Chris Siegfried, 'Bachelorette' Winner, Publishing His Poems

A few days ago, Chris Siegfried, this year's "Bachelorette" winner, tweeted and instagrammed that he is publishing a book of his poetry (it appears that there will ALSO be poetry by the Bachelorette herself, Desiree Hartsock). The book is called Diamonds + Hearts: A Poetic Memoir.

While we're, you know, happy for him, we guess, we're not all that impressed with his work. Stanzas like "I step out of that limo,/ You...standing there beautiful in that dress./I lost my breath for that moment, /Then thought, getting down on one knee would be best" sound more like a cheesy, bad pop song than true poetry. But hey, YOU be the judge.

Lady Gaga and Perez Hilton are immersed in an EPIC Twitter feud, with the singer accusing the celebrity gossip mainstay of harassing her and her family.

Tension between the two had already been running high, but went into overdrive after fan informed Gaga that Hilton was spotted at her apartment building.

Perez eventually released a statement directly addressing his feud with Gaga:

"My heart hurts that my former very good friend Lady GaGa, a person I used to call my 'wifey' and traveled the world with, is making very public, untrue allegations about me on Twitter."

"While it is still too painful for me to go into detail about why I chose to no longer make her a part of my life, I will say that I am a critic and not a stalker."

"Any allegation that I am stalking her is utterly false, defamatory and now appears to be putting me in danger."

"I will continue to be a critic - in a way that is not mean or involves name-calling, and I will continue to have an opinion and talk about music and songs, like GaGa's 'Applause'".

"As the suggestion that I pose a danger to GaGa is preposterous, if fans want to send a message of support, they should buy her music instead of sending me death threats."

Gaga allegedly confirmed with security, then went OFF on Perez:

"STAY AWAY FROM ME + MY FAMILY YOU ARE SICK TRYING TO RENT AN APARTMENT IN MY BUILDING TO STALK ME. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

"DO I NEED TO BE SHOT IN THE HEAD FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HARASSES ME HAS GONE TOO FAR?

IM A HUMAN BEING…"

"I just want to make music+make people smile. Im sorry to all the fans who are trying to enjoy whats supposed to be a happy time. Gone too far."

On Friday, Gaga slammed the gossip blogger, who had been openly sharing his distaste for the singer's music (and his unabashed love for Katy Perry's).

Gaga said, referring to the hip injury that derailed her tour earlier this year:

"Still have the text Perez sent me of me in a wheelchair w the words KARMA written across + Madonna pointing a gun at me. Day of my accident."

"Please little monsters do not be affected by someone like this NOTHING merits this kind of hatred. Im ok & I always survive. Ignore him. Just Dance."

Perez responded by re-tweeting some posts from Joseph Kahn, who also faced the wrath of Gaga's insane fans after giving praise to Katy Perry's "Roar":

"I am over Gaga's fan base behavior. Race insults, death threats, homophobic slurs. I've never seen such awfulness on behalf of any singer," Kahn tweeted, with Perez re-posting.

Damien Hirst to Produce Limited-Edition 10th Anniversary Scarf Collection for Alexander McQueen

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Alexander McQueen's iconic skull-print scarf, British artist Damien Hirst will rework the classic into 30 exclusive designs.



The artist, Damien Hirst, with one of his "Entomology" works.


Alexander McQueen has enlisted Damien Hirst to create 30 limited-edition scarves to celebrate 10 years of the British brand's ubiquitous skull-print scarf.



The designs will see aspects of Hirst's 'Entomology' series, which uses colourful insects to create kaleidoscopic artwork (pictured above), worked into the signature skull motif. He was chosen as a collaborator thanks to his "interest in symmetrical design is combined with strong references to the natural world."



They will be available from McQueen boutiques and alexandermcqueen.com from mid-November in chiffon, pongé, twill, and cashmere, reports WWD, with prices starting at £315.




