-Her name is Sarah Gertrude Shapiro, she was a producer on The Bachelor
-Her job was to get contestants to “open up, and to give them terrible advice, and to deprive them of sleep.” She describes it now as “complicated manipulation through friendship.”
-She would cry on cue to make contestants open up
-The day a contestant was about to go home, she would tell them that the Bachelor would pick them
-Shapiro made season 2 of UnReal about a black bachelor because The Bachelor never had one, and she also put a Black Lives Matter activist on the show and a super-racist white girl
-Shapiro didn't want Jeremy to be Rachel's 'Mr.Big' and she wanted him to be a 1 season character, but the network executives said they wanted him in season 2 so she had to write him a story
-Shapiro's senior project was a film about “a gay man and a fag hag” who get kidnapped by a terrorist during a shopping trip. “The professor hated it,” she says. “It was too narrative.”
-Chris Harrison, the host of the Bachelor thinks that Unreal is terrible
-Shapiro fought that most of the directors of the show are women
-She says that the one of the themes this season is 'women acting like men'
-“Integrating Jeremy was a small price to pay for having a black bachelor and letting Quinn and Rachel go all the way to darkness,” Shapiro said.

- We want some more music! Can you give me a little bit about what you got?
"It's coming soon. I've been working really hard the past month, just finishing it up and perfecting it. I'm really excited about the new stuff that we've done in the last few weeks."

- I'm really excited about some of the producers you've been working with. Timbo?
"It's been good. Yeah, Timbaland. Dope."

- Are we looking at 2 On Tinashe on this new album or more like ballads?
"Umm... when I think about Joyride, I think it really takes you on (whispers) "a journey". I always love not being able to be in one particular box, so I would definitely not say that it's either 2 On nor is it ballads. It's somewhere in between. There is a ballad and there is, like, some club songs. But, you know, there's everything. There's something for every type of moods."

- What about the blackout on your social media?
"Ooooh... You know, I have a lot of things in the works, and I wanted to, when I come back with all the new stuff, be like... very impactful (laughs), so I decided to just go back into my little cave and finish all the music, and just focus on that, and then... and then... !!! (laughs) We'll see what happens next."

- Who is your main go-to producer?
"My main? Ooh... I don't think I have, like, one, which I feel like it's amazing because then I'm able to experiment with different type of styles, sounds and stuff. I have a few favorites, people that I've gone back to often, like Ritz Reynolds, Boi-1da, and I've been working with The Dream recently. We done a lot of amazing stuff."

- First celebrity you fell in love with?"Chad Michael Murray."
- Most memorable weed smoking experience?"I smoked with Snoop Dogg once. He fell sleep afterwards. He, like, totally left. I was like "Where did Snoop go?"... That's a true story. I'm not making that up."

Amy Schumer and Tig Notaro are not friends

  • Speaking about Notaro to Vanity Fair, Schumer said: "Looking masculine and being gay, the challenges of the road are 20 times harder for Tig than other female comedians. People fear what they don’t understand."

  • Tig did not respond well to that comment - in a recent profile from The Guardian, Tig had this to say in response to it: “I don’t know what she was talking about. It sounds like offensive nonsense to me. I find that so offensive and weird,” she says, looking down, trying to control her very audible irritation. “If you knew me well, you would never say that.”

  • When pressed by the reporter, who says she believed they were friends, Tig deflects: “Ummm…” Notaro says, looking away. Did you just work with her? The atmosphere, previously relaxed, has palpably prickled. “I’ve worked with her. I worked with her for the first season [of Inside Amy Schumer],” she replies curtly. Ironically, the episode in which Notaro appeared was about Schumer exaggerating their friendship and using Notaro’s cancer to look good in front of other people.

  • Amy has mentioned being great friends with Tig in the past, and living together for a period in order to care for her during Tig's illness: "I felt like, Tig and I are great friends. When she told me she had cancer, she was already supposed to move and write for my show. Everything was up in the air for her but I had a very clear vision - we're going to live together, still do the show, and everything will be fine. (...) I thought, who better than two comedians and two of your best friends to keep things light and be honest with you - which is very important."

Maisie Williams Designs a GoT Shirt for Charity

Her new t-shirt reads "Making a list and checking it twice", a play on her on-screen character's famous list (as Game of Thrones fans all well know).

