Following the global success of “Godzilla” and “Kong: Skull Island” comes the next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic MonsterVerse, an epic action adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history. The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

After old homophobic tweets were uncovered, Kevin Hart stepped down as host of the Oscars. During this weeks weekend segment program, Che didn't seem enthused that Hart dropped the hosting gig. Che then brought up the Oscars’ hypocrisy with its history of nominees.

“Didn’t the Academy nominate Mel Gibson for an award just last year?

“Also, if Kevin Hart isn’t clean enough to host the Oscars then no black comic is.”

“The only black comic I know that’s cleaner than Kevin Hart is booked for the next three to ten years.”

YouTuber PewDiePie continues being trash

Scumbag YouTuber PewDiePie is once again making headlines for being a scumbag.

In a video posted yesterday, PDP recommended a channel under the name "E;R" saying he really likes his video on Death Note. Yeah, turns out ER is a huge anti-semite and racist. ER states that video took forever because he thought it was funny to call L a racial slur throughout and knew YouTube wouldn't like it. The same video also makes a joke about the murder of Heather Heyer by a Nazi last year. Besides that, tons of anti-semite content can be found on his page and the source notes he is a frequent user on Gab.

PDP has found himself in one mess after another the past several years, always surrounding racial and anti-semitic content.

The Mou$e Hou$e keeps stuffing its overfilled pockets: Disney hits $7B in 2018 global box offce

$
0

Thanks to the monopolization of the movie industry, and the releases of Black Panther, Avengers 3, and Incredibles 2 (and not the massive bomb 'The Nutcracker and the Four Realms'), Disney's passed the $7 billion mark internationally, and the second time to do so - as they did two years ago (thanks to Rogue One, Moana, Zootopia, and Finding Dory).

To no surprise this is the second time in history any studio has hit the mark, with Disney just outdoing itself. It's expected to continue this thanks to next week's release of 'Mary Poppins Returns'.

Disney's expected to hit or even surpass those numbers in 2019 with the releases of Avengers 4, Toy Story 4, Stars Wars 9, Captain Marvel, and the live-action versions of BOTH The Lion King and Aladdin. Who says Disney doesn't have original stories????
