her comments as demeaning to pregnant women.

"Kardashian's advice perhaps stems from her own negative experience with frequent excursions during her pregnancy," wrote Us Weekly, one of a number of outlets to pick up on the story Friday.

Observations like that may have been why the 33-year-old — who had no problem going out in public while she was expecting — felt the need to clarify on Twitter that she was just kidding when she said pregnant women should hide at home for a year and "wear a huge blanket."

Clearly serious advice, right?

"I really should start video taping the interviews I do & post on my website so u can see the laughs & how it's really said," Kardashian tweeted.

Mrs. Kanye West did the Elle interview in question with sisters Khloe and Kourtney, the last of whom is expecting her third child with longtime beau Scott Disick. All three were photographed last Monday at the event where the interview took place.

So much for a pregnant Kardashian hiding away at home.

Mrs. Kanye West and her sisters seemed to have fun during the chat, with Kim and Khloe agreeing that Kourtney has the best pregnancy style.

Kourtney said that for her, pregnancy style is all about comfort.

"[Y]ou’re always in long, flowy dresses when you’re pregnant," Khloe chimed in.

"I’m not really into maternity clothes," Kourtney explained. Pointing to her outfit, she said, "This is the Kardashian Kollection, and it’s just a size bigger than I would normally get."

She was not wearing a blanket.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian: "We Wanted To Do A VH1 Reality Show To Take Our Lives Back!"

$

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have been in the public eye for pretty much their entire relationship thus far thanks to paparazzi and tabloids. So the two were not only well-trained for the ups and downs of documenting their daily lives, they actually wanted to do it.

"Everyone's used our lives as entertainment and so we wanted to actually kind of take our life back," Rimes told reporters Friday at VH1's Television Critics Association fall previews.

The end result is LeAnn & Eddie, a new reality series about the everyday lives of the Grammy-winning singer and the CSI: Miami alum. Premiering on Thursday, July 17 at 8/7c on VH1, the series promises to show a different, more honest, side of the couple compared to the duo splashed across tabloid covers and gossip websites.

"We definitely hit on the tabloid fodder because that's what surrounded our lives so much in the past five years," Rimes said. "I think we're really kidding ourselves with the illusion of a private life because it's very hard."

Rimes is referring to media scrutiny that followed the two since they began a romantic relationship in 2009 when they were both married to other people. Both divorced their partners and tied the knot in 2011. Cibrian admits the intense coverage of their relationship was a motivating factor in wanting to do the show, which they pitched to VH1.

"If [the tabloids] want to stop writing about us, then we won't have to set the record straight anymore," he said. "[It] gave us an opportunity to do something fun, work together and at the same time, what's really real about the show is our relationship. You'll see how we interact with one another."

From the executive producers of Duck Dynasty, LeAnn & Eddie will have a similarly light tone, according to its stars. "We've both gone through a lot of private things with the public eyes watching. ... Eddie and I really have coped with it all by laughing," Rimes said. "People think we take ourselves super seriously and we don't."

"Ultimately, this is a comedy. That's kind of how we go about our life as well; we laugh, and it really helps," Cibrian added. "It's a show not about real dysfunction or exploitation. It's a fun show to watch and you laugh and that's kind of the area we wanted to explore."

And those jokes also extend to others within the couple's orbit, such as Cibrian's ex-wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, who has not shied away from talking about her ex-husband and his wife on the hit Bravo reality series. "We do discuss Eddie's ex-wife when it needed to be discussed," Rimes said. "Any situation, any tabloid fodder that might have come from her ... you can't really do a show without talking about that."

However, Cibrian stressed "we're not taking shots."

As with the Real Housewives, this show will not feature Cibrian's two sons with Glanville. "We keep them out of it as much as possible. My kids are not in my ex-wives' show and they're definitely not going to be in our show and that's that."

Aside from exercising creative control to keep his sons off the air — Rimes and Cibrian serve as executive producers on their show — the couple say that viewers will get an honest and relatively unfiltered representation of them on the show.

"We thought we were going to be more protective of the final cut but we kind of let the final product breathe on its own," Cibrian said. "There are some things that are kind of embarrassing that we left on the show because we thought it was funny. We really didn't censor ourselves that much."

LeAnn & Eddie premieres on Thursday, July 17 at 8/7c on VH1.

