- NBC Universal's cable network devoted to horror and suspense is ending on January 1, 2018. Chiller started in 2007.
- The likely reason for Chiller's demise is because NBC Universal was having trouble getting carriage deals with major cable and satellite services.
- In the past, Chiller aired reruns of classic horror TV shows such as Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction, Twin Peaks, American Gothic, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Freddy’s Nightmares, The Twilight Zone, The X-Files, Tales from the Crypt, and Tales from the Darkside. They also aired movies old and new-ish.
- Slasher was the network's first scripted drama, which can now be streamed on Netflix (including its recent second season... no word on a renewal or not). Chiller's original movies included Monkey's Paw, Animal, and Fender Bender.
- In 2013, Comcast ended its own horror network, Fearnet, and merged it with Chiller. Now, both channels are dead.

Kathy Griffin: Life on the Blacklist
-Kathy has officially been blacklisted and things are not going well....
-After her tour is done she has ZERO gigs lined up.
-Has been asked to perform at some of her old stomping grounds for free but she is not about that life.
-Everyone refuses to hire her.
-No celebrity scandal has had as big of an impact on someone's career as it has to her.
-She can't afford to donate any money to charities due to legal bills out the roof and of course no income...
-She knows her social media is getting a bit....loony....
-This is allegedly the reason why she is having to sell her mansion.
So I’m hearing from my pals who know social media far better than I do that in fact simply the words “Kathy” and “Griffin” are trigger words for these groups. So no matter what I post, whether it’s about Trump or not they mobilize

Church of Scientology Tells Danny Masterson’s “Alleged” Victim That Men Can’t Rape Their Partners
Exclusive: In audio of a phone call I obtained, @dannymasterson's publicist, Jenni Weinman, suggests to one of his victims that a woman can't be raped by a man she's in a relationship with. The Church of Scientology told the victim this as well.

Danny Masterson’s publicist Jenni Weinman is caught on tape saying Danny Masterson couldn’t rape someone he is in a relationship with. 79% of rape is by men known to the victim.
After filing a knowledge report on Danny Masterson for raping her, the Church of Scientology reportedly told Chrissie Bixler the same thing and threatened to declare her a “suppressive person” if she didn’t sign a document absolving Masterson of any wrongdoing or if she filed a police report.
Bixler also accuses Weinman of covering up Masterson’s alleged crimes. She’s also the publicist for Eric Balfour (he was Claire’s ugly boyfriend on Six Feet Under), Danny Masterson’s brother, Travis Barker, and some anti-vaxxer documentary that links vaccines to autism even though there is scientific evidence there’s no link between the two.

“Hewitt broke into Phillippe’s home in the middle of the night without permission, and has now fabricated a story in an unjustified attempt to extort money from Phillippe and gain publicity for herself and her modeling career”
The actor also said that he intends to seek legal action against Hewitt for damaging his reputation once her lawsuit is dismissed.
According to People, authorities closed the investigation into Hewitt’s claims in September.
