Synopsis: In the brand new adventure Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, the tables are turned as four teenagers in detention are sucked into the world of Jumanji. When they discover an old video game console with a game they’ve never heard of, they are immediately thrust into the game’s jungle setting, into the bodies of their avatars, played by Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan. What they discover is that you don’t just play Jumanji –Jumanji plays you. They’ll have to go on the most dangerous adventure of their lives, or they’ll be stuck in the game forever…

A member of the University of New Hampshire's Alpha Phi sorority posted a video to her Instagram story of her sisters rapping along to Kanye West's "Gold Digger" at a party. And yes... they sing the word that rhymes with "digger." The video has gone viral and is now making national news.

Under pressure from students, UNH administrators say the incident is under review. No disciplinary action has been taken yet.

- Riverdale star KJ Apa fell asleep at the wheel during his 45-min drive home after a grueling 16-hour shoot on the set of Riverdale
- Was taken to a local hospital and was discharged without serious injuries
- His car was totalled, the passenger side destroyed after striking a light pole
- Apparently Cole Sprouse was supposed to ride home with him in said passenger seat and changed his plans last second.
- The crash has sparked protests on the Riverdale set, as the cast and crew are demanding that WBTV provide better safety protections during production. Cole Sprouse has led the charge, asking that the company offer transporation to castmembers working late hours, which is common on the set.
- WBTV's policy is that actors are responsible for their own transportation to and from set, and a source says that they are free to call a taxi or stay at a local hotel on the studio's dime if they feel unsafe to drive. [Edit: Just to be clear, the article says WBTV declined to comment, so we have no idea who this source is and if it is actually a real offer that was made to the cast.]
- "They're working these kids morning to night. Someone's going to die," said someone familiar with the production.

Mel Brooks has said political correctness is the death of comedy. The Hollywood film-maker said his Western parody Blazing Saddles would never get made today because of the use of the N-word.

"We have become stupidly politically correct, which is the death of comedy."

Brooks told the BBC: "It's OK not to hurt the feelings of various tribes and groups, however, it's not good for comedy.

Mel said he could find comedy in almost everything, but he claims there were areas even he would not mine for material.

"I personally would never touch gas chambers or the death of children or Jews at the hands of the Nazis"

Brooks is one of only 12 people to have scooped an Emmy, a Grammy, an Academy Award and a Tony.

• While on his show Jimmy Kimmel asked Kiki Dunst if she went method to play her stoner character and she says no, but she did smoked a whole blunt on accident.



• Apparently there was "movie weed" on set which was some herbs and stuff, but the locals who were responsible for rolling the joints decided to thrown a real one with the others for fun.



• She claimed that it was some strong shit cus it was the highest she ever got in ha life.

Talking about 'Woodshock', the movie in which Kirsten stars in and is directed by her friends who created Rodarte is not being well received by critics, getting 'mother!' comparisons. A24, the studio who funded the movie, made light of the movie's critical reception:
