- Cirque du Soleil is suing Justin Timberlake and co-authors Timbaland, James Fauntleroy and J-Roc over the song "Don't Hold the Wall".
- The lawsuit claims that the DHTW infringes on “Steel Dream,” from the 1997 Cirque du Soleil album “Quidam".
- Cirque du Soleil is seeking damages of "no less than $400,000".
- JT has been sued in the past by Sly and the Family Stone for his hit "Suit & Tie", and by Perry Kibble over his song "Damn Girl".
