Lindsay Lohan is telling friends she was clueless until a few days ago that she owed Shawn Holley a small fortune in attorney's fees, but we're told now that she knows she's putting Shawn at the top of her creditor's list.
It's hard to swallow ... that Lindsay didn't know how much she owed Shawn. We've been reporting for weeks it's in the 6 figures. Sources quite familiar with the situation tell TMZ, Lindsay owes Shawn $150,000.
It's interesting ... although Lindsay fired Shawn ... our sources tell us she's been making a full-court press for more than a week to get her back, but Shawn isn't having it.
We're told Lindsay has instructed her business manager to pay the tab ASAP. Lindsay is making money from appearances, endorsements and some acting gigs, but she's been spending like an insane woman -- first class plane tickets, expensive hotels, restaurants, clothes, etc. Lindsay says she'll cut back so Shawn gets paid.
One thing that won't go away ... Lindsay still owes $130,000 in back taxes ... and now she has a new lawyer -- one she doesn't even want -- who will undoubtedly be racking up his own bill.
Good luck, Mark Heller.
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer-Calvert gave birth to her third child this morning.
“Leah gave birth in the early hours of this morning (Feb. 4) to a beautiful baby girl," a close family friend exclusively reveals. "Mother and baby are happy and healthy. Leah went into labor late last night, and the baby was born this morning."
Rumors began swirling about Leah’s new little one after she sent a cryptic tweet out during last night’s Super Bowl. "Yes, the time is near ... Can't wait to meet you little Miss Calvert!" she wrote at halftime.
Leah’s new addition will be welcomed by her 3-year-old twin daughters, Aliannah Hope and Aleeah Grace Simms, from Leah's previous marriage to Corey Simms.
This is the 20-year-old’s first child with her husband, Jeremy Calvert, whom she married in the spring of 2012.
If the rumors are true and Teen Mom 2 is close to being kaput, then season four might be your last chance to bond with the likes of Chelsea, Jenelle, Kailyn and Leah.
MTV announced today that Teen Mom 2's fourth season will premiere on Feb. 18, two weeks after tonight's season-three finale. A two-hour reunion special hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky will air next Monday, on Feb. 11.
Last week, multiple sources told us that Teen Mom 2 was "definitely on its way out" due to the recent drama involving Jenelle Evans, who they claimed is "too much of a liability."
MTV said in a statement regarding the show's future: "No decision has been made yet regarding a fifth season of Teen Mom 2."
Teen Mom 2's season-three finale airs tonight on MTV.
A renowned Russian ballerina with the famed Bolshoi Theatre has decided against returning home from Canada because she fears for her safety, a Russian newspaper reported. In its report, the Izvestia daily cited Svetlana Lunkina as receiving threats and facing blackmail.
“We need to react to these threats,” Lunkina told Izvestia. “These people have no right to interfere in our private lives or my professional work.”
She did not elaborate on the nature of the threats. The Izvetia report comes after an acid attack on the Bolshoi’s chief that left his face burned.
The prima ballerina, 33, who has been in Canada for the last six months, registered a dance studio last October in Kleinburg, Ont., just north of Toronto, and will be teaching at a city studio for a month starting Friday. Kevin Pugh, artistic director with Dance Teq, said he met Lunkina when she came to the studio to take classes last fall. “When I was in the hospital, she subbed for me once and people loved her,” Pugh told The Canadian Press. “I just had to wait to see if she had her papers.”
Pugh, a former dancer with the National Ballet of Canada, said Lunkina is a permanent resident and has her work permit. He said he doesn’t know her that well yet but said she seemed “a little nervous” about giving out her contact details.
The Bolshoi Theatre is one of Russia’s premier cultural institutions. It is best known for Swan Lake and the other grand classical ballets that grace its Moscow stage.
But backstage, the ballet company has been troubled by deep intrigue and infighting that have led to the departure of several artistic directors over the last few years.Earlier this month, someone splashed artistic director Sergei Filin with acid.
Lunkina, who has danced with the Bolshoi since 1997, said there is no apparent connection between the threats against her and the acid attack.
