Disney has bowed to the backlash they received after it forced viewers to watch some boring 22 minute white culture Frozen Disney short before the screening of Coco. Viewers were warned not to show up to the theater until almost 40 minutes before the supposed start time after all the trailers and horrid "short."


Removal goes into effect Dec 8. They will ask theaters to use the extra time to show more Coco screenings.

Professional thin lip Armie Hammer drops by to film an episode of Podcast "Happy Sad Confused", making sure to wax poetic at length over the lack of integrity in super hero films ("This is probably something I shouldn't talk about...") before dropping some loud and proud support for convicted child rapist Roman Polanski along the way.

Armie Hammer has decided 2017 is the year for you to find out how he really feels about rape, sexual assault, and moral grey areas.  He also wants to falsely lead you to believe that Nate Parker's past was a big, sad un-googleable secret despite it being posted prominately in the middle of his wikipedia page.

Host: So where are you in terms "separating the art from the artist"?
Hammer: We didn't, like, I mean... no one really knew. That was...
Host: Yeah, the next stuff came out after, no one really knew that past too well.
Hammer: I don't know, man, like... For me... (audible sigh)
Host: So like, if Polanski wants to work with you... what do you say?
Hammer: You know, it's funny man. Because part of me as an artist would say... there's not a lot of artists in history who don't have /something/ fucked up about them.
Host: Right...
Hammer: You don't find reasonable men at the top of large mountains, and sane people don't decide to become artists, because it's a weird job, with no job security and you know, whatever. But, it's... the idealist in me would like to think, like, okay, I'm not working with "Polanski" the person, I'm working with him as an artist and this is a new thing that he's doing and I think that he is a talented artist or whatever. But at the end of the day, like... as a human, and as someone who's trying to live a virtuous life, you kind of go "Is it worth it?" because you know there's going to be drama. You know it's going to be something that can overshadow what you're actually trying to do. So, I don't know, it's a grey area. It's full of grey, you know?
Host: I grew up, Woody Allen was my spirit animal, you know? Mel Gibson, I grew up with his films. I don't know if I can throw all of that out.
Hammer: Yeah, it's like... yeah. Yeah.

Lisa Bloom's The Bloom Firm filed a claim on behalf of male model Jason Boyce against Bruce Weber (as well as Weber's company, Little Bear Inc., Jason Kanner and Soul Artists Management) in the New York State Supreme Court on Friday, December 1, alleging "sexual harrassment and discrimination"

Now, Bloom has confirmed that more male models are reaching out to corroborate Boyce's claims, though none have done so publicly as of yet

Requests for comment from Weber, Kanner, and their respective companies have not been returned; Condé Nast, whose publications Weber has shot for on multiple occasions throughout the years, and Versace, whose fall campaign was shot by Weber, both declined to comment on Friday

-- 'Wonder Wheel' unfortunately did not flop, and made $140,555 at 5 theaters its first weekend
-- 'Call Me By Your Name' made another $281,280 at 4 theaters for a 10-day total of $908,175 (expanding on Dec. 15)
-- 'Darkest Hour' took another $109,000 at 4 theaters for a total of $412,000 in 12 days (expanding Dec. 8)

-when news about "Confederate" first hit in which the premise revolves around an AU in which slavery still exists, D&D were super excited and confident about it and basically said that they had already started writing it and would start working on it immediately as they were finished with GOT

-but now it seems like they've changed their minds

-when journalists asked D&D about Confederate recently, they replied they're not "not actively working" on it anymore

-when HBO was asked about it, they said “the four showrunners are working on different projects and won’t be able to focus on this new project for a while, maybe 18 months.”

-GOT finishes filming in about 8/9 months so now apparently D&D not wanting to work on it until another 18 months is a significant delay
