Brendon Urie's 'Kinky Boots' Debut - Round Up
Brendon made his debut on Friday, May 26th, taking over the role of Charlie Price from actor Killian Donnelly. According to Variety, Brendon's presence has increased attendance by 22% at his shows thus far.

According to Alternative Press, Brendon gave a "stellar," can't-miss performance. There was an "onslaught of P!ATD merch-wearing fans" and Brendon had to take an extended pause bc of the audience cheering before he could finish his opening line of dialogue.

- Halle Berry is apparently joining the new version of The Blob. This would be the second remake of the original 1958 movie. The first remake was released in 1988.
- Samuel L. Jackson's casting in the movie was reported back in March.
- Simon West (the When a Stranger Calls remake, The Expendables 2) will be the director.

A tweet by Sense8 actor Brian J. Smith suggests that the Netflix show may be in danger of cancellation.
It's a "good time" for fans to start "making some noise" about the renewing the show, says Smith, encouraging people to take part in the #RenewSense8 campaign.
It should be noted that earlier this month Netflix cancelled The Get Down, a show that like Sense8, has been praised for its diversity and inclusivity.

ICONIC "JAGGED LITTLE PILL" ALBUM TO BECOME A BROADWAY MUSICAL
Jagged Little Pill, the actual perfect album (and US debut) from Canadian queen Alanis Morissette, is getting the Broadway musical treatment. Oscar-winner Diablo Cody will write the production with a tentative realease date of 2018. No word yet on which, if not all, of the perfect (!!!) tracks will appear.
The play will also include orchestrations and arrangements from Tom Kitt, known for his work on Green Day's musical "American Idiot," and melodies from Morissette's other work will also be incorporated into the musical.
Broadway director Diane Paulus, who revived "Pippin" and "Hair," is overseeing the new production.
JLP is one of the highest-selling albums of all time, with 45 million+ copies shifted worldwide. In 1996, it won the Grammy for Album of the Year, making Morissette, at the time, the category's youngest recipient.
