On Health:- Acknowledges that being healthy is part of her job, but she also wants to live a long life and continue her good looks.
- She eats healthily, with the occasional splurge.
- She's been boxing for 16 years, says it calms her mind - she prefers it to more tradionally relaxing activities like yoga. Boxing also gets her blood flowing which she believes benefits her skin and hair.
On Hair:- Does a hair mask once a week for about half an hour.
