  • Colleen Atwood is being brought on as the costume designer, as well as John Myhre as production designer.

It's December which means it's IJGB (I Just Got Back) season so Lagos is full of your favourite Nigerian, British-Nigerian & American-Nigerian celebs and Atlanta strippers.


John Boyega made a surprise appearance at Christmas Day screening of Star Wars: The Last Jedi at a Lagos cinema.


Then spent the rest of his week living his best life in true Faaji style, joined by Gbenga Akinnagbe and Hunger Game's Dayo Okeniyi.

Wizkid held a number of concerts over the festive period inluding Wiz on The Beach and The 'Homecoming' in Lagos where he brought out a bunch of of special guests including Tekno, Wande Cole, Burna Boy, Maleek Berry & Skepta. He ended the show by bringing out Davido, officially ending their years long feud.

Call of Duty fans stay trash, get an innocent man killed

A 28-year old man from Witchita, Kansas is dead today after a "swatting" prank brought on by two childish Call of Duty fans.

"Swatting" is the act of calling 911 into sending police to another persons address where they assume crimes are occuring. Anything from murder to bomb threats have been used and many of the most famous cases over the past several years are due to video games. Cases of swatting can be tried as federal crimes.

In this case, police were notified of a murder and hostage situation occuring at the man's home. When he opened his front door to see why cops had his house surrounded, an officer shot him. The man did not have a gun on him, did not have a criminal record, or even played video games according to his family. He later died at the hospital.

The incident occured after two fueding CoD fans got into it after one lost a bet against the other. Threats were made and one player gave the other a false address.

The officer is on administative leave and police are still investigating the case.

Activision, CoD's publisher, has yet to comment.
