Henry Cavill works the camera on a new photoshoot for men's lifestyle magazine Men's Journal. The Mission Impossible: Fallout actor attended CinemaCon in Las Vegas this past April and shot these photos during his visit nearby in Red Rock Canyon alongside his best friend Kal and a Ducati. The photos were shot by Jeff Lipsky and — once again — Cavill is way too overdressed for a Summer issue shot in the Vegas desert! Nonetheless, work it Zaddy (and precious Kal)!

BBC Petitions California Court to Reveal Person Who Leaked "Doctor Who" Footage

The BBC has filed papers in California court asking that the U.S. social media website Tapatalk be forced to reveal the name of the user who posted a 53-second leaked clip of the upcoming season of Doctor Who.

The BBC isn't accusing Tapatalk itself of any wrongdoing, since users who post leaked footage violate Tapatalk's stated rules; they simply want the site to be forced to reveal the identity of the member who did it, even though the clip has been removed.

“We will strive to protect our program-makers, audiences and licence fee payers from any breaches of security – ensuring ‘Doctor Who’ fans enjoy the final and fully completed version of the episode when it premieres,” a BBC Studios spokesman said.

The new season of Doctor Who is not set to premiere on BBC until the Fall and will star Jodie Whitaker as the 13th - and first female - Doctor.

Harvey Weinstein indicted on additional felony charges

According to Variety: "Harvey Weinstein was indicted Monday on three additional felony sex charges, two of which carry the potential of life in prison." The new charges are considered Class A-II felonies.

This is in addition to 3 previous sex crime charges which have a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison. Minimal details on the nature of the new charges can be found at the source. No trial date has been set.

More 'Little Women' Intel; Streep's Role, Filming Dates

  • Last week, it was announced that Greta Gerwig would direct a remake of Little Women, which was discussed in this ONTD post. 

  • It was fairly obvious who the younger actors announced would be playing from the jump: Saiorse Ronan as Jo, Emma Stone as Meg, Florence Pugh as Amy and Timothée Chalamet as Laurie, with Beth's casting TBD.

  • The LA Times spoke with Robin Swicord, the screenwriter for the 1994 adaptation and a producer for this one, and she had some additional info.

  • Contrary to previous assumptions, Meryl Streep won't be playing the matriach of the March family, Marmie. Instead she'll be playing their wealthy and hard to please aunt, Josephine March.

  • Aunt Josephine will be a bigger part in Gerwig's adaptation than it has been in previous iterations, as Gerwig's screenplay will focus more on the time after the sisters leave the family home.

  • The screenplay will cut backward and forward in time, centering on the theme of young women entering the adult world rather than being a straightforward narrative adaptation.

  • Filming is set to begin October 1st in Boston, with the film aiming for a fall 2019 release date.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan & Hilarie Burton Are Sick of Fans Showing Up At Their House

The Walking Dead cast has long had a problem with overzealous fans. Georgia police had to put a ban years ago on the cast stopping to greet fans who waited for them outside the Atlanta-area set because it became a traffic and safety hazard. Norman Reedus (Daryl) once got bitten by an overeager female fan at a Walker Stalker convention. Chandler Riggs (Carl) spoke of adult strangers who would approach him in public and try to physically pick him up when he was ten years old and just starting on the show.

But it's the fans who show up at the cast's homes who have caused the most upset. Producers have implored fans at numerous conventions to stop going to the cast's houses. More than one cast member has done the same. And apparently, Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) has had it, judging by this exasperated tweet he sent out today to fans who keep showing up at the home he shares with his wife and two young children in upstate New York:

Ángela Ponce is the first trans woman to win Miss Universe Spain

  • Miss Universe first started accepting trans contestants six years ago.
  • Ponce said of the victory: "I want to give a lesson to the world of tolerance and respect towards oneself and towards others."
  • Ponce, representating Cadiz, participated in 2015, but did not win.
  • Ángela spoke about growing up trans: "The hardest thing in the whole process is to see how my body did not develop as I wanted or needed."

Spotify® Premium users demand refunds after Drake takes over streaming service

• Drake's latest album Scorpion dropped last Friday and Spotify® rolled out a massive promotion for the rapper, featuring him in nearly every single playlist possible. Yup, that's right, even playlists he had absolutely nothing to do with: for example the “Best of British” playlist.

• As a result several Spotify® Premium users demanded a refund because they considered this an advertisement on their ad-free accounts that they already pay for.

• A Reddit user shared his complaints on the website as well as a screenshot of his chat transcript with customer service showing that he had received a refund for this month. Others reported similar success while others said they were denied a refund from the streaming giant.

• The company declined to comment on the situation but sources say there have been few complaints and that there is no official refund policy on the matter.

