In the midst of allegations relating to holding women hostage, such as Joycelyn Savage, in a sexual cult of sorts, R. Kelly has begun to assemble his legal team. He recently hired Monique Pressley, who recently represented Bill Cosby, as his attorney.
Pressley represented Bill Cosby throughout his constant barrage of sexual assault cases. In December 2015, she was at the lead of a countersuit against seven of the women accusing him.

Seth Rogen defends humanizing Hitler on Preacher

In the show, Arseface befriends Hitler when he's in Hell.

"We're definitely trying to play with ideas of redemption and rehabilitation. And if there is a Hell, what’s the point of it? Could you change in Hell? Is there a point to changing in Hell? Is it bad to change in Hell? Because if you become good, then it goes against the idea of Hell. I mean, I don’t want to ruin where it all goes.”

"It would be very expected to show the just pure evil version of Hitler, basically. It’s a lot that’s more interesting to explore, like they’re all people. Like — even Hitler was a person, the worst one at that. If you kinda embrace the idea of having him as a character on a TV show, then we obviously treat him like any other character as far as the thought put into it. And for Eugene, again — he’s nice to him. He inherently believes in the Christian philosophy of forgiveness. Things like that, he’s in Hell, which he also believes in… It all adds up, is what I’m saying. It’s weird, though.”

Broad City Audience Q&A at Comic Con

Highlights that still requires a cut because I am a terrible at condensing:
Introduction
- Abbi and Illana can't even watch premire night together because they're going to be at different coasts and FaceTime won't be possible due to timezone differences creating different start times. :(
- They started writing for the upcoming season since two Mays ago (~1.5 years)
- Fuck Ivy League
- Premiere episode shot at San Francisco's Clusterfest
- There will be an episode where Abbi and Illana eat mushrooms
- The mushroom episode is described as a major collaboration between Abbi, Illana, and Mike Perry (The person that made the title sequences)
- Illana grosses out Abbi by referring to diapers as "diaps diaps"

RuPaul
- RuPaul taught Illana how to play Dirty Charades (Basically, regular charades, but you have to one-up the thing you're acting into something dirty e.g., Lion King => Lion's Dong)
- Abbi says that being around RuPaul alone already teaches you how to be more like yourself
- Illana expands Abbi's point about RuPaul and credits him for making Broad City possible because of his influence onto them

Val
- Val was inspired by Abbi's college days drinking Southern Comfort
- Abbi would black out, and her friend would say "Val's coming...!"
- Her friend would reenact Val for Abbi the next day
- Real life Val is a lot more boring than Broad City Val

Amy Sedaris (She was the realtor in the apartment hunting episode)
- Illana calls her a true clown that always living her comedy always making jokes
- Amy brought the neckbrace with the pins on it already to set and pitched the idea
- Amy cracked the cast into laughter behind the scenes by how she shoved and choked on donuts when they had them on set
- Amy whispers funny stuff when she passes by people
- When Amy was driving Abbi and Illana around set on a go-cart, she jokingly said "I don't even have my license!"
- One of the jokes Amy had (And presumably cut) was "I have stitches on my Susie!" "They stink!"
- One of the hardest people to act opposite to because of how hard she makes it to stay in character.

Dream Guest Stars (Dead or Alive)
- Illana wants Bea Arthur
- "Can you imagine Bea Arthur not taking these girls shit? Can you just imagine her dead face thinking we're not funny?"
- Illana also wants Lucille Ball, but old Lucille Ball that was rejected by Hollywood
- Abbi wants Robin Williams, apologizes afterwards for bringing down the mood
- Illana then suggests Stevie Wonder
- Illana mentions how Stevie Wonder is funny and constantly makes blind jokes while live, so it'd be great to see him in a comedic role

Punchlines that are Too Funny to Get Through
- Both were initially struggling to explain because it's from this season, drawn out to the point the audience may forget by the time the punch line happens, and the context is crazy.
- Illana just ends it with "Throughout the 10 episodes, look out for 'I was the horse'"
- Normally, they do not add blooper content because it's ultimately extra content taking up runtime, but the bloopers for this scene is added in the creditbed (But since channels usually run commercials at that part, you're probably only going to be able to see it if you either bought it on iTunes or if it's a re-run)
- Abbi says that if you watch the creditbed then go back and watch the episode, you can 100% tell she's on the verge of breaking character

Illana's Crush on Abbi
- They don't know if they'll ever make Illana actually act on her cruh towards Abbi
- Wants to keep it open-ended
- Ultimately a friendship in heart
- Illana brings up how you have friends you hook up with, but they still are the same friend
- Abbi jokingly suggests that maybe they should hook up on the show, and then Abbi is surprised to find out that Illana is terrible in bed
- Jokingly end with insisting that it did not happen in real life

Celebs react to GOP wanting to kill millions and more political news!

HEALTHCARE: Time to break out your voodoo dolls ONTD. John McCain returned to the Senate today after being diagnosed with brain cancer so he can fuck over millions of Americans. The MTP was tied 50/50 and Mike "scared to talk to women who aren't his mother" Pence was the tiebreaker and we all know what he voted for. So what does this mean? Call your senators and fight like hell. GOP voted for a blank bill and will vote on something at the end of this week.
FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE: Paul Manafort spoke to one Senate panel about the June 2016 meeting with a Russian lawyer at Trump Tower. He has also been subpoenaed by another. Democrat Jared Kushner denied colluding with Russia yesterday after his interview with the panel. He said Trump won because he campaigned better and had a stronger message. Also, Ivanka has hired an attorney as well in regards to the Russia investigation. I'm confused because she stays out of politics so this makes no sense.
THE PRESIDENT IS TWEETING: Trump had a meltdown on twitter today and revealed a covert CIA program. He also continued to bash Sessions on twitter and in a news conference. Sessions refuses to resign because how else is he going to screw over POC? Here's hoping they both give each other heart attacks!

Bieber doesn't care about his crew + his Hillsong Church also behind Kyrie Irving leaving Cleveland

$

As Justin Bieber was leaving dinner with Patrick Schwarzenegger last night, a paparazzo asked Bieber about what he had to say about people from his staff putting out a statement regarding how pissed they were at Justin for their surprise unemployment.

He seemed taken aback at the suggestion that someone on his staff would say something about the situation, but the pap clarified that they got the statement from one of the hundreds of people formerly employed on the tour crew. He dismissed it by saying some person who works on the tour isn't his staff and they aren't the people he employs.

Kyrie reportedly made the decision to ask to be traded from Cleveland after having some talks with Hillsong pastor Carl Lentz, who's plastered all over Bieber's instagram for anyone who's curious about what he looks like, and arriving at that conclusion with his guidance.

Kyrie Irving was seen playing arcade games at Dave and Buster's last week with Carl Lentz and Justin Bieber.