Maisie's t-shirt is part of a collaboration between Represent and The Dolphin Project. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to The Dolphin Project, raising awareness for the captivity of dolphins and their treatment in captivity. While you may not be that familiar with the charity, you may remember the name from last year, when the Game of Thrones star jumped out of a plane to raise funds for them.

Wynonna Earp showrunner Emily Andras discusses 1X11, "Landslide" and teases 1X12.

* Doc is in a lot of trouble and Emily is worried about his hat being left behind, because she can't picture Doc without it. The 'good Samaritan' who helped Doc fix his car is called Juan Carlo and the question isn't who is he but what is he. He's not a Revenant, but he seems to have a lot of information and some abilities. The important thing is that he was encouraging Doc to make a choice between leaving and not leaving, and maybe staying and helping Wynonna Earp.

* Willa and Wynonna were closer in age, while Waverly is six/seven years younger than her sisters, so she never knew Willa that well. It's really interesting that Waverly, who is open and warm and lovely, seems to have hesitation with Willa. Waverly's only just gotten Wynonna back and the two have worked hard to bond again. Is some of it just simple jealousy? Probably and how can you not feel bad for Willa on some level? She's been in a cult for years and has amnesia, she doesn't know what's going on. The sister dynamic is really interesting right now and it's hard for Wynonna to be caught between Willa and Waverly. At the same time, she's starting to realize she might be losing being the heir, which she never thought would be important to her, but it is. It's not super happy fun time at the Earp homestead.

* Emily loved the Dolls-Waverly scene and thought Dolls was really warm in the scene. He was observant enough to understand that maybe Waverly doesn't love Willa and told her 'it's OK not to like her'. And Waverly really gets Dolls. he opened up to her about having a mole and not knowing what to do and admitted that Black Badge is not just a job for him. There's something about Waverly that encourages people to open up and tell the truth. He gave her a nice compliment when he called her 'Earp' and he sees how important that is to her.

* Could Waverly handle Peacemaker when she's 27? Give Emily 8 seasons and we'll find out. How does the show move forward with two heirs? Very carefully. Everything Bobo does is deliberate and planned, obviously he has a reason for saving Willa and that's not good. The Earp girls should all be careful because we’re only starting to ramp up to what Bobo has planned. Emily talks a bit about WayHaught and why Waverly might be keeping it from Wynonna, though at the end of the episode she was trying to gather her courage and tell Wynonna ('do chicks?'), when they were interrupted.

* About 1X12: So many twists and turns. Everybody gets all dressed up and Officer Haught takes her hair down. Bobo’s plan comes to fruition with terrifying results. Willa and Wynonna have to figure out how to work together as the heir. Are they both the heir? How will Peacemaker choose between them? Can they both wield it? Waverly’s in dangerous situations. Doc is God knows where. Dolls better get some eye drops for that whole lizard eye situation. The last two episodes are an absolute blistering firecracker of a ride.

Still 0.1, I doubt we'll go up to 0.2 by the finale, so let's hope the fan love and support is enough for a S2 renewal. Wynonna Earp airs Fridays at 10/9c on the SyFy channel.

Lupita Nyong'o is allegedly pissing off fans, producers, and investors of her Broadway show

Page Six reports that Lupita Nyong'o has missed multiple performances of "Eclipsed", the Broadway show she's currently on, and asked to have Wednesdays off, angering producers, investors, and fans of the play.

According to a source, “Wednesdays are her days off, but there was never an announcement, so fans are pissed when they come to the show and she’s not there.” The source claims that Lupita has used excuses of "exhaustion" having a "sore toe" to miss out on performances.

Investors have allegedly been annoyed further by seeing photos of Lupita hanging out with ballet dancer Misty Copeland on her days off.“They were banking on her fame and have not seen a return. The most disrespectful thing is taking off every Wednesday while being seen hanging out with Misty. If you’re too tired to work, stay in bed.”

A source close to Lupita responded to these claims by saying that the actress' contract only requires her to perform in seven shows per week. “She’s maybe missed a show or two because she was sick and lost her voice, but she was never expected to appear in Wednesday-evening shows. This is her passion project that she is dedicated to and proud of.”
