Quickfire challenge: The chefs had 40 minutes to go fishing for a trout and then make a dish with it. If they couldn't catch one, they had to use canned. Joe was the first one to catch his fish, followed by Mustache Joe, and Adrienne was last with only 20 minutes left to cook.