Sarah Michelle Gellar Working At A Lemonade Stand

In May, Sarah Michelle Gellar's CBS sitcom The Crazy Ones was cancelled, and now - according to a photo she posted on twitter - the TV star is so broke, she needs to work at a lemonade stand. Or, maybe it's just a cute picture she posted on Twitter.

Yeah, okay, seems like it's probably just a cute photo.

No prices are indicated, but given the exquisite workmanship on the stand itself and the fact that the lemonade is served in actual glasses means you're probably looking at $4-6 per cup. The cookies in that little basket are probably only a dollar each. Or two for a dollar if you also get a cup of lemonade, one would assume.

BsczlW7CQAAkl6V

Many of her fans and followers are asking where the stand is located, and also suggesting that she mix it with booze. However, as a word of caution for anyone else starting a lemonade stand, selling liquor without a license is not only a violation of the business and professions code section 25657-25667, but is also a criminal offense.

Have fun Sarah! And depending on where that stand is located, pay attention to your county construction ordinances and make sure that thing is up to code!

In defense of Madonna’s wild love life

$

Last month, while stepping out in New York to catch a Broadway play, Madonna showed off her latest, ahem, acquisition.

No, it wasn’t a newly discovered arm muscle from dancing 15 hours a day, the latest piece of Dior couture or a precious toddler orphan from Malawi.

Modal Trigger
Madonna with Timur Steffens in early June.Photo: Splash News/ Ron Asadorian
It was her 26-year-old boy toy, Timor Steffens.

The 55-year-old pop star has been reportedly romancing the youthful Dutch choreographer — who has worked with everyone from Beyoncé to Michael Jackson — since New Year’s Eve, when the pair met at designer Valentino’s Swiss château.

The revelation of this May-December relationship was about as shocking as Thursday coming after Wednesday.
Since her 2008 split from her fair-haired English director hubby, Guy Ritchie, her Madgesty has enjoyed the carnal company of swarthy, pillow-lipped young bucks with freakishly sculpted abs who could have been plucked from the same aesthetic conveyor belt.

First, there were reports she hooked up with A-Rod, who was a full-grown man of 32 — but still a good 17 years younger than Madonna. But in 2009 she really went for it: heavenly Brazilian model Jesus Luz was a babe of 22 when the then-51-year-old snared him. Then there was French dancer Brahim Zaibat, who was born in 1988, the year “Like a Prayer” hit No. 1. At the tender age of 25, he was replaced by Steffens.
God bless the ol’ gal — a lady’s gotta eat. Why shouldn’t she have the freshest ingredients?
Modal Trigger
After all, Leonardo DiCaprio and newly engaged Adam Levine regularly go to the Victoria’s Secret dealership and pick out the latest model — then follow that up with the next limited-edition version.

Before getting engaged to London barrister Amal Alamuddin, George Clooney practically made a cottage industry out of turning statuesque cocktail waitresses, C-list actresses and pro wrestlers into Cinderellas for a couple years before moving on.
Those horndogs end up praised as desirable bachelors, while the Material Girl gets snarky comments — and not just from men.

Sharon Osbourne called Madonna a “wet nurse” and said she was past her “sell-by date” while discussing the singer’s dalliance with Steffens on “The Talk.” And the comments section of any online story about Madonna’s dating life is like a middle-school slam book.
Maybe that’s not just because of her cougar status, but because she’s the only female celeb right now sowing her oats. The otherwise unconventional Lady Gaga is in a serious relationship. Katy Perry is a serial monogamist who sticks to guys who are her equals, career- and fame-wise. And with Taylor Swift, it always seems like the tragic elements outweigh the fun.

Madonna, like proto-cougar Cher before her, is all about fun.
And she’s stood up for herself, explaining, “I didn’t, like, write down on a piece of paper, ‘I’m going to have a relationship with a younger man.’ That’s just what happened . . . I just met someone that I cared for, and this happened to be his age.”
Why should she have to cruise ourtime.com for old farts?
So go on Madge, (and Cher), keep chasing the young blood. Maybe someday, you’ll be seen as a woman instead of a desperate cougar.

Vice: Beyonce and Jay Z's Tour Might Be the Most Boring Tour of the Summer

$
0
0

People react as if entrance to Beyoncé and Jay Z's On the Run tour comes by “luck.” “You’re so lucky” to be so close to our Lords and Saviors Beyoncé and Jay Z. Selfies and Snapchats are taken on the train on the way to MetLife Stadium. The audience cries out when her fragrance commercial plays on the big screens an hour before show time. It’s something to brag about on Facebook, to inspire jealousy on Instagram. I’m here; you’re not, have fun tapping my pictures.

