La Llorona. The Weeping Woman. A horrifying apparition, caught between Heaven and Hell, trapped in a terrible fate sealed by her own hand. The mere mention of her name has struck terror around the world for generations. In life, she drowned her children in a jealous rage, throwing herself in the churning river after them as she wept in pain. Beware of her chilling wail… she will stop at nothing to lure you into the gloom. Because there is no peace for her anguish. There is no mercy for her soul.

And there is no escape from the curse of La Llorona.

Starring Linda Cardellini, Raymond Cruz, Patricia Velasquez, Marisol Ramirez, Sean Patrick Thomas, Jaynee-Lynne Kinchen, and newcomer Roman Christou, directed by Michael Chaves, the film will be on theatres April 19, 2019.

Planned Star Trek TV Shows Will Differ In Style

0

After the announcement of the new Picard series, producer Heather Kadin mentioned

"I think the one thing we can say which is more general is that it’s been a real conscious effort that every project we do have its own voice and occupy its own space. I don’t mean its own space in canon, I mean its own tonal vision. Because you shouldn’t tune in to Discovery and wonder if you flipped the channel, that it was Picard. They should feel different, they should have different messages coming from different people."

"TrekMovie asked the producing pair if they see a future where Star Trek is on All Access year-round with shows running one after another in succession. “It’ll never be that clean,” replied Kadin “because also I think we want people to be excited for it to come, and not burning out.”

Cardi B: Kulture "broke my vagina" + more

Cardi B stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where she made her television debut only a year ago. She says it's been the craziest 12 months of her life and:

  • She loves having a baby at home. "I should've had you when I was a teenager! I love you!"

  • Needs a rest before another baby, but the happiness makes her want to do it "over and over again."

  • Childbirth was harder than expected, and no one warned her she might need stitches. "She broke my vagina."

  • Had a huge crowd in the delivery room.

  • Kulture is "feisty" like Cardi, who jokes she passed it on by having an attitude while pregnant.

  • Can't do normal things with her baby because of fame, wants to keep Kulture lowkey for now.

  • Lee bonded out at 4:40am and was told to not have any contact with her children.

  • Of course, being the concerned mother that she is, Tommie showed up at a relatives house within 3 hours of being released where the children were staying and tried to approach the daughter she assaulted. Cops were called and she fled to her Atlanta home.

  • Police found Tommie hiding behind boxes in her attic and arrested her again where she is now being held without bail.

Jennifer Lawrence Appears in Political Video on Memphis Ballot Measure

• Jennifer Lawrence appeared in a video urging voters to vote no on three ballot measures in Memphis.

• The language on the ballot is intentionally worded to mislead voters.

• First measure concerns whether to extend term limits for city leaders from two four-year terms to three terms. The other two concern instant runoff voting, which was approved by voters in 2008 but never enacted.

• Former Memphis mayor, 78, is running for re-election for a sixth term and is suing the city over the ballot language which he says targets him.

Michael Caine ‘still believes’ in Brexit

This decrepit old fuck has reiterated his support for Brexit, saying that "I say I’d rather be a poor master of my fate than having someone I don’t know making me rich by running it.”

Despite Theresa May's latest negotiation breakdowns with Brussels, Caine still believes that Brexit is a good idea.

This is how he describes being a member of the EU: “What I see is I’m being ruled by people I don’t know, who no one elected, and I think of that as fascist," [...] ”In the long run, though, it’ll come around.”

According to some, Pete Davidson sent pornographic pictures of himself with Ariana Grande to her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller a month before Miller's death. Rumor has it this was the catalyst for Pete and Ariana's recent breakup:

Despite the scoop being shared internet-wide, TMZ never made such a claim. Their only similar report said "[Mac's] death was the tipping point that led to [Pete and Ariana's] split."

BuzzFeed also confirmed with an unnamed source that the incident is fabricated.
