Back when the princess scene was released in the previous trailer, many people were like "Hey, who is this black woman who might be Tiana because we only have one in the Disney Canon and it can't be anyone else?"

With only about two months to spare until the movie's release, Disney has restored her to her actual appearance.

• Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish stopped by The Breakfast Club to promote their new movie Night School but the interview very quickly turned to the subject of Katt Williams and his attack on the current crop of comedians including Tiffany.


• Kevin started off by saying "We as black people complain about diversity and not getting rewarded and now we are getting rewarded and see more opportunities being created but black people want to say it's not the right people getting that shine."


• Kevin says that Katt Williams is bitter because Katt was the go to man in comedy at one point and he chose drugs over his work committments so Hollywood stopped fucking with him.


• Kevin says that he knows his time as the it man in comedy is fleeting, so he is now spending his time and money putting energy into up and coming comedians.


• Kevin specifically states that Katt rolled with Luenell, Melanie Comarcho and Leslie Jones and never used his platform to help them get some shine.


• Kevin says he has been using his power to promote the likes of Lil Rel, Jerrod Carmichael and Hannibal Burress.


• Kevin really went in because he has been friends with Tiffany for a decade, saw her when she was homeless and hungry, helped her out and now that she is finally prospering in the world, he isn't going to let Katt Williams bitter ass bring her down.

• Tiffany says she is still a fan of Katt's and can't let his comments get to her because her checks are only getting bigger and she has to capitalize on that because fame is fleeting.


• Kevin also gets into Katt's claim that he sold 2.4 million tickets on his current tour, which is theoretically impossible because Beyonce and Jay-Z only sell half of that and Katt Williams is irrelevant compared to them.


• Kevin says he's had his time and while he's not going to stop working, he's almost 40 years old and he wants to invest in younger talent to give them shine.


• Kevin said people need to start taking responsibility for their own actions and not blame anyone else.

• ICYMI Rafiki is a Kenyan film about two teenage girls who fall in love


• Shortly before the film premiered at Cannes the Kenyan film board announced they were banning the film


• Writer/producer/director Wanuri Kahiu sued to have the film screened so it would have Oscar eligibility


• The judgement was announced today and Kahiu won, with judge Wilfrida Okwany saying, “I am not convinced that Kenya is such a weak society that its moral foundation will be shaken by seeing such a film.”


• Kahiu and the films producers are now working with theatres to make Rafiki availble in Kenya for at least 1 week so that it will be eligible for Oscar consideration


• The film currently has distribution in Kenya, Norway, France, U.S. (and presumably Canada), though there is no official U.S. date so far

It's the end of September and basically we're getting a bunch of generic movies and total shit being released in theaters. This weekend's big movie is 'The House With a Clock in Its Walls', starring Jack Black and Cate Blanchett, which already made $840,000 on Thursday and is expected to bring in between $18M-$20M this weekend.

Other movies out include the "critically maligned tear-jerker"'Life Itself' (I had to take Variety's summary there, it's beautiful), which may make an astonishing $4M-$6M this weekend, while Michael Moore's latest documentary 'Fahrenheit 11/9' is actually expected to make more than 'Life Itself' despite being in a thousand less theater screens in the US.

There's also 'Assassination Nation' coming out, which might make around $4M, or go see 'Colette' if it's playing near you, because that's actually getting great reviews. Or 'The Sisters Brothers.'

In an interview with The Breakfast Club human Trash and rapper Machine Gun Kelly was asked by Charlamagne if he had “smashed G-Eazy's girl” to which Kelly responded, “Yes, many of them. I ain't even say no names so I don't even know why everyone is getting sensitive.” He then says “the 30-year old [G-Eazy] and the 50-year-old [Eminem] said those names not me!”

The host then clarifies and says, “so did you smash Halsey?” “Absolutely,” responded Kelly.

Once the interview made the rounds Halsey Tweeted her disgust with Kelly tweeting:

Nabisco is partnering with Disney to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the most iconic Disney character: Mickey Mouse. The celebratory treat will hit the shelves on September 24. Mickey Mouse's birthday is November 18. Mickey Mouse's first cartoon, "Steamboat Willie", was first released 90 years ago in 1928. Birthday cake isn't the only Oreo flavor making news recently. In August, the brand announced a hot wing flavor and a wasabi flavor for Chinese markets.

And what better way to start than with one of the largest groups on the platform: beauty influencers! Below I've selected a handful of my favorite influencers, so please be sure to check them out.

JKissa is a beauty influencer from Los Angeles, CA. She's an animal lover who's outspoken about the mistreatment of animals by cosmetic labs and only uses items that are cruelty-free. She possesses a charming personality and I enjoy watching many of her videos because they're very relaxing.



Laurasia Andrea


Laurasia is from Detroit, Michigan. Most of her videos consist of her dying a brand new wig that she also happened to sew herself and then putting together a whole look to suit it.

Thomas Halbert


Thomas Halbert is a beauty influencer known for giving his brutally honest opinions (don't sue me Jordan Byers) about products and is known for posting controversial videos that cause him to end up in hot water. He's known for being removed from several brands' PR lists.

Ivan Lam


Most of Ivan's videos focus heavily on asian beauty products and skincare. He's relaxing to watch and knows a lot about skincare. If you're currently looking for new skincare products to check out, be sure to check him out.
