Fox Network got for its recently cancelled-then-saved-by-Netflix show
Lucifer around the time the pilot aired in late 2015/early 2016, offering a glimpse into the mind of the average citizen you didn't ask for. You know, considering how 2016 went, maybe they weren't all wrong.
– One complaint said the violence inspired by the show would unleash the four horsemen of the apocalypse:"What you disgustingly allow for is profit to take away the miracle of Jesus/God arid portray the Devil as God. It is blasphemy at the highest form and I demand the show be canceled because if you do not those who are disturbed in our society will commit more acts of violence in identification of the show. What is starting to unfold at more rapid rate is the Armageddon and the metaphors of the Four Horseman: war (red), famine (white), plague (black), and death (pale). The red horse has been around for centuries, the white horse has been around for centuries and a third of the world is in famine-no lookat the Mideast and Syria, plague has been around for centuries not having reached its full strength, and God help us when the Pale comes as that is the antichrist/devil himself."– Another says it will lead to people committing more violence, claiming people in the show kill in the name of Lucifer:
"It portrays Lucifer in Holy aspect and people committing murder and evil acts in his name. With gun violence and shooting on the rise from mental illness in society and hate, along with terrorism; Fox 5 needs to be forced to shut this show down. It will lead to more violence in our Country because of the wide-spread pervasive rise in mental illness. Those who are mentally can identify with this show and commit more acts of violence in the Country. Yes, I'm a Catholic and it offends me and 2.0 billion Catholics world-wide because it glorifies the Devil as misunderstood and portrays people committing evil acts in the show as Holy."– A couple of complaints came from families watching TV with their kids due to television ads that aired in the middle of sports broadcasts: "My grandchildren, ages 10 & 7 were watching the game with me and I couldn't get to the remote fast enough to turn it off quickly enough to avoid them seeing that terrible pornographic content," one said. Another wrote, "The ads came on the first one showed two people naked in bed, the next was a psycho with a knife trying to kill someone on Gotham, next was a Lucifer ad. Each ad was filled with sex and violence and should not be shown on a Saturday afternoon when families are watching TV together." Partial nudity and knife stabbing are the same.
– A less dramatic complaint said,“it depicts Satan interacting with humans during activities considered indecent by the community.” As the earliest trailers indicated, the show is about Lucifer working with the police. Sounds like they're onto something.

The TV Show Lucifer (i.e. Devil) is an indecent show that portrays the Devil as misunderstood and as a Godly entity to be worshiped. The show depicts people carrying out acts of violence all the way to heinous murder in the name of and for Lucifer. This show is offensive to me as a Catholic and a Christian, along with being offensive to billions of Christians world-wide. Moreover, it should be offensive to every person of faith that believes in God. As Christian God created himself in human form from the immaculate conception through his only begotten son Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus came into this world to save us from our own thoughts because that is how the Devil works; evil being Lucifer plays upon the emotions of every human being. Every person has wrath/anger in their hearts, as it is an emotion that all of us have to shed from being hurt in this world where manipulation and lies ruin the course/path of humanity that God intended for us to have. I for instance have wrath for those that fired me because I have multiple sclerosis, I have to come to being able to forgive. You are allowing our society that has a
rise in mental illness and gun violence, along with others who are lost and have no hope to identify with a false prophet known as Lucifer. Lucifer/Devil/Daemon evil has many names was once God's highest angel that sat to the left of his throne where the Angel Gabriel now sits and was cast out of Heaven when God created the human race because Lucifer tried to overthrow God because of God's love for us; the human race. What you do not realize just as Jesus said to the disciple Philip "you have been with me all of this time and yet you still do not believe. The Father is the Son and the Son is the Father". Meaning they are one in the same for it is God acting through his son the Savior Jesus that performed all the miracles from raising Lazarus from the Dead to curing the crippled, healing the blind and Leppard. What you disgustingly allow for is profit to take away the miracle of Jesus/God arid portray the Devil as God. It is blasphemy at the highest form and I demand the show be canceled because if you do not those who are disturbed in our society will commit more acts of violence in identification of the show. The Fox 5 Television Show Lucifer is obscene, indecent, and profane in its context. It portrays Lucifer in Holy aspect and people committing murder and evil acts in his name. There is nothing Holy about Lucifer (i.e.. Devil). In scripture Lucifer was once God's highest angel, until Lucifer tried to overthrow God. God is Holy and this is so offensive because to me and other Christians we are only saved by the light of the lamb: Jesus Christ God's only begotten son who was born from the immaculate conception and came into this world to save all of us from Lucifer. You see Lucifer is in the hearts of all human-kind and acts within each of us through playing upon our thoughts that guide our emotions. There is not one person that has not hated someone else and suffers from wrath. Please do not fuel the emotions of people suffering from wrath by allowing them to identify with the Evil of Lucifer that Fox 5 is allowed to portray in the TV Show Lucifer. Cancel the show!

The commercial on Fox for the Lucifer show during the Wildcard game between the Packers & Redskins was sexually explicit and should not have been show in the afternoon during a family hour time slot.
My grandchildren, ages 10 & 7 were watching the game with me and I couldn't get to the remote fast enough to turn it off quickly enough to avoid them seeing that terrible pornographic content.

Fox is roLitinely advertising its Lucifer television show during family time. Specifically, the network has been running its promotion during football games on Sunday. The commercial material is offensive and indecent as it depicts Satan interacting with humans during activities considered indecent by the community. This type of promotion should not occur during family time on a Sunday.

We were watching an Oklahoma State football game at 4:30 in the afternoon on 11/7/2015 on Fox 23 in the Tulsa area. Our children were both in the room watching it with us. The ads came on the first one showed two people naked in bed, the next was a psycho with a knife trying to kill someone on Gotham, next was a Lucifer ad. Each ad was filled with sex and violence and should not be shown on a Saturday afternoon when families are watching TV together. This was not an issue not too long ago because adult TV ads were saved for adult TV times, after 7 or so. It is ridiculous that we can not watch a football game as a family without having to worry about the kids seeing something inappropriate in the middle of the day.

Fox 5 has aired a new show entitled Lucifer that depicts the Devil as Jesus/God, which is blasphemous and indecent so much so to call the show off. If this were being done to the Muslim religion and Muhammed you would pull the show to prevent violence. This show depicts violence and sex as portrayed by the characters as being done for good in the name of Lucifer who the show portrays as misunderstood and in the same light as Jesus/God. With the rise of mental illness and anger in society leading to shooting deaths do you really want on mainstream T.V. a program that depicts violence and sex being done falsely in the name of good and Jesus/God? As a Christian this is grossly offensive because this show is insult to Jesus and the very sacrifice he gave for us all. This Country has become more worried about offending Muslims and their false belief that Muhammed is God. Muhammed is not God and no prophet would profess, violence as acceptable means for advancing the interests of a people. Only a false prophet does that. There is a difference between Jesus the living God because he is the Messiah and every other so called idol God that other religions worship. Jesus never professed violence as acceptable all the way up to his own death! Cancel the show.