A classic Alexander McQueen skull-print scarf, styled as a belt, which debuted in the Spring/Summer 2003 "Irere" runway show



The skull-print scarf has become an iconic McQueen piece ever since it was first showcased by the brand's late eponymous founder, Alexander McQueen, as part of the spring/summer 2003 collection. Priced from £165 for a version in silk and available in a rainbow of different colour ways, the design became even more popular when McQueen died in 2010.



Incidentally, Hirst is also well-known for using skulls in his work. In 2007 he produced 'For the Love of God', a platinum cast of a human skull encrusted with 8,601 flawless diamonds that reportedly sold for £50 million to a private buyer.

The artist is no stranger to a fashion collaboration either. Last year, he created a line of pricey dot- and pill-adorned backpacks for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's label The Row and in 2008 he designed a line for denim brand Levi's.



He follows in the footsteps of fellow Young British Artist alumnus Jake and Dinos Chapman who recently collaborated with Louis Vuitton to create a fast-selling collection of men's accessories.

WWDTD?! ‘Game of Thrones’ Star’s Photo Used in Russian Political Message Without Permission

Just because season three is over doesn't mean there isn't drama for "Game of Thrones" star Emilia Clarke. In a shocking plot twist, the stunning English actress has been pulled into Russian politics. And she doesn't even have her dragons to defend her.

Apparently, Vladimir Putin mayoral candidate Yakov Silin plastered Clarke's image across one of his "anti-rape" campaign ads in the industrial city of Yekaterinburg. In the promotion, Clarke, 26, is identified as a local woman named Anya, 24. The shot features the stunning thesp with brown locks rather than the signature white-blond of her "Game of Thrones" character, Daenerys Targaryen.

"Anya"'s campaign message (on behalf of Silin) states, "I suddenly noticed that for the last couple of years I'm not afraid to walk at night in Yekaterinburg. I now have confidence that the city is safe, that no one will attack me or rape me. It's so cool… There are only few people on the streets, the streets have lights, the city is fresh and incredibly beautiful. Especially after it has been raining."

Not surprisingly, the picture of Clarke was used without her knowledge or permission. But it didn't take long for others to notice the smiling "local" was actually a world-famous actress. Bloggers took to Silin's site to blast the campaign for being too "lazy" to find a less recognizable face for the ad. But the powers-that-be aren't admitting Clarke's image was used in error. In fact, they're insisting they knew exactly what they were doing.

"We selected a famous and beautiful actress on purpose, to make it clear that this is a fantasy," one unnamed campaign author stated. "Next time we will be more clear. Sorry." Umm. That sounds like a good idea. The authors had even more to say on the controversy, however. "Our internet post which was a fantasy with a photo of Emilia Clarke, famous for the TV series 'Game of Thrones,' has caused a strange resonance," they insisted. "We assure you Daenerys Targaryen, in this case, is just a beautiful woman. We don't claim to have her support, even though we would not be ashamed to show her Yekaterinburg after the implementation of the 'Capital' program."

A rep for Clarke has not yet returned omg!'s request for a comment, nor have we heard if she's planning to take them up on their offer for a tour of the city, but something tells us she's not booking her ticket any time soon.

Florence Welch is back in the recording studio with her band [the Machine] and is believed to be working on her third album, which could see the chart topper taking a new direction.


The star has been working on new music with rising British producer MNEK, who tweeted he would be in the studio with the ‘Dog Days Are Over’ singer, “In studio with @flo_tweet for the next three dayzzz,” he wrote.



The exciting new urban producer has previously created tracks for Little Mix and Rudimental, having guested on two of the quartets standout tracks ‘Spoons’ and ‘Baby’ on their debut album, ‘Home’.



The new urban and dance direction could see the redhead score more number one hit singles having only got to the top spot after turning her dark, gothic sound into dance tracks after teaming up with Calvin Harris on his hit ‘Sweet Nothing' and then again when he remixed her single ‘Spectrum (Say My Name)’.



The singer recently contributed a brand new song called 'Over The Love' for the soundtrack to The Great Gatsby, and has also performed covers of Daft Punk's 'Get Lucky' and Icona Pop's 'I Love It'.