Lord Jamar of the '90s political-minded hip-hop group Brand Nubian (and who also acted on Oz) has at last weighed in on the skirt Kanye West rocked almost two months ago at the 12-12-12 benefit show at Madison Square Garden (not to mention the several times before that on his Watch the Throne tour with Jay-Z). Yes, finally we have Lord Jamar's voice in the mix, so at last we can put this issue to rest. Jamar isn't a fan, as his new track "Lift Up Your Skirt" attests. Here are some of his lines:
Somebody mad at my hashtag
Black man lookin' half a fag
With a blazer and vest
I'm just amazed at the mess
Pioneer of this queer shit is Kanye West
He introduced the skinny jeans to the rap scene
Then he wore a fucking skirt on the video screen
Then he wore it again at a memorial
I can't pretend that this shit ain't deplorable
I bet this nigga thinkin' he looking adorable
Your music's good but your ego is horrible
Jamar goes on to say:
I rebuke all this gay shit
Some are scared to say shit
You might lay and take this
But I'm not to be played with
Homophobic sentiment is hardly surprising from a member of Brand Nubian. On 1993's infamous "Punks Jump Up to Get Beat Down," Jamar's groupmate Sadat X famously rapped,"I can freak, fly, flow, fuck up a faggot/I don't understand their ways; I ain't down with gays." The line was later removed from the song in subsequent pressings of the album, and doesn't appear on the version included on the compilation The Very Best of Brand Nubian.
Jamar started harping on this subject about a week ago, when he posted a picture of a different black man in a skirt on Instagram with the caption, "Y'all Cee where the Kanye shit is takin us right? #halfafag." He later clarified his stance to SOHH.com:
First of all, it's not just jabs at Kanye West. It's anybody promoting the feminization — of the Black man in hip-hop culture. Anybody that I see out there, rocking dresses and all of that type of shit, I might shoot a jab at. But Kanye is one of the ones right now that's representing that movement. He's one of the first ones that you see in a skirt. Now you got other people following suit and rocking full-out dresses or they're trying to rock kilts. We're not Irish. We're not Europeans. Rocking kilts and all that is just another excuse to introduce that skirt style. You understand what I'm saying? And I'm not with it. This has nothing to do with sexuality, who they choose to be with and all that, I'm not even talking about that. I'm talking specifically about, what is hip-hop? And that's not hip-hop. Rocking dresses with mean faces, that's not hip-hop.
So not only is he extremely late to the game, he's using the "this isn't hip-hop" argument against someone who is infinitely more relevant to the culture right now than he is. Being gay isn't a choice, but being an asshole is. Cool guy. I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot more from him. Kanye may be wearing a skirt, but Lord Jamar is showing his ass.
Incidentally, if you are wondering why the art accompanying this post is not of Kanye in that infamous kilt, it's because it is now impossible to purchase a picture of him in it from a photo agency. Getty confirmed that they were asked to scrub their site of the several shots of Kanye from the 12-12-12 show they hosted. They wouldn't say why. If this somehow came from Kanye, and the mockery he faced afterward made him ashamed of his bold move (clearly made with the knowledge that strong reactions like Jamar's, however backward, were possible), that makes him weaker than any skirt possibly could suggest.
So a Bajan dance-pop femme fatale, a neo-Motown crooner and a bass-wielding British titan of tantra walk into a bar ... or rather, onto the Grammys stage this weekend.
CBS announced Monday that the unlikely collaboration of Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Sting is the latest addition to the telecast set for this Sunday. Kelly Clarkson, fresh off her well-received (and live) performance at President Obama's inaugural, will also perform her own set.
There's no news as to what the trio will perform, but they will certainly make for an unorthodox stylistic mashup.
The group joins a wide slate of confirmed Grammy performers including the Black Keys, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Frank Ocean and Elton John.
Also added to the telecast as a presenter? Beyoncé, who has singlehandedly dominated all pop-music conversation since her performance at Obama's inaugural. She followed that by going live with the national anthem at a Super Bowl press conference, then reuniting with Destiny's Child (perhaps passive-aggressively?) and generating enough heat with her performance at the Super Bowl on Sunday to possibly cause a power outage at the Superdome in New Orleans. Then she announced a new world tour.
CBS will broadcast the Grammys live from Staples Center on Sunday, except on the West Coast, where they will begin at 8 p.m. Pacific time.
lololol Rihanna to perform next to Bruno Mars, who's actually a performer? Girl is going to look even worse than usual. I'm already embarrassed for her.

