- In an essay on her website, Leeann Tweeden, a TV host and sports broadcaster, says Senator and comedian Al Franken kissed and groped her without her consent in 2006 during a USO Tour to entertain troops in the Middle East
- Said Franken wrote skits for the show "full of sexual innuendo geared toward a young, male audience."
- In one skit, Franken wrote in a kiss between him and Tweeden and asked to rehearse the kiss before the show. When she says they didn't need to rehearse, he "came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth."
- When she was back in the US later, she found a picture of Franken with his hands over her chest(seen above) while she was sleeping.
Franken's statement:
"I certainly don’t remember the rehearsal for the skit in the same way, but I send my sincerest apologies to Leeann. As to the photo, it was clearly intended to be funny but wasn't. I shouldn't have done it."

Joss Whedon has liked several tweets criticizing Steppenwolf, the villain of the new 'Justice League' film that he took over from Zack Snyder. One tweet he liked came from 'Vanity Fair' and said "Steppenwolf is the worst comic book movie villain of all time and not even Malekith the Accursed (from Thor: The Dark World) comes close."

As a result he's gotten some flack from fans and the situation has been compared to Josh Trank tweeting out criticism of the 'Fantastic Four' film he directed before the movie came out.

+ Pixar's new animated film "Coco" has been released only in Mexico so far. It debuted on October 27th just in time for Dia de Muertos and has taken in 824 million pesos so far — or $43.1 million dollars.

Taylor Swift is doing the absolute most in order to get record breaking first week sales for her new album republican reputation. First, she has discounted her Target exclusive magazine bundle to $13, cheaper than the already advertised Black Friday special price (screw the fans who bought it full price less than a week ago).

As posted earlier this week she performed the final track of her new album, 'New Years Day', on the first episode of the Tonight Show since the passing of Fallon's mother. Now, because of coincidental lyrics about hand squeezing, the performance has been branded by Swift as a "tribute" on her official FB page (even though the rendition isn't any different than the one she premiered on TGIT last week).

Fox is developing a starring vehicle for James Franco in X-Men property "Multiple Man".
In the comics, Multiple Man is Jamie Madrox, who, in the comics, conveyed his cloning powers at birth, when a second, identical version of him appeared after the doctor slapped the infant to get him to breathe. His father, a worker at the Los Alamos Nuclear Research Center, moved his family to a remote farm where his son — fitted with a special suit to control his powers designed by X-Men patriarch Professor Xavier — lived quietly until the suit malfunctioned and he began to go crazy. His cloning abilities drove Madrox to have various collisions and collaborations with both the X-Men and Fantastic Four.
Allan Heinberg (Wonder Woman) will write the script.
