Over the weekend, ONTD Potato 🥔 Jester and Teen Choice Award™ Nominee Alsel Elgort was spotted out in West Hollywood by paparazzi and was asked if the blonde hair was for a new role. Meg Donnelly of ABC’s American Housewife and the DCOM Original movie Zombies launched her official music career with the help of Disney.

Meg is best known for her role playing Katy Mixon’s daughter Taylor Otto on the hit ABC sitcom. She then played Addison in the Disney Channel Original Movie Zombies earlier this year.

Her debut single “Smile” is a chill Pop&B track reminiscent of music from the early 2000’s with an updated modern sound and I’m kind of here for it? In the clip, Meg is chilling on the beach with her love interest and various other scenes and what looks like the Pacific Coast Highway.

Jimmy Bennett, the actor who accused Asia Argento of sexually assaulting him, gave an interview to an Italian TV show on Sunday.

The interviewer repeatedly questioned how a man could really be raped by a woman. When the interviewer asked why Bennett didn't seem upset in the photos taken in bed with Argento, the audience applauded.


Excerpts:

“The comments I have received were all like, ‘Why wouldn’t you want to have sex with that person? What’s wrong with you?’” he said. “But that’s not really what it’s about. A woman can be attractive in some ways, and still abuse a man.”

“I’m kind of done defending myself. I don’t feel like I should be in this situation, to have to defend myself and make people believe what’s happened when the facts are already there in plain sight."

“I was worried about coming in front of an audience and being accused of not being sincere about the violence against me. After this, that’s why I chose the silent route. I was right.”


Asia Argento gave an in-depth interview to the Daily Mail (*barf*), probably to respond to Bennet's interview. In the first snippet released, Asia says that she and Anthony Bourdain cheated on each other. The second portion of her interview, to be released tomorrow, will address the sexual assault allegations against her.


"It wasn't a problem for us. He was a man who traveled 265 days a year. When we saw each other we took really great pleasure in each other's company."

"People say I murdered him. They say I killed him. ... I understand that the world needs to find a reason. I would like to find a reason, too. I don't have it."

"What I do feel terrible about is that he had so much pain inside of him and he didn't share it. I did not see it. And for that I will feel guilty for the rest of my life."

* The Mario franchise has had a rough couple of weeks. First was the death of beloved character Luigi, followed by the world finding out that Trump's unsavories resemble Toad. It seems the Nintendo series is in the news once again, this time due to Bowsette.

* Last week, a new item for New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe was unveiled which created a brand new character in Mario lore. The power-up, called the Super Crown, appears to transform Toadette into a Princess Peach fusion called Peachette.

Over the past year or so, ONTD has become...well....woke or whatever. But there's a curious mystery happening both in and out of the community. It seems that the moral compass we hold only applies to black women. Drake, who is basically a ~pop girl~ at this point is a streaming force. Baka, some of you are familiar with this name, but if you're melanin deficient, probably not. Luckily I'm here to season ya chicken and remove the raisins from the potato salad. Baka is Drake's former bodyguard and longtime friend. Now before the sexism jumps out of you, just hang on a second. Baka has showcased his loyalty to Drake on many occasions. Their friendship isn't going anywhere.

In 2014, Baka was arrested under charges of human trafficking. Allegedly, Baka forced a 22 year old into prostitution by assaulting her and threatening to kill her. Baka pleaded guilty on for the assault charges. The charges of human trafficking were later dropped due to the woman in question refused to testify. Now now, before you jump the gun. If someone is threatening to kill you, wouldn't you be afraid to testify? Moving on...

In 2015, Baka was released from jail. Since he is Drake's bestie, of course the harem prince celebrated his return.

'Better Call Saul' star Bob Odenkirk is the latest name attached to the star-studded cast of Greta Gerwig's second directorial feature, the adaptation of 'Little Women'. No word yet on who he'll play (I'm guessing the father?).

Odenkirk joins already announced cast Meryl Streep, Timothée Chalamet, Saoirse Ronan, Laura Dern, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlon, James Norton, and Louis Garrel. Filming begins next month in the Boston area.
