THE SUGARMAN — Mayor McCoy cracks the fuck down on Southside High (apparently to "police state" levels according to Jughead) either because of whatever happens to Nick St. Clair or after hearing about the jingle jangle hotel party her daughter was involved in.

This leads to even worse tensions in town so newly-appointed Serpent!Jughead and Archie obviously have to borrow Reggie's car and compete in a drag race with the Ghoulies so as to prevent them from allying with the Serpents.

Betty enlists Veronica's help to crack the mystery of the Sugarman who seems to be some drug related boogeyman from Cheryl and Jason Blossom's past.

After what happened with Nick, Cheryl comes to some sort of realization and confronts her shady/crazy mom.

I just wanted to note that Reggie's mom is in this picture!

Also, both Valerie and Melody somehow got to skip this meeting even though both of them were at the jingle jangle hotel party and were the other heroes for helping to beat the shit out of Nick St. Clair.

Follow up to this post. Actresses and writers from One Tree Hill have further come together detailing what they went through on the set of the show, in an open letter.




To Whom It May Concern,

All of the female cast members of One Tree Hill have chosen this forum to stand together in support of Audrey Wauchope and one another. To use terminology that has become familiar as thesystemic reality of sexual harassment and assault has come more and more to light, Mark Schwahn’s behavior over the duration of the filming of One Tree Hill was something of an “open secret.” Many of us were, to varying degrees, manipulated psychologically and emotionally. More than one of us is still in treatment for post-traumatic stress. Many of us were put in uncomfortable positions and had to swiftly learn to fight back, sometimes physically, because it was made clear to us that the supervisors in the room were not the protectors they were supposed to be. Many of us were spoken to in ways that ran the spectrum from deeply upsetting, to traumatizing, to downright illegal. And a few of us were put in positions where we felt physically unsafe. More than one woman on our show had her career trajectory threatened.

The through line in all of this was, and still is, our unwavering support of and faith in one another. We confided in each other. We set up safe spaces to talk about his behavior and how to handle it. To warn new women who joined our ranks. We understood that a lot of it was orchestrated in ways that kept it out of sight for the studio back home. We also understood that no one was fully unaware. The lack of action that has been routine, the turning of the other cheek, is intolerable. We collectively want to echo the calls of women everywhere that vehemently demand change, in all industries.

Many of us were told, during filming, that coming forward to talk about this culture would result in our show being canceled and hundreds of lovely, qualified, hard-working, and talented people losing their jobs. This is not an appropriate amount of pressure to put on young girls. Many of us since have stayed silent publicly but had very open channels of communication in our friend group and in our industry, because we want Tree Hill to remain the place “where everything’s better and everything’s safe” for our fans; some of whom have said that the show quite literally saved their lives. But the reality is, no space is safe when it has an underlying and infectious cancer. We have worked at taking our power back, making the conventions our own, and relishing in the good memories. But there is more work to be done.

We are all deeply grateful for Audrey’s courage. For one another. And for every male cast mate and crew member who has reached out to our group of women to offer their support these last few days. They echo the greater rallying cry that must lead us to change: Believe Women. We are all in this together.

Zendaya to star in and co-produce thriller "A White Lie" + new "The Greatest Showman" trailer

  • A White Lie is based on Karin Tanabe's book The Gilded Years.

  • Zendaya will play Anita Hemmings in the psychological thriller. She was the first African-American woman to graduate from Vassar College.

  • Hemmings, a light-skinned African-American woman, passed as white during the 1890s so she could attend Vassar College. She was the descendant of slaves and her father was a janitor.

  • The script will be written by Monica Beletsky. Some of her work includes Parenthood, The Leftovers and Fargo.

  • The film is being produced by Zendaya alongside Reese Witherspoon and her Hello Sunshine partner Lauren Neustadter.

  • This isn't Zendaya's first project as a producer because she has been producing her show, K.C. Undercover, since it started airing on Disney Channel in 2015.




  • The Greatest Showman hits theaters this Christmas.

- Taylor Swift surprised Jimmy Fallon tonight on his show for a performance for his first show back since his mother passed away last week.
- Mike Dicenzo, a writer/ producer for the show, tweeted: "She was not scheduled to do our show today. But we wanted something special for this first show back, so we asked her on a complete whim, since she had been in town doing SNL. She said yes with zero hesitation."
- Before her performance, Jimmy shared a story of how his mother used to squeeze his hand three times when he was a kid and say "I love you" and he would do the same back, and Swift's song coincidentally features the lyric: "squeeze your hand three times in the back of the taxi"

Record producer and Lady Gaga's long-time collaborator DJ White Shadow (Bloody Mary, Gov. Hooker, Sexxx Dreams, The Cure) says the singer's next album will be ARTPOP's "little sister." The DJ compared the upcoming record to Gaga's controversial 2013 album, which celebrated its fourth anniversary on Saturday, in an emotional new Instagram post.

"4 years ago I put out a record called ARTPOP with @ladygaga. I could write a book about it, maybe one day I will. I lost a best friend and manager, LG lost her entire support team, and we were all alone. I am so grateful for this record because it taught me a lot. Gaga and DJ White Shadow have been working together for the past several months while on the road for Gaga's Joanne World Tour. Sources told Gagadaily that Interscope executives held a big meeting recently regarding Gaga, which most likely means she is about drop something very soon! It's also rumored that she will be premiering a new song via livestream at this years American Music Awards.

Independent Artists Accuse Marc Jacobs Of Thievery

Renowned designer Marc "I don't see color" Jacobs, is in hot water this year due to a lawsuit! According to The Fashion Law, independent designers claim that the 2017 Resort collection has stolen copyrighted pins and patches used for the clothing line.

Jacobs, who came under fire for his Spring '17 collection, was issued a cease and desist letter for the Resort collection.
