"Hard Liquor" is the opening track from the new SOHN album 'Rennen' to be released on January 13th, 2017.



Director Jovan Todorovic had this to say about the video:

SOHN sent us a frame from Jurassic Park, a cup of water with ripples in it resonating from the massive steps of the approaching T-Rex. The concentric circles inspired me to look for more circles, not only in the physical world, but even more importantly within my inner life. A line is not enough to symbolize the vector of one's life, I feel it's maybe better represented as a progression of circles that are chained together. So this video is about circles and lines, the past, present and future, regret, anger, despair… being lost in the tunnel of ones inner life and the physical labyrinth that surrounds us.

To me the video is very meaningful on a personal level, but I tried to paint it in such a way so everyone could potentially reflect on themselves. We shot the video back home in Serbia and were lucky to find some amazing locations, and a wonderful crew. But it was Dado, one of the most talented theater actors in Croatia today, who really gave the video its substance.

Actor and hardcore Trump supporter James Woods has won the right to learn the real identity of a man who once made a joke on Twitter calling Woods a "cocaine addict" - even though the man has since died. Woods claims that the man's tweet damaged his reputation and could hinder his ability to be hired as an actor, and is suing for unspecified damages.

The always-classy Woods tweeted in October that he hoped the man, who used the pseudonym 'Abe List' on Twitter but was referred to as 'John Doe' in court papers, "died in agony, screaming my name". He refused to drop the suit after being informed of the death of the man he was suing. John Doe's lawyer now has ten days to turn over his real name.

“This is a significant step forward in our ability to recover the millions in damages caused by John Doe’s cowardly Tweet,” said Woods’ attorney, Michael Weinsten. “It also sends a message to others who believe they can hide behind the anonymity of online social media to falsely accuse public figures of heinous behavior without recourse to themselves." (Be afraid, ONTD. Be very, very afraid).

Doe's attorney Ken White replied: “I remain proud that I defended 'Abe Doe' against James Woods’ vexatious, petulant lawsuit complaining about a joke he’s used himself on Twitter...Woods is a bully who can dish it out but can’t take it. His claim that a patently satirical tweet damaged his reputation is preposterous. It would be ridiculous for anyone not to hire him because of an obvious joke – but perfectly reasonable not to hire him because he’s James Woods.”

“I try to make our world very much an environment that’s just all about being a kid without too much of Hollywood coming into that,” Katie told the NYT. “And I just enjoy it. Honestly I think that there are so many books and opinions about how to be a great mom, and you have good days and bad days, and sometimes you do great and sometimes you could have done better. But I have to say I’m really enjoying having a 10-year-old. She’s a remarkable person.”

In the new issue of Red magazine, January Jones discusses raising her five-year-old son Xander as a single mother (Jones has never revealed the identity of Xander's father).

"Xander has a lot of bro time with the neighbor dads and my dad, who is super young. It's good to have strong women around a man to teach him to respect women. He doesn't have a male person saying 'don't cry' or 'you throw like a girl. All those s--tty things that dads accidentally do."

"After I had Xander, I went on a couple of dates and I was like, 'I'd rather be at home sleeping, watching TV or hanging out with my kid.' People want to set me up all the time and I'm like, 'No way.' If I meet someone and we go out, fine, but I'm not going to go look. The moment I see someone who I think is cute, I Google him and, oh, he's 25, and I'm thinking, 'What is my problem?!' I want a manly man in flannel, with a beard and an axe. But then there's always something wrong. Like he's a Republican."

But that doesn't mean she finds being a single parent easy: "I don't want to be bad cop, but to have his respect, I have to be both. I'm an emotionally immature person—I'm an actor for God's sake. I see myself behaving like a child all the time." For example, she says, "This morning, I made Xander eggs, toast, a smoothie. He spat out his blueberries, threw the eggs into the sink, was playing with his toast, and I just lost my shit. And I took the plate and threw it in the garbage, in tears. Someone needs to be the mature one here, but I had a full tantrum."
