Are You The One Season 6 The Final Match-Up

As 2017 comes to a close so does another wild season of MTV's Are You The One. But what happened this season? Did the cast win? Did they find love AND money? Did Ryan come back?


Finale Recap:
Perhaps it was Keith's university major in math and secret statistics skills. Maybe it was sheer luck. Or maybe producer intervention...whatever it may have been the cast somehow finally pulled it together in the last episode to win the money.

They managed to find one Perfect Match in a truth booth (Nicole & Tyler). And a lot of stupid relationships crashed and burned- I'm looking at you Keith and Alexis. Michael showed his ass all the way to the end replacing Malcolm as the WORST guy in the house. He bounced from Audrey to Geles to Alexis and honestly I straight up lost count. It would be easier to name the girls he didn't hook up with at this point. What is it with this guy? Does he have beer flavored nipples????

Shad and his robotic declaration of love for Audrey finally won me over (was it just me? or were we all sleeping on could-be serial killer Shad????) and it seems Keyana got the last laugh because she and Michael were truly meant to be.



Now that we've moved past the boring stuff, let's get to the real deal: AYTO Reunion Special!

Season 6 Drama
Keyana thought she might be pregnant while on the show (with Michael's baby) but it was a false alarm.



Jada/Clinton/Uche love triangle is now a war triangle. Clinton tried to defend his girl which Jada got mad about and so now no one is friends anymore.


Kareem is still mad at other men for telling the truth about his bad behavior.


Geles remains unapologetic about going after everyone's man.





Diandra and Nurys are cool but Diandra and Macolm are not - they tried to make it work after the show but he was shitty (big surprise) and Nurys is cool with Malcolm but not interested in being with him.

Keyana and Anthony had a short-lived fling in the house.

Joe and Alexis did more than kiss.



Inter-Season Dating
Keith is now dating Carolina from season 5
Anthony is dating Shannon from season 5
Alexis is talking to Michael from season 5 (I think the season 5 cast is just trying to find some way to touch that million dollars)
Nurys is dating Nelson from season 3 (Girl, don't you watch the Challenge? LOVE YOURSELF)

Who's Still Together
Uche and Clinton are still fused together like one of his dreads.
Alivia and Kareem are also making it work even though he cheated on her (again) with Zoe (again).

Random Drama
Shanley made a joke on twitter about Alexis's cousin and Alexis cried.
Some of the cast met up in NJ and hook ups ensued including Zoe and Kareem even though he was with Alivia at the time. Keyana and Anthony hooked up too. And then he and Zoe hooked up. I love their commitment to being hot messes even when there are no cameras rolling.


Apparently a drunk Anthony slept in Alexis's room the night before the reunion but everyone was being really shady about anything else happening.
Dimitri left a love note for Nicole that night as well. This cast doesn't know how to not speak when their microphones are on and I love it.

Honestly, this season was a ride and this was probably my favorite cast yet. They never failed to deliver the drama. Can't wait til season 7!! And without further ado, here are the

Top Chef: Colorado -- Episode 4

Quickfire challenge: This week the chefs had to take classic kid menu dishes and elevate them. They also had to use kid-sized equipment for the lolz, I guess.

Elimination challenge: The cheftestants were asked to make a dish that celebrated their cultural heritage. This naturally lead to an all white man bottom 3.

Despite rumors, Adriana Lima's boyfriend Metin Hara has made it clear the two are not broken up and he will sue you if you say they are!

Ridley Scott thinks Disney should hire more experienced directors for latest Star Wars films

  • Disney has been letting new-to-the-scene directors take the helm on the latest Star Wars films.

  • Ridley Scott responds to the question if he would ever direct a SW movie: "I think they like to be in control, and I like to be in control myself. When you get a guy who's done a low-budget movie and you suddenly give him $180 million, it makes no sense whatsoever. It's fuckin' stupid. You know what the reshoots cost?"

  • Both Gareth Edwards (Rogue One) & Rian Johnson (The Last Jedi) have only directed small budget indie films before their big break.

The faux-lesbian "All The Things She Said" duo who first lit up stages sharing then-pearl-clutching kisses during their performances, sport different looks in 2017. The russian group formed in 1999 and rose to prominence in 2003, even representing their country that year in the Eurovision contest and placing 3rd. They were marketed controversially as two "sexy"& rebellious lesbian teens despite neither member being gay.