Flo’s upcoming collection will serve as the follow-up to 2011’s ‘Ceremonials’ which topped the UK chart and reached number six in America.

Dick Van Dyke Emergency -- Actor Pulled Out of Flaming Vehicle

87-year-old actor Dick Van Dyke narrowly averted disaster moments ago on an L.A. freeway -- when his Jaguar burst into flames -- but thankfully, he was pulled to safety in the nick of time.

The hero who rescued him is a guy named Jason Pennington, who tells TMZ, he was driving along the 101 when he saw a car full of smoke on the side of the road ... and an elderly man hunched over at the wheel.

Pennington tells us, he pulled up and ran over to discover Dick Van Dyke struggling inside.

Pennington says he opened the driver door and pulled the actor out of the vehicle as flames tore through the engine.

We're told Dick was slightly disoriented by the experience but did NOT need medical attention. His wife came to pick him up shortly after and brought him home.

As for the car ... it's toast.

One Direction: We just ignore Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson rumours

Louis Tomlinson has revealed the band just ignores rumours surrounding their relationships.

The singer was joined by bandmates Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan at a press conference for their new film This Is Us in London today along with director Morgan Spurlock.

When asked by one reporter about rumours that he and Harry are in a relationship, he replied: ‘It’s better to just ignore s*** like that.’

The ‘Larry’ rumours were brought up in a Channel 4 documentary, Crazy About One Direction, which was aired last week.

Liam did his best to emphasize how grateful the band were to their fans after the documentary portrayed them as obsessive.

He said: ‘To be honest we all think the fans are amazing. The level of dedication that they show us is second to none. They’re the best fans in the world.’

When another journalist asked why there wasn’t any ‘sex, drugs and rock’n'roll’ in the 3D movie, Harry quipped: ‘This is a family press conference.’

Louis added: ‘We like to think we’re rock and roll, but we’re not really.’

He revealed that the best thing about making the film was it helped them remember everything that had happened to them in the last few years.

‘Because so much is happening to us you kind of just lose it all,’ Louis said.

‘It’s great just to sit back and watch it back and remember and relive those moments.’

Harry said it was a weird experience for him to be filmed for the movie.

‘It was really strange having cameras around but at the same time it didn’t make that much of a difference because there weren’t any set-ups and stuff.

‘It was kind of like getting on with your day but there was someone in your way when you tried to get out of a door.’

The world premiere of One Direction’s This Is Us takes places tomorrow in London.

Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas to Divorce?

Rumors begin of a divorce + custody battle for the couple.  Catherine doesn't trust Michael to care for their kids.



It has been rumored for the last few weeks that Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas’s marriage is completely in the toilet with a divorce announcement due at any moment. The couple reportedly tried a trial separation last year and never really bothered to fix the issues in their marriage. Michael supposedly can handle his wife’s bipolar disorder but he can’t stomach her heavy drinking which ultimately triggers manic episodes. The actor has made peace with the fact that this divorce will cost him millions but he is determined to maintain a good relationship with his kids and intends to fight tooth and nail for primary custody.

According to the Aug. 26th print edition of National Enquirer, Catherine has every intention of matching Michael’s fight. When she recently checked herself into a hospital to get her bipolar condition under control she opted to fly her mother in from Wales rather than leave Michael with the kids alone. She simply didn’t trust him to put the kids first for even a few short weeks and instead enlisted the help of her mother.

In fact Catherine’s mother has relocated to a home a few miles from Catherine and Michael’s NY mansion in order to help her daughter handle the children while things get messy for the couple. Michael does not get along with Pat but tolerates her because fighting Catherine on the issue of her mother is always a losing battle. Catherine is counting on enlisting her mothers help to land primary custody of her children and she intends to use Michael’s busy schedule against him in custody court.

Before heading to V Festival, the model of the moment stopped by the bash in London, dressed in a patterned jumper and matching trousers, with Suki Waterhouse and Clara Paget in tow.

The 20-year-old catwalk star was spotted arriving at a London townhouse with her pals as she met up with big sister Poppy, 26, to help celebrate friend Amanda Crossley's impending wedding.
