OITNB's Yael Stone Accuses Geoffrey Rush of Sexual Harassment

Yael Stone, who plays Lorna Morello on Orange is the New Black, told the New York Times that Oscar winner Geoffrey Rush sexually harassed her when the two Australian actors starred together in a stage production of 'Diary of a Madman' in Sydney in 2010-2011.

Among her accusations: that she looked up while showering to find that Rush was spying on her by holding a mirror above her shower cubicle to view her naked body, that he exposed himself to her without her consent, and that he sent her multiple sexually suggestive text messages.

Stone was 25 at the time, and Rush was 59. She says she was reluctant to come forward for fear of losing her job: "This was a huge star. What were they going to do? Fire Geoffrey and keep me?”

Rush denies Stone's claims, saying they are "incorrect and in some instances have been taken completely out of context. However, clearly Yael has been upset on occasion by the spirited enthusiasm I generally bring to my work. I sincerely and deeply regret if I have caused her any distress. This, most certainly, has never been my intention."

Rush is currently suing Sydney's Daily Telegraph and journalist Jonathon Moran over articles published last year alleging that he sexually harassed another actress, Eryn Jean Norvill, during a Sydney production of 'King Lear' in 2015 and 2016.

Rush has also denied Norvill's claims that he made lewd gestures at her, simulated groping her breasts and made sexually inappropriate comments to her.

Les Moonves isn't getting his $120M severance

The investigation into Les Moonves by CBS is complete and the board of directors has found cause to terminate his contract.

Therefore, he will not be given a single penny of the $120 million severance pay that was set aside for him when he left the network over decades of sexual misconduct.

6 Pieces of Original Apple Content In The Pipeline

Apple is spending a bunch, a whole bunch, on original content that you can watch through....Apple Music. Because that's always the first spot to look at television.

While there are some programs already on the app  (Did you know there's Planet of the Apps? Celebrity judges Will.i.am, Gwyneth "Goop" Paltrow, Jessica "Who Needs Hollywood!" Alba, and Gary Vaynerchuk judge the works of app developers. Fun.), the future is looking a lot more...interesting for 2019.

Let's look at some (6) shows and creators incoming.

PEANUTS!

DHX is producing a new Peanuts cartoon (and short, featuring Astronaught Snoopy)! No word on if they will look similar to the 2015 Peanuts movie, but my bet is gonna be a "no". The content will be exclusive to Apple (but won't all of this be?).

DEFENDING JACOB!

When the Cap gets clapped in Avengers: Endgame next year, don't be sad!* Chris Evans will be back in Defending Jacob, a limited series about a fourteen year old accused of murder. So clearly, he's not in the titular role.

The show will be directed by Morten Tyldum ("The Imitation Game").

*The OP has no idea if Captain America is going to die.


JUSTIN LIN IS HERE!

Justin Lin and his production company, Perfect Storm Entertainment, have been swooped up by the big Apple. Lin will produce and direct TV shows with a global perspective, much like the Fast and The Furious franchise that he revitalized. No word on if Vin Diesel and The Rock will take their battle to the small screen.

WOLFWALKERS!

The bridesmaid but never the bride in the Best Animated Feature category, Cartoon Saloon's (The Breadwinner,Song of the Sea) Wolfwalkers will finally be seen on the tiny screen.
A young wolfhunter goes to Ireland to hunt some wolves, but ends up making a friend who lives among them. I hope they keep the quality of the animation.

CALLS!



Based upon a short-order French TV show, Apple TV has brought the rights to remake Calls into English.
Listen to audio recordings of tragedies that string together to tell the story of an impending apolcalypse! Ooooh!

M. NIGHT SHYAMALAN!

We have no idea what it's about! But it's a thriller!

Shyamalan will direct the first one but apparently, perhaps mercifully, none of the others (OP note: That's actually from the source, I had to leave it in) The series will be written by Tony Basgallop. Toby "The OP's Favorite White British Man" Kebbell and Lauren Abrose will star in the show, and Rupert Grint! It's Ron Weasley, guys!

Lil Jon and The Kool-Aid man collaborate on a new Christmas rap song titled “All I Really Want for Christmas,” just in time for the holidays. And ONTD Fam, it’s straight fire. “It’s not every day people hear a song from two icons like Kool-Aid Man and Lil Jon. We love finding unexpected moments to bring fun into peoples’ lives,” said Rachel Drof, marketing director of beverages for Kraft Heinz’s.

“I’ve been wanting to do a Christmas song for forever,” says Lil Jon. “I could never get the right inspiration to get it done though. I wanted to do something fun for young and old, and I think that mission is accomplished.”

Vanity Fair’s Nick Bilton dropped an interesting news bit today. He regularly receives gossip about the Twitter Chief Jack Dorsey and shared this gem. “Once, a source who worked with him told me Dorsey had sent a rapper his beard shavings to make him an amulet that would protect him from evildoers.”

The rapper who allegedly received Dorsey’s facial hair was Azealia Banks. She tweeted about this exchange in 2016 stating that Dorsey “sent me his hair in an envelope because i was supposed to make him an amulet for protection.” AB claimed at the time that Dorsey was going to promote her mixtape if she promoted the square app and crafted him a object that would protect him from the ISIS.

This has not been confirmed by Jack Dorsey.

Dick Grayson, Artemis Crock, Conner Kent and Jefferson Pierce go undercover in Markovia to stop the Bedlam Syndicate's meta-human trafficking cartel – before it claims another victim



3x03 - Eminent Threat
Conner Kent and Prince Biron Markov are in the clutches of Count Vertigo, leaving Dick Grayson, Artemis Crock and an emotionally damaged Jefferson Pierce to save them and put an end to the Bedlam Syndicate.

Reed (Christopher Abbott) is going on a business trip. He kisses his wife and infant son goodbye, but in lieu of a suitcase filled with clothes, he's packed a toothbrush and a murder kit. Everything is meticulously planned: check into a hotel and kill an unsuspecting victim. Only then will he rid himself of his devious impulses and continue to be a good husband and father. But Reed gets more than he bargained for with Jackie (Mia Wasikowska), an alluring call girl who arrives at his room. First, they relax and get in the mood, but when there's an unexpected disruption, the balance of control begins to sway back and forth between the two. Is he seeing things? Who's playing whom? Before the night is over, a feverish nightmare will unfold, and Reed and Jackie will seal their bond in blood.

The film is directed by Nicolas Pesce (TheEyes of My Mother) and based off a novel by Ryū Murakami (Audition).

Elementary to end after Season 7

- Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu's contracts were also about to expire.

- The final season will feature Sherlock, Joan, Bell and Gregson + 13 episodes + time jump(s) + another "great Holmes foe" Odin Reichenbach (James Frain) [who?].

If the title didn't tell you enough, people on the internet really want to bang the Grinch. First we had Venom and Pennywise from IT and now Grinch has arrived as the oddball sexual choice for a small population of the internet. There have been 3 Grinch films but its Jim Carrey's version that seems to be getting the most sexual attention. Many of the comments are directed at how THICC Grinch is and then there are those that are curious what he would be like in bed. If you think this is not happening, source has plenty of examples.
