Amid Divorce & Pregnant Mistress Rumors, Wendy Williams AWOL, Extends Leave From Show

0

  • If you haven't been paying attention to the Wendy Williams drama lately, it's only getting worse.

  • After taking a 2 week hiatus, Wendy has extended her return to TV by 2 more weeks, now, allegedly, returning to host her hit daytime talk show on January 21st.

  • The show will return on January 14th with a Panel of hosts.

  • On December 18th, Wendy announced the reason for her odd behavior as of late was due to painkillers she had been prescribed due to a fractured shoulder.

  • Shortly after the announcement, it hit the web that Kevin's long time mistress was pregnant, he had sold their original house he shared with the mistress and the two were shacking up in a penthouse apartment in Hoboken, NJ.

  • Rumors are now circulating this morning that Kevin is the one who afflicted the shoulder fracture on Wendy, beating her badly when she confronted him about the mistress being pregnant.

  • Wendy has remained silent on social media and with rumors swirling that a divorce is coming, she is going to have to address this sooner or later.

Tim Tebow Is Engaged to Former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters: 'I'm Really Blessed'

On Wednesday evening, Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, 31, proposed to girlfriend Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, 23, at his family’s farm outside of Jacksonville.

  • Walked the property, stopping by a small lake where he had an arbor and bench (engraved with the date the couple first met)
  • Talked "for about five minutes" before he proposed
  • As he put the ring on, he said, “This ring is internally flawless. Just like you."
  • South African singer Matthew Mole stepped out from behind a hay bale and serenaded the couple with The Wedding Song, one of their favorite songs.
  • Tebow had secretly flown Nel-Peters’ family and friends from South Africa to join his parents, siblings and friends for the event
  • The group watched from a distance
  • Had dinner at a Jacksonville club; family and friends made speeches, Nel-Peters’ father encouraged everyone to “make a circle” around the couple to pray.

Back in 2017, Tebow said: "I’m looking, but I just can’t seem to find anyone. I don’t want to be single; I’m ready to settle down and start a family. I want to have kids. I have so many things I want. No one will be happier than me when I finally find the right person. I’m just looking for someone who has a good heart. They have to be kind, and they have to care about people who can’t do anything for them in return. They have to really love God. My faith is important to me — it’s the most important thing — and I need to be with someone who also shares that faith.”

R. Kelly's attorney fires back at Gaga, says she apologized to help Oscar chances

R. Kelly’s attorney Steve Greenberg has responded to Lady Gaga's apology published on Twitter last night, in which the 32-year-old singer says she regrets working with Kelly in 2013 on the provocative 'Do What U Want (With My Body)', after facing immense pressure to apologize for the song and video depicting rape and molestation.

Greenberg accuses Gaga of using the situation to help her Oscar chances by choosing now to publish the apology.

"Mr. Kelly appreciates that she recognized his immense talent and collaborated with him to help her career, but finds it regrettable that she is now exploiting this controversy to try and help her in her effort to win an Oscar."

Japanese Idol Assaulted by 2 Men Forced to Apologise on Stage for Speaking Out

0

Follow up to yesterday's post about Yamaguchi Maho of Japanese idol group NGT48, who was assaulted a month ago by two men who broke into her apartment, and spoke up a few days ago about the assault on twitter. Yesterday evening, during a concert with the group, she came out on stage and apologised to the fans for speaking out about the assault and "causing trouble".

The way that she's apologising, by bowing at a full 90 degree angle, is reserved in Japan for apologising for severe misdeeds and injustices. Keep in mind, she was the one who was assaulted.

AKS, the company that NGT48 is under, has finally released an official statement. This statement contradicts their previous statement where they implied that there were no other members involved with the incident and basically called Maho a liar.

Members and former members of the group have also tweeted about the incident.

Strong statement in support of Maho from Kitahara Rie, Former NGT48 captain

Yokoyama Yui, AKB48 member and "general director"

Kashiwagi Yuki, NGT48 member

this is causing a lot of outrage in the jpop community on twitter and it's national news in Japan, but no international outlets have picked up the story yet. the police, the city, and the group management are trying to cover this up. she's lost a ton of weight and is looking absolutely skeletal.

UPDATE: some international media is picking up on the story, daily mail and billboard are reporting it

Frank Ocean Covers GQ

Frank Ocean is the cover star for February's GQ, and was interviewed by Vegyn and Emmett Cruddas, the co-hosts of his Blonded Radio show, for his spread. He talks about moving to NYC, the songs he chooses to cover, his New Year's resolutions, and a bunch of other stuff.

On making his insta public: "... when you're completely minimal with media, there's a lot of pressure on whatever one thing you're doing, the stakes are higher. Social media helps that, 'cause you're fully in control and can message that how you want."

On his skin care routine: "I feel like men just go to sleep. They may wash their face or they don't even bother—they go to sleep with the day face on. You really need to do a gentle wash and put a night moisturizer on. You can't have the retinol in your creams in the day because it makes you more sun-sensitive, so you wanna throw that on at night."

His vices: Mezcal, and watching too much MSNBC