The duo split in 2011 for good after cancelled shows and allegations from Lena Katina against her groupmate Julia Volkova of abusive behavior and stringent touring demands. Volkova also decided to make confounding anti-gay comments in 2014 causing Lena Katina to release a statement renouncing Volkova's comments and reaffirming her support for the gay community. Both have "solo singing careers" now.

ONTD Original: Liam Gallagher's Best Tweets of 2017 By Month

2017 was an eventful year for Liam Gallagher - he released his first solo album which went to #1 in the UK, he shared a stage with Chris Martin of Coldplay to pay tribute to the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing, he became a climate change activist by partnering with the climate coalition for a television ad, and he reconciled with his brother, Noel, after 8 years of estrangement.

While sitting in an airport due to a delayed flight home for the holidays, I decided to look back at Liam's year through his superbly entertaining twitter account and pick his best tweet of each month of 2017. My criteria was simply whatever I found the most entertaining, bizarre, or drama-filled. I held off on posting this for a few days to ensure that I didn't miss anything, because you never know with Liam.

January 2017
Liam kicked off 2017 rather slowly on twitter. Tweeting, rather uncharacteristically, only four times in January, my options were rather limited. I've chosen this dig at his brother, Noel, for supporting U2 on tour as his best tweet of January:





February 2017
For February, I've decided to include a tweet that shows Liam's excitement about his then up-coming debut solo album (released October, 2017). In the tweet, he's clearly overcome with emotion after tweeting out the lyrics to his song, "Come Back To Me."




March 2017
Still ramping up excitement for his solo album, Liam graced us with some lovely imagery:



April 2017
Upon the news that Noel Gallagher and Damon Albarn collaborated on a Gorillaz track entitled, "We Got The Power," Liam took to twitter to let the world know how he felt about the song:



May 2017
Liam took a break from insulting people to send love to all those affected by the May 22, 2017 Manchester Arena bombing. He would later go on to perform as a special guest at Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert to benefit the victims and their families.




June 2017
After the Oasis classic, "Don't Look Back In Anger," became a symbol of solidarity in the wake of the Manchester Arena bombing, many fans wondered if Oasis would reunite to perform at the One Love Manchester concert. Liam changed his schedule last minute and flew to the UK from Germany to make a special appearance and to perform "Live Forever" with Coldplay's Chris Martin. Noel was out of the country at the time and could not attend the event and Liam had some thoughts about that.



July 2017
Liam's twitter account was thoroughly entertaining throughout the month of July. He kicked off the month dedicating a tweet to the thief who stole his parkas from his hotel room while he was playing Glastonbury. He tweeted several nonsensical, contextless, but still entertaining thoughts. He directed multiple insults towards his brother and U2. And he responded to British athlete Mo Farah's tweet in which he posted a photo to his instagram with Noel but mistakenly wrote, "Chilling with my boy liamgallagher U2 concert in Twickenham..!!" Liam remained good humoured and responded simply by saying, "Good to see u2 mo as you were LG x" However, this is quite possibly my favourite tweet of Liam's from July of 2017:



August 2017
In August, Liam thanked the Q awards for his nominations.



September 2017
Liam hits out at twitter keyboard warriors.



October 2017
Among a slew of insults directed at, you guessed it, Noel was a hidden gem of an avant-garde artpop tweet. Suddenly the koons is Liam!



November 2017
November was a great month for Liam tweets and it was hard to choose the best one. But due to the nature of this post, I thought the following was most fitting:



December 2017
A Christmas miracle! The tweet that sent Oasis fans around the world into overdrive wondering what it all means as Liam hints at a reconciliation with his brother, Noel.

-There is a time jump of 3 years, the season begins on late 1987
- Paige has a new cut and even wears makeup, she is in college
-She is full spy now and helps Elizabeth, Elizabeth loves it but of course she wants Paige to take everything seriously for her sake.
-Expect mother/daughter bonding through spying!
-Paige only does surveillance missions , Elizabeth doesn't want her to do all the things she has done of course (honey trap, killing people, etc) but more of what Hans did plus considering she is a US citizen, she wants her to join the CIA or FBI or the State Department
-Phillip has retired from espionage.