Yoko Ono honored Julian Assange at her Courage Awards for the Arts ceremony in New York on Sunday evening, calling the Wikileaks founder and political refugee "courageous" for his work.
Assange accepted in absentia, as he is currently in hiding in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London; he is in exile from Sweden, where he is facing allegations of rape and sexual assault.
"Our public officials have forgotten that they are ultimately accountable to the people who put them in office; that the information they keep in secrecy belongs to all of us," Ono said. "Julian Assange took a courageous step by rightfully returning what belongs to the public domain. For that reason, I believe we need to stand behind him."
Assange's Wikileaks has faced hostility from the United States government for its leak of sensitive documents. Assange, in a speech given by associates accepting the award on his behalf, dedicated the prize to the hackers working at the organization.
"Through their courage and wit they are revealing the true nature of our global human civilization," his statement said. "This is how we may reform it. Elevate it – and make it just, beyond its humble origins. Their courage in documenting war crimes, gross human rights violations, and the corruption of our societies is unequalled."
The evening also featured a tribute to Aaron Swartz, the co-founder of Reddit and Internet freedom activist who committed suicide in January as he faced federal charges for downloading documents from the MIT server.
A film about Assange called The Fifth Estate, which will star Benedict Cumberbatch, is currently in pre-production.

So what are your thoughts about Eric and Taylor growing closer? Yep it looks like it just may be a go as the two start to get close. What will the rest of the family say and what you may not have heard yet is that one person in particular finds it extremely disgusting and turns their back on Taylor and it devastates her. This particular person who I will not mention but you will eventually see who it is gives Taylor a lecture about responsibility and how she Taylor is turning into the one woman she's hated for years.
For those of you wondering when we will see Ridge not to worry he is coming. Bell stated that he wanted the fans to have adequate time between Moss's leaving and the new Ridge to make it more believable for the audience who has been so used to Ronn as that character, as well as trying to work out a few bugs. Brad commented that the fans will see Ridge sooner then later and that should happen during February sweeps, but for now Brad's is going to focus on the Maya/Dayzee storyline and the Liam/Steffy/Hope storyline. It's going to pretty heavy when Maya sets her sights on revenge and little Rosey is the target. We'll see a connection between Maya and Marcus's brother and Dayzee will be caught in the middle. Nobody's going to suspect Maya when baby Rosey disappears. Yet another dusted off script, Taylor and Morgan anyone?
As for the Liam/Steffy/Hope triangle unfortunately that is still happening. After promising that the triangle was done a month or so ago and that Liam would be breaking one woman's heart, once again Brad does a U-turn and it's because of the real life things happening in both Jacqueline McGinness Wood's life and the fact that one more long term veteran has hinted they may be leaving soon which made Brad stop dead in his tracks!
Who knew Chelsea had so much fashion savvy, and now that Cane has seen what she can do will he hire her to work at Jabot? Will Chelsea be the new squeeze in Cane's life and how will this affect Lily? It appears that this may just set up an affair between Chelsea and Cane, which has been speculated as a possibility.
Victor is determined to get rid of Sharon once and for all. She has been a thorn in his side and now it's time to break that branch. What can Victor do this time to bring down Sharon? Will he do something with her medication to make her go bonkers? Then watch and wait as he makes sure the board insists that Adam fire Sharon. Will Jack help Adam when he calls in his favor?
Poor Victoria screaming and throwing a tantrum about her money. I love it when Adam called her a greedy brat!
What if TPTB had some new ideas and brought in a new enemy to challenge Victor. A female who is Victor's equal and more and turns the tables on him. A woman who is more successful, even more sneaky and eviler than Victor. It would just be fun to have a woman beat Victor. I think that might just put him over the edge. Tucker couldn't do it. Jack couldn't do it. But a woman could. Wouldn't that make for a great story?
Victoria screaming she wants her money back was quite interesting. Adam brings up the fact that NE wouldn't be where it is today if not for the three greedy brats wanting their 500 million each. Victoria responds that she was owed that money.

