One of the most interesting things about this livestream so far has been the art. During dinner last night a painter did a mural of the table as they were eating and Zariya Allen performed a really powerful poem.

Every night as Katy sleeps, artists come in and create different things.

While Universal's release of The Mummy starring Tom Cruise is the #1 movie worldwide, it fell short of its anticipated mark domestically. The Cruise-led feature had to settle for second place, finishing nearly $25 million shy of Wonder Woman's second weekend, as the DC Comics adaptation enjoyed a #1 finish at the weekend box office for a second week in a row.
With an estimated $57 million, Warner Bros. and DC Comics' release of Wonder Woman finished atop the weekend box office for a second week in a row as its domestic cume now totals more than $205 million after just ten days in release.

emmaroberts: I really want you guys to read the new @belletrist pick #TOUCHthenovel by @cbmaum. It's the story of Sloane Jacobsen, a trend forecaster, and her struggle to figure out the important difference between human instinct and technology. I think we can all relate to this one. I can't wait to talk about it with all you amazing #belletristbabes💜

Sick in the Head

bpiperofficial: If you love #Albertbrooks#louisck#haroldramis#sarahsilverman @sarahsilverofficial #sandrabernhard#chrisrock#jimcarrey - if you care about their story , there creative quest , struggles even their spiritual journey... what pain turned them onto comedy and what they value in their later life. Check it . 👏👏👏

The Couple Next Door

sarahmgellar: If anyone is looking for a good book...I can't put it down!! (I'm probably late to this, but better late than never)

Strong Is the New Pretty | Patience | Milagros | The Rules Do Not Apply | We Monks and Soldiers | On Edge: A Journey Through Anxiety | Alchemy of Herbs

brielarson: Everything I'm reading right now. Yes I'm a weirdo who reads 7 things at once.

Stuart Little

kimberlywilliamspaisley: Enjoying rereading this timeless classic with my rising 3rd grader in these early summer days. I get something new out of a book like this every time. Williams's illustrations make me want to grab a canoe and hit the water. A perfect quick read aloud. 🐭 #KWPbookclub#fridayreads#summerreading

The Mother of All Questions

jennyslate: I believe that everyone should read Rebecca Solnit.

Beyoncé's dad Mathew Knowles recently gave a speech at Howard University, where he discussed the importance of knowing an artist's weaknesses. His comment about his daughter Beyoncé pissed off the Beyhive. Here's what he said:

"Everybody thinks that they’re the greatest and they should. We as a label executives, we have to know the limitations of the artists. I can tell you all my artists, the limitations."
"See, I would never have Beyoncé up here public speaking. She’s not good at it. Solange was just at Yale. She’s incredible at it. But I know all of my artists’ weakness. They all have weaknesses."

Watch a video of the speech below:

According to TheSun, Guy Ritchie has approached Tom Hardy for the role of Jafar is Disney live-action remake of Aladdin.

A source said: “Guy is a huge fan of Tom’s work and securing him would be a major coup. There have been conversations and, although nothing is set in stone and things are subject to change, he’s certainly one of Guy’s favoured choices. It just depends on schedules whether he’ll be able to sign up.”
