After failing the world by not suing EL James for everything and further allowing EL James to do her version of Midnight Sun and ceasing work on Midnight Sun altogether, Stephenie Meyer is releasing a new book on November 8.
Is it another Twilight book - or a The Host sequel?

    It's called The Chemist.

"In this gripping page-turner, an ex-agent on the run from her former employers must take one more case to clear her name and save her life. She used to work for the U.S. government, but very few people ever knew that. An expert in her field, she was one of the darkest secrets of an agency so clandestine it doesn't even have a name. And when they decided she was a liability, they came for her without warning. Now, she rarely stays in the same place or uses the same name for long. They've killed the only other person she trusted, but something she knows still poses a threat. They want her dead, and soon. When her former handler offers her a way out, she realizes it's her only chance to erase the giant target on her back. But it means taking one last job for her ex-employers. To her horror, the information she acquires only makes her situation more dangerous. Resolving to meet the threat head on, she prepares for the toughest fight of her life, but finds herself falling for a man who can only complicate her likelihood of survival. As she sees her choices being rapidly whittled down, she must apply her unique talents in ways she never dreamed of. In this tautly plotted novel, Meyer creates a fierce and fascinating new heroine with a very specialized skill set. And she shows once again why she's one of the world's bestselling authors."

    fixed the cut, I think?

Lady Gaga teared up as she explained the meaning behind "Grigio Girls," a track on the deluxe version of her new album Joanne. The song, written in collaboration with country songwriter Hillary Lindsey, is about Sonja Dunham, Gaga's longtime friend and creative director at the Haus of Gaga, who is fighting stage four cancer.

"One of my best friends, Sonja, who has been with me since I was twenty-three years old, she has metastasized cancer in her lungs and in her brain," Gaga told Radio.com. "It's stage four. And it's really hard: it's hard to watch, it's hard to witness, it's hard to know what to say. But I love her so much, and it's so important that we continue to do research to find a cure."

She continued: "I wrote a song about her on the album, and it's about how me and all of our girlfriends would get together and cry without her when she's not around. Because we love her so much and we just want to be strong with her. The lyric is, 'Sisters never pack up, we always run back, love/Seven years ago I said you'd make it Sonja, was Joanne's friend, tough girl's on the mend, so when I'm feeling small, I toss that cork, and call.'"

Her advice to anyone battling cancer is to use Sonja's fight as an inspiration.

"I have watched her fight every day, trying to laugh, and go every moment with the biggest smile on her face of hope and faith for the future," she said. "Putting all of your mind, and body, and soul, into a place where you can envision your health and envision as you get stronger that you're killing the cancer with your own power and your own sense of immunity. And just know that you're so not by yourself and there are so many people that love you and I feel connected to you, even though I don't know you, because I know her. I'll be thinking about you."

The video is part of CBS Radio's web series, "Survivor Stories," where breast cancer survivors, or their friends and family members, talk about their battle.

    • They have a collab with Charlie Puth on a song called Oops, which he probably wrote because they had already confirmed that he had wrote a song for them for Glory Days.

    • Rumor has it that there's another collab on the album that they're keeping a secret because they said the other day that there were two collabs on Glory Days and they just revealed the Charlie Puth collab. When they released the Get Weird tracklist last year they didn't reveale the Jason Derulo collab until the album dropped, so maybe something like that will happen again.

    • Meghan Trainor wrote a song for their album, but we don't know which one it is, yet.

    • F.U. and Nobody Like You are ballads.

    • They worked with people with whom they have worked before in songs like Black Magic, Hair, Boy, Towers and many others.

    • Jake Roche, lead vocalist of Rixton and Jesy's fiancée, wrote Freak with Jesy.

    • MNEK produced Touch.

    • The girls are #1 with Shout Out To My Ex on the Big Top 40 in the UK this week.

    • They hadn't been #1 since Black Magic.

Casey Affleck says he'll be voting for Hilary because "the alternative is so horrible" but his Affleck/Middleton production company partner, John Powers Middleton, is the top donor to Trump's presidential campaign. Aside from a $150k donation, Middleton once served as co-chair for the RNC's Young Eagles project.

With those connections you have to wonder if any profits from their films are going to Trump or other right wing causes and if so how does Affleck feel about that?

Their production company will also be working with Jay Z and Will Smith on an upcoming Emmett Till project for HBO and he's still planning to make a film in Mexico with soon to be ex brother in law Joaquin Phoenix.

I know this is in Spanish but it's the only source I could find. TBH I just want to know what ONTD thinks about their involvement in the Emmett Till project considering Casey's history and Middleton's political leanings.

ONTD, do you think people should be scrutinized for voluntarily working with Trump supporters or does that even matter as long as they don't support those beliefs?

PS excuse the shitty grammar, hopefully the tweet is embedded correctly

I had a list of web series I’ve seen, have been meaning to or just heard of, so I decided to list them below with a short description and trailer for each.

The series centers around the experiences of Vivian McMillan (Rachael Hip-Flores), a sixteen-year-old lesbian whose father's illness prompts the two of them to move from Manhattan to the home of Vivian's maternal aunt in Westchester, about 30 minutes away. It first aired on Strike.TV in 2008, and ‘Anyone But Me: The Lost Scenes’ was released last year with more of them.

“As a fresco representing different women – 18 to 42 years old – each episode explores the life of one before reuniting them. It’s a little bit of a tribute, a portrait, and a wink to each woman. This is a series about love between women. Life on a daily basis, a 10- minute capsule, times 8. I hope that in these women, many will see their own realities, whether homosexual or not”, says director Chloé Robichaud.

The first is title "Two Birds, One Stone" which sees Drake spitting for about 3 minutes straight. No melodic hooks here.
The second is a remix of South London rapper Santan Dave's "Wanna Know".
The third song is a club banger and your local stripper's favorite new song titled "Sneakin", featuring 21 Savage.
The final song is a snoozer called "Fake Love" which kinda sounds like Hotline Bling a little.
