RECAP:

- A senior journalist (Janice Sequeira) recounts had gone to visit the set of (2009) "Horn Okay Pleassss", when she arrived there she was told the actress (Dutta) was being "difficult"
- Dutta had locked herself in her vanity van and refused to shoot further.
- Goons were brought to the set and started banging on her door
- When her parents came to pick her up, her car was attacked.
- The journalist tried to get in touch with Tanushree, who later told her that the dance sequence had been changed by Nana Patekar, so he would be included and added a "lewd dance step" allowing him to touch her inappropriately.
- Dutta at the time was walked away from the industry, as she was frightened for her and her parent's safety. She has now spoken up because of the #MeToo#Timesup movement, Sequeira highlights Dutta's story is the same as it was a decade ago.
- Patekar has denied this claim and "will send a notice for false allegations"
- Dutta also recently accused director Vivek Anghorti of sexual harassment, saying she was told to strip and dance to give Irrfan Khan cues. Irrfan Khan & Suniel Shetty stood up for her.

- her lawyer is questioning the validity of that out-of-court settlement,

FOX Moves Some Release Dates

The question was hot on everyone's mind - Which of the five movies in the Chrismas Release Week Bonanza 2018 would move?

Finally, we have our answer. Fox's ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL is now set to release on Feb. 14th, 2019.

And hot off the press of it's trailer a few days ago, X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX will now release on June 7th, 2019, taking the place of GAMBIT, which people still seem to believe will exist, and will "open" in March 2020.

Meanwhile, Fox will release a PG-13 version of DEADPOOL on December 21st.

Murphy Brown fails to bring in viewrs. Is this the beginning of the end for revivals?

-Murphy Brown premiered its 11th season last night after being off air for 20 years.

-While the show was a hit in during its original run the revival didn't seem to hit the same nostalgic spot that Roseanne and Will & Grace managed to do.

-Murphy Brown came back with 7.42/1.1 viewers coming in dead last among the CBS shows that aired that night.

-To compare, Roseanne premiered with a 5.2 rating and 18.4 million viewers earlier this year while “Will & Grace” managed a 3.0 and 10.2 million viewers.

Kanye West made a visit to The Fader's office, and what unfolded was what we've come to expect from Kanye West in recent times.

A few key takeaways from the visit:

- Played his new album for the staff, which features 6ix9ine (who pled guilty to three felony accounts of sexual misconduct with a child), and deceased rapper XXXtentacion (who was accused of kidnapping and abusing his pregnant girlfriend)

- Is currently begging Rihanna for last minute vocals for his album, said he sent her a hook.

- Was wearing a MAGA hat, which he said he has "redesigned." ("I changed the brim, I mean I changed the shape right here and I put positive energy into the hat.")

Birdman & Young Thug May Be Charged As Co-Conspirators in 2015 Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting

  • Cash Money CEO Birdman and rapper Young Thug may be charged as co-conspirators to attempted murder stemming from the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus.

  • If you don't remember, Lil Wayne was leaving an Atlanta cub when his tour bus was shot upseverly injuring the tour bus driver.

  • Young Thug's manager, Pee Wee Roscoe, was sentenced to 20 years and plead guilty to attempted murder.

  • The case was overturned last month because the court found the original judge coerced and threatened the defendant into taking the plea deal or the judge would give him a much harsher sentence.

  • The DA is now refiling charges on that case and is now looking at filing charges against Birdman and Young Thug as co-conspirators to attempted murder.

Sigur Ros Drummer Orri Páll Dýrason Accused of Sexual Assault

– Orri Páll Dýrason, drummer for Icelandic band Sigur Ros, has been accused of sexual assault. Meagan Boyd, who goes by @yinshadowz on Instagram, detailed her account of the assault that occured after they spent a night out together in January 2013.
– Meagan said she didn't disclose what happened due to intense anxiety, but that after watching Dr. Christine Ford come forward yesterday for the Kavanaugh hearing, she felt compelled to share her story.
– Boyd also posted screenshots of emails she said she shared with Orri, in which he denies the accusation, writing that he“cannot understand why you would want to publicly accuse me of something I did not do.” Orri claimed that Meagan offered him a ride home from the club, and that they had a “nice night of drinking and drawing”. Paste Magazine notes they were not able to verify the exchange before it was taken down.
– The second post about their emails has since been removed – Meagan then made a third post explaining what happened, saying someone flagged it. Meagan wrote she won't repost them for fear of violating Instagram's terms of service, but that she's looking to speak with a lawyer, saying "this is only the beginning." Paste Magazine has reached out to Orri's representatives for comment.
– Text of first post: yinshadowz: In January of 2013 I was sexually assaulted by a member of the band @sigurros when they were in Los Angeles recording an album that was set to come out later that same year. My assailant's name is Orri Páll Dýrason. I never reported it. I never expressed my pain publicly. I harbored this ache now for almost 6 years... for many reasons. I felt no one would believe me, I felt I had been irresponsible for trusting him just because he was in a band I loved and I respected him as an artist. I was drunk, and I had met him at a club (I had a brief period in which I was a dancer at a club called “the body shop”), I also engaged in a kiss with him before falling asleep in the same bed, after that I completely knocked out. I woke up with the feeling of being penetrated without my consent during a deep slumber.. it happened twice that night, and I wondered myself why I didn’t leave after the first time- but I was drunk, dead tired, in shock, and this was right before I ever heard of anything like Uber/lyft ... but none of that should matter because no one deserves to be raped/touched/licked/fucked without CONSENT. (((My heart is racing and I’m shaking just typing this.))) I wasn't ready to go public in the midst of the hype of the #metoo movement because just speaking about it gives me intense anxiety and I was about to give birth to my first child. In the wake of the news of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford calling out Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, I was triggered to speak out myself. Ironically, he’s now engaged to feminist activist who is also the founder of the Icelandic Slut walk (go figure...) And if I hear another damn Sigur Ros song during a yoga class ever again I’m gonna scream. Those songs I once found deliciously calming, beautiful and serene now leave a disgusting taste in my mouth. #endrapeculture

She's not playing the cult leader's daughter that they announced awhile ago but Laurie Lake, a farm girl who plays dangerous games with Archie and Jughead after initially giving them shelter when they wander onto her property. Hopefully she tries to hunt them through the corn field or something. Maybe she realizes Archie has broken out of jail after being accused of murder and is trying to turn him in for the prize money. Or maybe she's just a flirty psycho.

This is apparently a dream come true for her as she once tweeted about wanting to be cast on the show

Canadian Prince of Pop Shawn Mendes stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He argues with Jimmy over who Justin Timberlake likes better and Mendes is quite sassy about it. Love yourself Shawn! You can do better. Jimmy, you deserve each other.

America’s favorite new mascot Gritty from the Philadelphia Flyers also makes a brief appearance on the show. Ricky Gervais and Fallon are dancing when Gritty tries to join in and an altercation between Gervais and Gritty ensues while Jimmy tries to break it up. Bog off, Ricky!

Mendes also plays Slay It, Don’t Spray It! with Jimmy and performs what looks to be the third single, “Lost in Japan.” The single was recently remixed by DJ Zedd.
