Will David Bowie snag a posthumous nomination? Will Radiohead and Iggy Pop steal slots from your fave? Will Chance the Rapper take the seat meant for Kanye?



THE INEVITABLE SNUBS AND UPSETS
If Lemonade wins then the media will say that Adele was robbed. But if Adele wins the Beyhive might strike. And if ANYONE but Kanye wins he will have something to say about it. Watch them end up giving it to Radiohead. Either way I'm here for the drama.

Taylor Kitsch is 'Canada Forever' talks the World Cup of Hockey

NHL.com blogger spoke with Kitsch about his love of hockey and trying to keep up with the tournament while he's in London filming 'American Assassin'.

He also talked about the time he met his idol, Steve Yzerman, while in Detroit to watch a friend play an exhibition game: "I was too much of a wimp to say anything," Kitsch said. "I watched him go by and then I literally called myself out and screamed his name. And he stopped. You had to stop because I yelled it. And he was probably 20 yards away and I kind of did an awkward wave and he came by and I just told him what a big fan I was. At first he was looking at me, like, how did I get down here, but he was nothing but a gentleman and gracious."

Kitsch played competitive hockey until a knee injury ended his hope of a professional career while he was playing junior hockey in the BCHL. He grew up a Detroit Red Wings fan and is rooting for team Canada in the World Cup, but mentions how impressed he was with team North America.

The actress, book lover and aspiring cat took the recently released Pottermore Patronus test but didn't quite get what she expecto.


A Patronus "generally takes the shape of the animal with whom they share the deepest affinity" (Miranda Goshawk), which might explain Joss Whedon's test result.


JKR's Patronus was originally a pine marten and now it's a heron.



In case you're wondering: No, apparently you won't discover a Harambe Patronus on Pottermore.

Sorry guys, My Chemical Romance is still not getting back together but the previously teased MCRX, also known as "The Black Parade/Living with Ghosts" reissue or another Warner Bros cash grab, has finally been released! You can listen to the new unreleased demo tracks on the band's official spotify page or at their youtube!

Meanwhile, the ex-band members have also been doing some stuff:





Frank Iero covers the upcoming issue of Kerrang which also is a special anniversary edition for TBP's ten years. His interview with the mag is supposed to touch on TBP (ofc), the band's split, and his current band Frank Iero and the Patience and his upcoming album "Parachutes".




Gerard Way is performing a musical tribute to the movie Labyrinth for charity and he's going to be joined by Ray Toro! It's also been recently announced that Gerard will attend the New York Comic Con to promote DC's Young Animal!




Meanwhile for the first of Alt Press's special TBP anniversary editions, they interviewed Bob Bryar where he recalls the experience of recording TBP and that point in his life. He seems a lot less bitter about being booted from the band but still sad about it. He's still not over family breakfast.

I'M WITH HER
A "quote" of mine was released yesterday causing my phone to blow up by friends, family and even both candidates' camps, so I want to explain the context in which I said I was "on the fence" about my vote.

There was a point when I wasn't 100% sure I was even going to vote in this election; I didn't want to vote blindly. But I also thought about how not voting would mean that I wasn't making my voice heard, so I decided to talk to my closest friends and family who I love and trust, to have an open conversation about politics.

I believe we owe it to ourselves, and to each other, to ask questions. To do our research so that we vote for the candidate who represents our own beliefs. We should start at a place of openness, receptiveness and honesty, and we should talk to those we love, trust and respect.

I had a long conversation with Caitlyn, who has always been open about her political views, and she encouraged me to do my research before making my decision and then vote for the candidate whose policies aligned with the things that matter most to me. And so that's what I did. I thought about the things that are so important to me that they outweigh everything else, such as gun control and protecting women's rights to safe and legal abortion.

I found that without a doubt, I stand with Hillary. I'm with her. I believe Hillary will best represent our country and is the most qualified for the job. This year, I'm not just voting for myself, but also for my children, and I took that into careful consideration when I made my decision. Now that I have made my choice I want to be clear... I would never judge anyone based on their political or religious beliefs. I believe that both candidates have the intention of making the country a safer and stronger place for every American, they just have different ideas about how we get there.

God bless America for allowing us to even make these decisions – there are so many in this world who are not so privileged.

Brangelina Divorce Update

TMZ has yet another round of updates on the Brangelina divorce/Brad Pitt incident:

- They are now reporting that there are inconsistencies to their initial story of Brad & Angelina fighting on the plane and Maddox leaping between them.

- TMZ now claims that though something happened on the plane, it is unclear whether or not

  • Brad and Angelina were arguing or Maddox was acting out

  • Brad deliberately or accidentally made contact with Maddox

  • Brad was drunk. Their sources say he was at the time but allegedly Angelina says he was sober but got drunk later in the flight.

- Because of these inconsistencies in the story occuring above ground there's no way for authorities to come to a concrete conclusion.

- According to TMZ DFCS saw no evidence of injuries on Maddox and no police report was filed after the incident.

- TMZ is speculating that Maddox said something to piss off Brad, Brad jumped at him and Angelina stepped in. After she stepped in Brad came into contact with Maddox somewhere around the shoulder.

- Their sources do say though nothing will come of the FBI investigation, LA's DFCS will talk to parents and children about their living situation.

- TMZ sources say there was no history of aggressive behaviour on Brad's part but Angelina felt this instance was a deal breaker.

Donald Trump responded to news that Mark Cuban would sit in the front row at the first debate on Monday by inviting Gennifer Flowers, the woman who Bill Clinton admitted to having an extramarital affair with, to also sit front row at the debate. The news set off a firestorm of reactions, with many celebrities chiming in.