Alison's dead! With the new mystery "Who killed Alison Barrington" John will become a suspect in Alison's death since he looks so much like Caleb thanks to Rafe Jr. From what I am being told the writers want the viewers to question whether or not vampires could be real or just a some crazy woman's imagination. When this arc ends it is supposed to leave the viewers with answers to some of the questions but also raise new ones. And alot has to do with what is going on with PP and ABC
With talk of another Quartermaine heir out there, I don't know how many of you remember back in 2009 when Franco and Carly met up at the Christmas tree store and Carly had Joss in her arms and they were arguing about who would buy a specific tree. During that conversation Franco mentioned he had a daughter named Lauren. If Ron follows through with this story it will complicate the ELQ story, no surprise there.
Now that Duke has been hired by AJ to work for ELQ how will that affect Tracy? Don't count Ms. Quartermaine out just yet, Duke will be very helpful to Tracy since he has the associations that could help her. And then we have Luke who will blackmail Carly for the information about another heir.
We had the tale of 2 Todd's, then we had the 2 Dukes, so now will there be the tale of 2 Q's? This story is planned long-term so don't expect it to wrap up soon.
As we all know Ron is all about past stories and with Laura coming he is bringing back one that old time viewers are sure to love, "The Ice Princess" revisited.
Same goes for Frisco. Just remember a revisit is not a duplication of an old story it is an exploration of old events and how they effect the present as this will be the case upon Frisco's return. We all remember Maxie's heart transplant when Mac went looking for Frisco. Felicia and Maxie's problems were discussed recently and mother and daughter healed. Now it's time for Frisco/Maxie/Felicia to do the same. Frisco and Felicia make amends which triggers the Mac/Felicia/Frisco triangle revisit. And in the end a Maxie and Spinelli goal. This is RC's way to engage in a recognizable plot, throwing many many complications in true love's way for a couple to overcome.
What if Kevin really was Ryan?
The type you passed out in elementary school to everyone. Bravo, Andray Blatche.
If I asked you which player on the Brooklyn Nets you thought was most likely to distribute 'Disney Fairies' Valentines to his fellow teammates, complete with little inspirational messages, you would probably guess goofy backup center Andray Blatche, and you would be correct.
We hope "Dray Bear" also had cards for Deron Williams and the rest of the boys, because the first rule of elementary school valentines is that IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FOR EVERYBODY THEN NOBODY GETS ONE.

‘Beyond reasonable doubt’: King Richard III’s battle-scarred skeleton found buried Leicester parking lot
Jill Lawless, Associated Press
He wore the English crown, but he ended up defeated, humiliated and reviled.
Now things are looking up for King Richard III. Scientists announced Monday that they had found the monarch’s 500-year-old remains under a parking lot in the city of Leicester — a discovery Richard’s fans say will rewrite the history books.
University of Leicester researchers say tests on a battle-scarred skeleton unearthed last year prove “beyond reasonable doubt” that it is the king, who died at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485, and whose remains have been missing for centuries.
“Richard III, the last Plantaganet King of England, has been found,” said the university’s deputy registrar, Richard Taylor.
Bone specialist Jo Appleby said study of the bones provided “a highly convincing case for identification of Richard III.”
And DNA from the skeleton matched a sample taken from a distant living relative of Richard’s sister. Geneticist Turi King said London, Ont.-born Michael Ibsen, a 55-year-old Canadian carpenter now living in Britain, shares with the skeleton a rare strain of mitochondrial DNA. She said combined with the archaeological evidence, that left little doubt the skeleton belonged to Richard.
Ibsen said he was “stunned” to discover he was related to the king — he is a 17th great-grand-nephew of Richard’s older sister.
“It’s difficult to digest,” he said.
Richard III ruled England between 1483 and 1485, during the decades-long tussle over the throne known as the Wars of the Roses. His brief reign saw liberal reforms, including introduction of the right to bail and the lifting of restrictions on books and printing presses.
His rule was challenged, and he was defeated and killed by the army of Henry Tudor, who took the throne as King Henry VII.
REUTERS/Neil Hall/FilesCanadian connection: A painting of King Richard III from the 16th Century.
The last English monarch to die in battle, Richard was depicted in a play by William Shakespeare as a hunchbacked usurper who left a trail of bodies — including those of his two princely nephews, murdered in the Tower of London — on his way to the throne.
