Lebron James again spoke today about Donald Trump's comments re: players who protest. He kept referring to Trump as "that guy" (lmao) and said that while he has this platform, he won't let anyone use sports to divide us. Lebron said the "people run this country, not an individual, and damn sure not him".

Steelers player, and former Army Ranger, spoke out today about his teams decision to sit in the locker room. He regrets throwing his teammates under the bus by coming out near the tunnel instead. He says that every time he sees the picture of himself, he feels embarrassed.

• Johnny Lin and Brian Oliver are teaming up to make Sacrifice, which "follows a priest who survives a botched exorcism and chases a possessed fellow priest to a mystical island off the coast of Ireland."


• Screenplay will be by Robert Tinnell, who has written a bunch of horror graphic novels; Paul Johansson (Atlas Shrugged) will be directing.

The fourth quarter of the year is known for being the biggest and busiest time of the year for new releases in the music industry. While acts like Demi, Miley, Shania, Michael Jackson and more have music releasing this week, several other major artists are planning to release in October through December. Here are what Rolling Stone expects to be the biggest albums in the fall:
Taylor Swift: Reputation

Release date: November 10th
"Fall's most tightly guarded secret,"Reputation", is described by a source as "lyrically sharper and more emotionally complex than 1989." The artwork – Swift in a Flashdance-style sweatshirt, gazing through headlines of her name – suggest she's again pondering the time-old mystery of, as she once sang, why "people throw rocks at things that shine."

Niall Horan: Flicker

Release Date: October 20
"The guitar-heavy single "Slow Hands" is a pop hit. Horan spent six months writing with a crew that had previously crafted 1D hits. "I wanted this album to be completely personal," Horan says, "therefore, the best way for me to get what I wanted out of the songs was to write them with friends."

U2: Songs of Experience

Release date: December 1st
"While the band won't elaborate further, Bono recently experienced a "brush with mortality,” says the Edge. Today's bleak political climate also contributed to the delayed gestation of some songs. "Cabello was the breakout star of Fifth Harmony before she quit the group last year, in part because she didn't like their creative process. Cabello insisted on co-writing the songs on her debut, which she says combines mainstream pop with her Latin roots. She drew heavily on relationship drama, from a crushing breakup more than a year ago to an encounter with "a famous boy I met at an after-Grammys party."

When Blade Runner 2049 hit theaters in a few weeks, what you see is what you get. Director Denis Villeneuve stated in an interview with Europe Plus that the theatrical release is his cut of the film and that alternative versions are not something he has any interest in. This pretty much confirms rumors that he was given complete creative control over the film. Villeneuve jokes that maybe a studio or producer's version will be released, more than likely due to the film clocking in at a whopping 2 hours and 43 minutes.

Eight different versions of the original Blade Runner exist. Five were released as part of the film's 25th-anniversary blu-ray package. The other three are a 4-hour cut only shown to studio executives, a preview cut only shown once to an audience in San Diego, and a heavily edited broadcast version for television.

Marvel begins its Legacy relaunch this Wednesday with it's Marvel Legacy one-shot, bringing back another character from the dead (this after announcing last week that Jean Grey is returning).

It's Wolverine. And for some reason he has an infinity gem.

Wolverine died in 2014 after losing his mutant healing power and being encased in adamantium. He was replaced by his clone daughter Laura as the All-New Wolverine. Marvel also decided the alternative universe Old Man Logan needed to be added to the main Marvel universe and did so after Secret Wars concluded in 2015. And as if that wasn't enough, Wolverine's son Jimmy for the former Ultimate universe just debuted a few months ago in X-Men Blue.

How he came back, why, and what happens to Laura, OML, and Jimmy will be explained later.
