- A van has reportedly been deliberately driven into a crowd at the famous Las Ramblas market in Barcelona.
- The official death toll is at 13. At least 50 people are reportedly injured.

The Season 7 finale of Suits will be a backdoor pilot for the spinoff. The Spin off will centre around Gina Torres' character Jessica Pearson (who the show creators nearly killed off - like how would they have explained that?! as she delves into the mucky world of Chicago politics. The didn't want to make Suits:Chicago so they decided to have her focus on politics instead - expect comparisons to The Good Wife Fight.
Synopsis - "reunite Pearson as she adjusts to her new life in the Windy City. When she is forced to enter the dirty world of Chicago politics, Pearson must rely on her legal wits and valiant relationships from Pearson Specter Litt to navigate this unknown territory.
There are rumors that Dule Hill's new character from Suits might move on to this spin-off.

In a new documentary, the rapper claimed that he was driven to punch, bite and push his then girlfriend against a car window after she was violent towards him following Clive Davis' Grammys event.
Refuge (a leading domestic abuse charity) has asserted :
"Whatever goes wrong in a relationship, no man has a right to hit his partner. We all say and do things we later regret, but domestic violence does not 'take two. No woman can make a man hit her; violence is a choice he makes and he alone is responsible for it. Blaming the victim is another way perpetrators maintain control over their victims, it shifts the responsibility to the woman. Manipulating her into thinking she is responsible is a ploy abusers use to deflect from their violent and controlling behaviour. Hitting a woman is never acceptable behaviour, it is against the law."
Abuse charity Women's Aid says :
"Despite pleading guilty to felony assault and accepting a plea deal, in this documentary Chris Brown is victim-blaming Rihanna for the horrific physical assault he perpetrated against her back in 2009. Brown is sending out a very dangerous message to both survivors and abusers by relieving himself of responsibility for his actions by blaming Rihanna for provoking him. Women are frequently discouraged from coming forward for fear of being blamed for the abuse. Nearly half of domestic abuse survivors responding to a HMIC online survey had never reported the abuse to the police."

Belle and Sebastian drummer left in Walmart parking lot for four hours
Richard Colburn, the drummer for indie band Belle & Sebastian has been reunited with his band after accidentally being left behind in a North Dakota Walmart parking lot.
He waited for four hours, wearing just his pajamas. He had no cell phone with him.
His band mates only discovered they had forgotten him after driving 500 miles.

- The two will be appearing on ABCs Battle of the Network Stars
- First met during the pilot episode of BTVS but didn't become full fledged friends until Julie came back to Season 2 of Angel where Julie knitted Charisma a scarf.
- Feel that females had to stick together back in the day (and still feel the same today). Julie helped Charisma land her role in the Expendables and the two will call each other up when they see a role come up. Recently they both read for the same part in Kingdom.
- Charisma was very nervous to reunite with the Buffy cast since she had not seen them in years and was not expecting everyone to be warm and opening.
-There will not be a Buffy reunion since JW/SMG aren't interested.
-Their favorite scene together was during S3 of Angel where Darla ended up biting Cordelia.
-Both would want to do more work with their characters since Darla wasn't a regular and Cordelia died prematurely. But Charisma would only want to return if David Greenwalt wrote the character. Besides Buffy/Angel, Julie wanted to do more with her role on Desperate Housewives while Charisma wants to return to Lucifer.
-Julie was not surprised by Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park exiting Hawaii Five-O since she knew what they had to put up with.