Many historians say that image is unfair, and argue Richard’s reputation was smeared by his Tudor successors. That’s an argument taken up by the Richard III Society, set up to re-evaluate the reputation of a reviled monarch.
The society’s Philippa Langley, who helped launch the search for the king, said she could scarcely believe her quest had paid off.
“Everyone thought that I was mad,” she said. “It’s not the easiest pitch in the world, to look for a king under a council car park.”
Now, she said, “a wind of change is blowing, one that will seek out the truth about the real Richard III.”
For centuries, the location of Richard’s body has been unknown. Records say he was buried by the Franciscan monks of Grey Friars at their church in Leicester, 160 kilometres north of London. The church was closed and dismantled after King Henry VIII dissolved the monasteries in 1538, and its location eventually was forgotten.
Then, last September, archaeologists searching for Richard dug up the skeleton of an adult male who appeared to have died in battle.
ANDREW COWIE/AFP/Getty ImagesDr Jo Appleby, a lecturer in bioarchaeology at Leicester University, addresses a press conference in front of an image of the skeleton of Britain's King Richard III, at the university in central England, on February 4, 2013.
So many and unlikely are the twists in the discovery and identification of the remains of King Richard III, the last Plantagenet, dug up in a car park in Leicester, England, that one scarcely knows where to begin.
Let’s proceed chronologically.
Appleby said the 10 injuries to the body were inflicted by weapons like swords, daggers and halberds and were consistent with accounts of Richard being struck down in battle — his helmet knocked from his head — before his body was stripped naked and flung over the back of a horse in disgrace.
She said some scars, including a knife wound to the buttock, bore the hallmarks of “humiliation injuries” inflicted after death.
The remains also displayed signs of scoliosis, which is a form of spinal curvature, consistent with contemporary accounts of Richard’s appearance, though not with Shakespeare’s description of him as “deform’d, unfinished,” hunchback.
Researchers conducted a battery of scientific tests, including radiocarbon dating to determine the skeleton’s age. They found the skeleton belonged to a man aged between his late 20s and late 30s who died between 1455 and 1540. Richard was 32 when he died in 1485.
Significantly, project genealogist Kevin Schurer stated that he had confirmed the validity of earlier research by British historian John Ashdown-Hill — author of The Last Days of Richard III — that had traced the king’s maternal lineage to Joy Ibsen, Michael Ibsen’s late mother, in 2004.
Earlier on Monday, Ashdown-Hill had told a BBC interviewer how his genealogical sleuthing had led him from a line of descent starting with Anne of York — Richard III’s sister — to a long-sought “living link”: a British-born, retired journalist living in Canada, Joy Ibsen.
AP Photo/ University of LeicesterUndated photo made available by the University of Leicester, England, Monday Feb. 4 2013 of remains found underneath a car park last September at the Grey Friars excavation in Leicester, which have been declared Monday "beyond reasonable doubt" to be the long lost remains of England's King Richard III, missing for 500 years.
“It took me about two years, and an enormous family tree grew on my computer, because obviously one has to trace every possible line of descent — you don’t know which one’s going to die out in 1745, and which one is going to carry on to the present day, so you have to trace them all,” Ashdown-Hill recalled. “And it was a lady in Canada. The person we’re dealing with now is Michael Ibsen, but it was his mother, Joy, that I contacted in 2004, and fortunately her background was in journalism and she had an inquiring mind. She was also interested in her family history, but she had no idea about this connection. She was fascinated to be told this.”
REUTERS/Darren StaplesArchaeologist Mathew Morris sits in the trench where he found skeleton remains during an archeological dig to find the remains of King Richard III in Leicester, central England, September 12, 2012.
Joy Ibsen died in 2008 at age 82, but the so-called “mtDNA” marker she shared with Richard III is also carried by her children: Michael, who now lives in London, England, Jeff of Toronto and Leslie of Vancouver Island.
“It’s just unbelievable,” Michael Ibsen told Postmedia News after the skeleton was discovered in September. “You couldn’t have written a movie script better than this. They find a skeleton with an arrow in its back, a spine with scoliosis and a head wound from a sword. They might as well have found him with a plaque saying HERE I AM.”
The discovery is a boon for the city of Leicester, which has bought a building next to the parking lot to serve as a visitor center and museum.
