- she has black friends and they found it funny~ so its obviously okay

- went out with some black guy to dinner and someone looked her up and down and then told him that he needs to get himself a good black woman~ and Trisha was SHOCKED.
- if it's a black woman with a white guy no one says anything but trisha gets criticized.

In an interview with The Guardian, Mirren cited the "shameless women" like Kardashian and Pussy Riot as role models for a new, bigger definition of beauty thanks to their rejection of the label "slut."

Mirren admitted she wasn't a fan of the Kardashians, but admired their role in making big butts acceptable, saying, "it’s wonderful that you’re allowed to have a butt nowadays.

"Thanks to Madame Kardashian, and before her, J-Lo, we’re also allowed to have thighs now, which is great too. It’s very positive,” she said. “When I was growing up, it was thought to be unbelievably sluttish to even have a bra strap showing,” Mirren said. “Everything was about women conforming. I love shameless women. Shameless and proud!"

James Wan Reveals Why He Chose Aquaman Over The Flash For The DC Live Action Universe

During an interview with Uproxx Wan said that during talks with DC he was given a choice between The Flash & Aquaman.</p>

“This is how I weighed it: For me, we’ve seen various versions of The Flash…There’s a popular show on TV and there was a great one in the ‘90s. I loved that Flash! But the thing that ultimately pushed me more towards Aquaman is I love the possibility of creating a whole new world. I’ve always wanted to do a world creation story and visually create this amazing, incredible, magical kingdom. And also, I love the fact that Aquaman is an underdog character. I love the fact that people like to make fun of him. [Laughs.] I feel the bar is a lot lower and I can have fun with him! Everyone makes fun of him! And I actually don’t mind that! What it allows me to do: I think people are a lot less precious with him than, let’s say, you were doing a Spider-Man or a Batman or whatever. I felt like it allows me the freedom to just tell the story of the character I wanted to tell. And I think what I proved for myself with Fast and Furious 7, how I took on this massive movie and I was able to overcome the tragedy that befell the production"


Justice League Dark Animated Movie Coming Soon?

Apparently (unbeknownst to me at least) Guillermo Del Toro had been working on a live screen adaption of Justice League Dark (which is different from the upcoming Justice League movie connected to the same universe w/the same cast as BvS). Since WB/DC has a pretty full slate of movies and GDT chose to work on Pacific Rim 2 this has been put by the wayside. Instead it's possible Justice League Dark part of DC's animation slate instead.

Episode 9 is titled 'The Battle of the bastards' - it's 60 minutes long and airs June 19th. (D&D promised that S6 will include the biggest battle in the show's history, this could be it)

Episode 10 is titled "The Winds of Winter" - a nod to GRM's next GOT book - it's 69 minutes long, making is the longest GOT episode ever. Airs June 26!

Data was only included for accounts that fully completed the season. Completion rates were organized into days and hours. The global median days to complete the first season of these series was five days. The median hours per session for completers overall was two hours and ten minutes. Series viewed less than two hours per day were identified as ‘savored.’Series viewed more than two hours per day were identified as ‘devoured.’ Series were not restricted by launch dates, runtime or number of episodes. Where a series falls on The Netflix Binge Scale has no relation to viewership.

Queen guitarist Brian May posted the following message to his website today regarding Donald Trump using Queen's "We Are the Champions" at the beginning and end of last night's speech:

I’ve had an avalanche of complaints – some of which you can see in our ‘Letters’ page – about Donald Trump using our We Are The Champions track as his ‘theme’ song on USA TV. This is not an official Queen statement, but I can confirm that permission to use the track was neither sought nor given. We are taking advice on what steps we can take to ensure this use does not continue. Regardless of our views on Mr Trump’s platform, it has always been against our policy to allow Queen music to be used as a political campaigning tool. Our music embodies our own dreams and beliefs, but it is for all who care to listen and enjoy.
