Britney Spears was forced to testify in a court ordered deposition for a frivolous civil suit brought on by self professed former "manager" Sam Lutfi. He claims that he is owed unpaid managerial fees and is also suing Spears' father for punching him in the chest once eight years ago.

Spears' team of lawyers pleaded with the judge to not force Britney to be deposed in the same room as Sam as he could intimidate & compromise her testimony. However the judge refused & ordered her to testify with Lutfi present.

Bethesda has announced Dishonored 2 will launch on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on November 11. -Last Sunday's KUWTK shows Khloé doing a press tour in NYC for some useless product and then receives a series of angry texts from Caitlyn Jenner. They concerned an interview Khloe gave to Howard Stern where she discussed her issues with Caitlyn's transition, which didn't go over well with the 66-year-old asshole.

-Caitlyn asked Khloe that the fam "stick together", which gets Khloe mad re: Vanity Fair article where Cait claimed she was “mistreated” by Kris and that the reason for their divorce was “20% gender-related and 80% Kris’s fault.”

-Kris tries to clear things up but the episode just shows Caitlyn dismissing Khloe's concerns saying Cait's comments were "not terrible". "This is not intentional, you're making this so hard," Kris tearfully tells Caitlyn. "You were her father. You were her dad since she was five years old. Give her a break."

There's currently a hashtag trending on twitter called #whitewashedOUT (which was started by Keith Chow of Nerds of Color, Ellen Oh and Margaret Cho) chronicling Hollywood's tendency to whitewash Asian characters (recently, Tilda Swinton and ScarJo's films were taken to task, notably by George Takei).

Constance Wu, awesome woman and lead actress on Fresh Off the Boat, shared her story and came for Kimmy Schmidt, which did an episode in their new season making fun of SJWs/activists and Asian culture. And she didn't wuss out- she @-ed them.
