15 months in prison after being found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for repeatedly encouraging her boyfriend to commit suicide.
She was sentenced to 2 1/2 years, with 15 months suspended. The judge also granted her a stay of incarceration, meaning she will not have to go to prison until she has exhausted her appeals in state court.

American Crime Story.*Discovery is also doing a
n eight-part scripted series on Ted Kaczynski called
Manhunt: UNABOMBER.
It will focus on the FBI agent who used brilliant linguistic techniques to help identify and capture Kaczynski. The series stars Paul Bettany, Chris Noth, Jane Lynch, and Keisha Castle Hughes. The Unabomber was active for nearly 20 years, killing 3 people with his homemade bombs.
*Hulu is developing a
true crime anthology series called The Act that will focus on the people at the center of crimes."In The Act we’re going to show you the human story behind bizarre crimes.”
It sounds similar to other anthologies like
American Justice,FBI Files, Forensic Files, Disappeared, Snapped, etc. The first episode will focus on Dee Dee and Gypsy Rose Blanchard.