While it feels special to gain entry, the show itself seems removed, like it’s happening somewhere else on a separate stage, produced by Hollywood men in front of Hollywood cameras. It’s almost as if the whole thing had been filmed and edited ahead of time.

The show is so excruciatingly perfect that it comes off…well, like, whatever. Beyoncé possesses a strength that is otherworldly, and Jay’s at least in orbit. There’s no room for error which can be boring. It’s like getting the exact birthday present you asked for, but still having to act surprised for three hours. Or getting caught with a carton of cigarettes, and being forced to smoke them all. The fog is perfect. The lights are perfect. Their marriage is perfect, TMZ video notwithstanding.

They play every song. He kisses her neck in “Drunk in Love,” she giggles just so. She recreates her videos, pulling out the dress from “Haunted,” the poles from “Naughty Girl,” and the not-just-a-butt from “Crazy in Love,” “Partition,” and “Upgrade U.” She’s trained her eyes not to blink, staring straight ahead as if the whole thing is a photo shoot. There are no breaks for her face, it’s always working. In the rarest moment–when she hits Bobby Shmurda’s Shmoney dance in “***Flawless,” when Jay shouts it out in “Fuckwitmeyouknowigotit”–is that scripted or is that a glitch in the system?

It’s amazing and it’s frustrating. They’re there but they’re not. So close yet so far. No one goes to concerts just to see what they’ve already seen and hear the songs they can hear on YouTube. They go to feel a connection and come home with something that’s their own. But this isn’t a normal concert; The connections felt at this concert might be with other fans in the stadium but it's not with Beyoncé and Jay Z. That’s why a group of twelve girls wearing matching Beygency shirts paraded around; same with the boys in gold masks and imitation freak-um dresses. They want to show their allegiance, and be acknowledged in some way for the effort. But that doesn't happen. $185 gets you into the same room as Bey and Jay, but it’s a big room and they’re still roped off. (Closer than most were Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Spike Lee, and members of the Giants and Yankees, who all joined together to take selfies and dance on the D’Usse-branded VIP riser.)

The most interesting moment happens near the end when a highlight reel of home movies rolls, finally showing bits and pieces of their private lives: Jay Z co-piloting a private jet, Beyoncé getting the IV tattoo on her finger, Blue growing up before our eyes, learning to walk, sashaying in front of the mirror. It shows that they’re–if not in the same universe–at least on the same planet. Their circle’s gotten so small, the walls so high, that it’s morsels like these that feed a village. They watch these clips from afar, with the rest of us, their hands around each others waists.

Are they acting? Is this love? At the beginning of the night, the screen lights up with the message, “This is not real life.” At the end, the word "not" has been taken out. Credits roll, thanking the pyro techs and back-up dancers. He says, "Please give it up for Mrs. Carter." She says the same of him. If it’s a performance, it’s incredible, and just the same if it isn’t.

Rosie has confirmed her family are already working towards a Jenni movie.

For Rosie, she is already thinking ahead, according to TV y Novelas. "The writer is already working on the script," she said. "We are looking for a director, and I would like for it to be Eugenio Derbez because he is Mexican and I saw the great work he has done with his movies."

The family has yet to approach Derbez, but Rosie plans to in the future. She'd like to sit with him and find out what he thinks.

"Whatever God wants will happen, but it would be beautiful, it seems to me," she said. Rosie added movie is being handled with care. Her family are trying to come up with a project of high quality because that's what Jenni deserves.

The Riveras have more plans to maintain Jenni's legacy. For example, the family plans to take her clothing line to Mexico, launch an album in English, have a book of photographs, a line of jewelry and a fragrance for men.

Audio experts have already shut down the validity of the video that seemingly warns Jenni that she will be killed at her last concert, Rosie is not too convinced. She said she asked her brother, Juan, who is a producer, and he said that he thought the voice was real, too.

But she doesn't know if the voice is actually warning Jenni or saying something else.
She has been pressing for more investigating about Jenni's death.

"Perhaps it's that I want to think it was just an accident, but the investigation will tell us," she said.

"Everything comes to light eventually. I don't believe the video was edited, but I also don't think that it was a death threat directed to her nor that the phrase is related to the unfortunate accident where she lost her life."