The mayor, Peter Soulsby, said the monarch would be interred in the city’s cathedral and a memorial service would be held.
Asked if the late king would get a state funeral, Prime Minister David Cameron’s spokesman Jean-Christophe Gray said it was a matter for the university.
How's this for one helluva view?
Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper were spotted hanging out in Miami on Sunday, where they readily turned up the heat as they took in the sights from a hotel balcony.
But it was the hunkalicious duo who turned out to be the main view that day, as they doffed their shirts while chilling out.
Breathe now, people. Breathe.
Bradley Cooper talks mental illness, visiting troops in Washington, D.C.
Both reportedly kept it loose and laid-back, as they looked through binoculars while enjoying the sizzling Miami vibe not to mention the, ahem, area's natural beauty: The bro-tastic(rme) buddies supposedly couldn't stop ogling and pointing.
The duo recently caught up with each other at Sean Penn's "Help Haiti Home" charity gala last month, where DiCaprio famously split a $400,000 winning bid for a day date with Bill Clinton.
Then again, the 38-year-old actor did vow to take a "long, long break" from movies following his recent workhorse shooting schedule. And if that means soaking up some sun with pals like Cooper, then consider us sold on that master plan.
NBC handed out its 13th comedy pilot order Friday.
The network has picked up a semi-autobiographical comedy written by and starring hot stand-up comedian John Mulaney and executive produced by Saturday Night Live's Lorne Michaels.
The multicamera comedy is described as young ensemble vehicle loosely based on Mulaney's life.
The Universal Television entry hails from Michaels' Broadway Video shingle and 3 Arts and, should it go to series, would join Broadway's Up All Night at the network -- should the sophomore comedy's upcoming reboot prove successful.
The untitled comedy was one of a handful of projects Michaels' Broadway Video had in development this season, including entries starring Saturday Night Live's Kenan Thompson and Seth Meyers.
Michaels will exec produce the Mulaney project alongside Andrew Singer, Dave Becky and David Miner.
LOL this ep was so Gossip Girl light. Also, was that pharmaceutical girl Olga Kurylenko?

It's a little late because I watched Drag Race first (WHY ARE YOU ON AT THE SAME TIME). This post is brought to you by some creepy instead of actual fanboy Mike Weston
Beyoncé on Super Bowl Performance: ‘It Was Gone With the Wind Fabulous'
Well, shout out to Kenya Moore!
When asked about how her Super Bowl halftime show performance went, Beyoncé quoted Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Miss Kenya Moore saying ‘It was Gone With The Wind Fabulous‘.
Check it out below (1:45 Mark)!
Woo I got to meet Jessie Ware! This was at a show in San Francisco Jan 24th. It was at a small venue with only a couple hundred people. I went early to get front row. She came out after the show and took photos/signed stuff for a bunch of fans. If you're ever at the Rickshaw Stop in SF, if you stay after the show, I'd say it's like 90% likely you'll be able to meet the artist/band from what I've heard. During the show Jessie was saying how the crowd was the best except for the fact that the last show she did, someone gave her flowers. I was right in front of her and the only thing I could offer was a piece of gum. She laughed and made a joke. After the show she did actually take the gum I offered. Eventually someone did get some flowers for her though.
This was her opener, Canadian singer Rochelle Jordan. She was pretty awesome too and I would be glad if she made it big.
Who else did I meet?
Also went to see Emeli Sande Feb 4th at the Independent in SF! I went early again to get front row. She gave wristbands out to the first 15 people in line to do a meet and greet after the show with no extra charge! I got a picture and 2 signed set lists! (One set list is for a guy I met at the concert who couldn't get a wristband so I offered to have the set list he got signed and I'd mail it to him). What was more amazing is that 3 girls were under 21 and couldn't get into the venue. They were at the venue before me despite the fact there was no way they could get in. So while waiting outside, part of Emeli's crew would come out and chat to the girls. One guy went inside to have Emeli sign a CD for one of them. Gurl cried and I think her friend recorded it lol. Eventually all 3 girls were able to get in before the show just to meet Emeli since they were such diehard fans. Sadly, club rules meant they couldn't stay for the actual show. But so great of Emeli to agree to meeting them.