RPDR Season 10 winner Aquaria responds to claims of coldness by Bebe Rexha

On Tuesday afternoon, interchangeable pop hook singer Bebe Rexha took to her Twitter account to claim that the finalists from RuPaul's Drag Race Season 10 were "cold" to her backstage at the 2018 VH1 Trailblazer Honors. She said that three of the four - Aquaria, Asia O'Hara, and Kameron Michaels - "didn't talk to anyone like they were the shit," but that Eureka hugged her.

Taking to her own Twitter account, Season 10 winner Aquaria initially responded apologetically before congratulating Rexha on her new album 'Expectations.' Upon further RuView, however, she decided that she was not going to let Rexha paint her and her Drag Race sisters as "stuck up bitches" unchallenged:





























"Actually no, too vague. If you've ever met any of the 4 of us you'd know we don't think we’re the shit or anything of that sort. We're really just artists who were being swept through a crazy week in our lives where we nearly had a second to take things in. I was actually very grateful to have been invited to such a special event to honor some of the most positive influences on our community but also have/had so many things going through my head.

"Asia literaly [sic] couldn't see shit because her face was covered and sometimes Kameron allegedly doesn’t say hi but that's okay too! I don't think any of us would intend to be rude or shady to any other performer and if people knew anything about us it's that we are far more humble and real than anyone else would expect. Instead of being grateful and enjoying the night we're now on twitter [sic] complaining about the same thing everyone always tries to pit on drag queens that we’re stuck up bitches who don't have time for the people who enjoy our work.

Plenty of people won't recognize us out of drag and I always used to witness this personally so I understand how miss Bebe may have felt but we aren't nasty bitches. Did VH1 ask our clown asses to perform? Absolutely not. So you win. I was actually very happy to meet you and introduce u [sic] & really enjoyed your performance as well as the beautiful choir that was singing with you. Stop tryna do whatever Nicki Minaj is talking about and jumpin [sic] online and making us the bad guys. We love u [sic] babe. The kids love u [sic]. We’re not trying to be stuck up and rude[.]

We'd been rushing around grabbing garments last minute getting hair going to dance rehearsals and getting in full hair makeup and look BY OURSELVES so if we don’t notice u [sic] for a second we are so sorry. We don’t mean it the wrong way. I’m not tryna [sic] fight and I’m also not one to just pop online and try to drag a group of artists in front of my fans so just kno [sic] we’re cool with u [sic] and loved ur [sic] performances and u [sic] think we’re evil villains because we didn’t suck ur [sic] toes.

After Pete Davidson's reps all but confirmed that Pete Davidson made an insensitive joke about the Manchester tragedy, many have wondered how Ariana Grande would react to her fiancé's 2017 jokes.

-first she posted this cryptic Instagram Story, which reads "Set me on fire"



-she then posted this blank page with just the words "love you" to her Instagram story. Was it to her fans (who are, by the way, actually mad about this if you search "pete manchester" on twitter), or was it to her edgelord fiancé?

-Ariana was also noticeably less active on Twitter, only posting one tweet today

'Roseanne' reboot star Emma Kenney teams with PETA to stop pet owners from leaving dogs in hot cars

  • Emma Kenney from the Roseanne reboot teamed up with PETA to make a PSA about negligent dog owners leaving their pets in hot cars.
  • In the PSA, Kenney says: "A person would have to be entirely thoughtless, completely heartless, and utterly shameless... So, come on, people, please. Please leave your dogs out of hot cars. Or I might just lose my f-cking cool."
  • PETA states that last year alone, 44 dogs died because they were left in hot cars.
  • PETA says if you spot a dog in a hot car, call your local humane authorities/police and stay with the dog until the situation is resolved. But if you must save the dog because it's an emergency, then get witnesses to corroborate your judgment call and get the dog out of the hot car. PETA also offers emergency hammers at their website. Also: leaving your windows cracked open a bit does not prevent heat stroke either.

- they demanded $28,000 for the return of Michael Obi and his driver,

- they also said they will shot Mr. Obi if John contacts police,

Uma Thurman closed Miu Miu's Resort Show in Paris while Roman Polanski sat front row

- Uma Thurman, who has been at the forefront of much of the #MeToo movement, closed the show in super fun and spectacular fashion.

- Several actresses, such as Chloe Sevigny, Kate Bosworth, Jaime King, and Gwendoline Christie walked in the show and were present at the afterparty, including teenage actresses Rowan Blanchard (who opened the show) and Sadie Sink, who have also shown support for #MeToo.

- In what should be shocking, but is not at all shocking news, Garbage Fire Roman Polanski was invited to sit front row at Miu Miu's Resort Show in Paris on Saturday, and was also seated at Miuccia Prada's table (along with iconic director Agnès Varda), at the afterparty.

- All of the actresses who walked in the show were invited literally two days before to walk, and more than likely had no idea that he would be there.

- The piece of shit went on record as being against the #MeToo movement in May (but who's shocked)

- A sampling of the completely uncritical comments made by fashion press about his presence at the show:
• "Less exciting, though, was the report that Roman Polanski was in the audience."
