- If you haven't been paying attention to the Wendy Williams drama lately, it's only getting worse.
- After taking a 2 week hiatus, Wendy has extended her return to TV by 2 more weeks, now, allegedly, returning to host her hit daytime talk show on January 21st.
- The show will return on January 14th with a Panel of hosts.
- On December 18th, Wendy announced the reason for her odd behavior as of late was due to painkillers she had been prescribed due to a fractured shoulder.
- Shortly after the announcement, it hit the web that Kevin's long time mistress was pregnant, he had sold their original house he shared with the mistress and the two were shacking up in a penthouse apartment in Hoboken, NJ.
- Rumors are now circulating this morning that Kevin is the one who afflicted the shoulder fracture on Wendy, beating her badly when she confronted him about the mistress being pregnant.
- Wendy has remained silent on social media and with rumors swirling that a divorce is coming, she is going to have to address this sooner or later.
- Walked the property, stopping by a small lake where he had an arbor and bench (engraved with the date the couple first met)
- Talked "for about five minutes" before he proposed
- As he put the ring on, he said, “This ring is internally flawless. Just like you."
- South African singer Matthew Mole stepped out from behind a hay bale and serenaded the couple with The Wedding Song, one of their favorite songs.
- Tebow had secretly flown Nel-Peters’ family and friends from South Africa to join his parents, siblings and friends for the event
- The group watched from a distance
- Had dinner at a Jacksonville club; family and friends made speeches, Nel-Peters’ father encouraged everyone to “make a circle” around the couple to pray.

Tim Tebow Is Engaged to Former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters https://t.co/c1OP9z7gWQ— People (@people) January 10, 2019
On Wednesday evening, Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, 31, proposed to girlfriend Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, 23, at his family’s farm outside of Jacksonville.
Back in 2017, Tebow said: "I’m looking, but I just can’t seem to find anyone. I don’t want to be single; I’m ready to settle down and start a family. I want to have kids. I have so many things I want. No one will be happier than me when I finally find the right person. I’m just looking for someone who has a good heart. They have to be kind, and they have to care about people who can’t do anything for them in return. They have to really love God. My faith is important to me — it’s the most important thing — and I need to be with someone who also shares that faith.”

The second episode of The Masked Singer aired last night and another celebrity got eliminated and unmasked. This it was the Pineapple and under the mask was Tommy Chong of Cheech & Chong who Jenny McCarthy guessed accurately.

R. Kelly’s attorney Steve Greenberg has responded to Lady Gaga's apology published on Twitter last night, in which the 32-year-old singer says she regrets working with Kelly in 2013 on the provocative 'Do What U Want (With My Body)', after facing immense pressure to apologize for the song and video depicting rape and molestation.
Greenberg accuses Gaga of using the situation to help her Oscar chances by choosing now to publish the apology.
"Mr. Kelly appreciates that she recognized his immense talent and collaborated with him to help her career, but finds it regrettable that she is now exploiting this controversy to try and help her in her effort to win an Oscar."
Follow up to yesterday's post about Yamaguchi Maho of Japanese idol group NGT48, who was assaulted a month ago by two men who broke into her apartment, and spoke up a few days ago about the assault on twitter. Yesterday evening, during a concert with the group, she came out on stage and apologised to the fans for speaking out about the assault and "causing trouble".
The way that she's apologising, by bowing at a full 90 degree angle, is reserved in Japan for apologising for severe misdeeds and injustices. Keep in mind, she was the one who was assaulted.
AKS, the company that NGT48 is under, has finally released an official statement. This statement contradicts their previous statement where they implied that there were no other members involved with the incident and basically called Maho a liar.
Members and former members of the group have also tweeted about the incident.

this is causing a lot of outrage in the jpop community on twitter and it's national news in Japan, but no international outlets have picked up the story yet. the police, the city, and the group management are trying to cover this up. she's lost a ton of weight and is looking absolutely skeletal.
UPDATE: some international media is picking up on the story, daily mail and billboard are reporting it

What have you seen lately, ONTD? Planning on seeing anything this weekend?
On making his insta public: "... when you're completely minimal with media, there's a lot of pressure on whatever one thing you're doing, the stakes are higher. Social media helps that, 'cause you're fully in control and can message that how you want."
On his skin care routine: "I feel like men just go to sleep. They may wash their face or they don't even bother—they go to sleep with the day face on. You really need to do a gentle wash and put a night moisturizer on. You can't have the retinol in your creams in the day because it makes you more sun-sensitive, so you wanna throw that on at night."
His vices: Mezcal, and watching too much MSNBC
What artists are you waiting on new music from, ONTD?
We are deeply horrified by the stories of abuse surrounding R. Kelly.— Phoenix (@wearephoenix) January 10, 2019
We regret that we were not both more informed and more discerning when we worked with him previously. We fully support all victims of sexual abuse, and it's our hope that there will be a path to justice.
The French pop group (not the city) apologizes for performing with R. Kelly and working with him back in 2013 five years after Kelly was acquitted on child pornography charges. Kelly was on a remix of the band's single "Trying to Be Cool" and the group performed with Kelly at Coachella.
Lindsay Lohan revealed on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live last night that she's still good friends with Kim Kardashian, despite their social media spat over a year ago. “I love Kim. We’re friends… [I'm friends] with all the family. I was just confused about the braids because she had a baby.”
She also revealed she still talks to Oprah, and has asked her to visit her beach club.
Other moments from the episode included Andy attempting LiLo's infamous dance, and recreating a scene from 'The Parent Trap' with the star.

Comedian Chris Rock presented an award to director Bo Burnham at New York Film Critics Circle Awards.
He took to the stage and said:
“If it was five years ago, I could say something really offensive and funny right now, but I can’t do that anymore, so…heyyyy!”
He also said that comedian Steve Martin (who was in the audience) should host the Oscars:
“Steve Martin is here! You should host the Oscars! You’re the best! Steve Martin should host the Oscars! Because I’m not doing it, goddammit! You’re not getting me.”
Chris himself has hosted the Oscars twice
- the U.S. police asked Cristiano to provide a DNA sample in an ongoing investigation,
- he is accused of allegedly raping a woman from Nevada in his Las Vegas hotel penthouse in 2009,
- Ronaldo is reportedly cooperating,
- his attorney denied the rape allegation and provided no additional details,
- Ronaldo has not been served with the lawsuit yet.
In 2018, Mariah Carey was in the studio with the rapist.
ETA: apparently that 2018 tweet is from a studio session from a collab released in 2014 but that was recorded in 2009.

A documentary revolving around Michael Jackson's alleged sexual abuse of two young boys will premiere at Sundance, titled 'Leaving Neverland'.
Director Dan Reed says it will "tell the stories of two boys, aged 7 and 10, who began long-running relationships with superstar Michael Jackson at the height of his stardom." Now that they are in their 30s, they will detail the story of how they were sexually abused by Jackson.
The two-part, 236-minute documentary, is slated to premiere on January 25th.
Fans of the late pop star, have already taken to social media to speak out against the documentary:
Michael Jackson was proven innocent on all 14 charges in 2005. The families ADMITTED that they fucking lied. MJ has been dead for 10 fucking years. The director needs to leave him the fuck alone. https://t.co/Rhrfzgo7VR— 💋 (@MJFinesseLover) January 10, 2019
