Her lawyer: “Tellingly, the lawsuit failed to identify a single instance of actual copying or plagiarism by Cassie … There is little chance of anyone confusing Cassie’s young adult themes and orientation with the sometimes very adult storylines in Ms Kenyon’s books. Indeed, we expect that all of Ms Kenyon’s claims will be dismissed.”

Romance is in the air! To celebrate Valentine's Day, VH1 is airing a marathon of the "Of Love" reality shows: Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, and I Love New York.

Let's take a rose petal-stewn trip down Memory Lane and revisit some of the most romantic moments from the series.

9)Krazy romantically sings an, um, beautiful? song for Flav

Kraxy tried to romantically serenade Flav with a gorgeous song, but the result was, um, not what she intended.

    8) Flav Falls in Love with Deelishis's Booty

Flav falls madly in love with a certain part of Deelishis.

7)Heather Gets A Neck Tattoo of Bret's Name

After knowing Bret for only a few weeks, Heather decided to get Bret's Name Tattooed on her neck. She later changed it to "Bret Sucks."

6)Tiffany Gets Kicked Out, But Gets Back in Because She Made A Hat

Hot Mess Tiffany on Rock of Love got kicked out right away, but was let back in because of her undying love for Bret… and, you know, because she made a hat.

5)If She F*** Him Good, He Takes Her Ass to Red Lobster

    CbCZFYuW0AAlp_U.jpg - Free Image Hosting by imgup.net

Flav takes his dates to the most romantic spot ever… Red Lobster.

    4) Frenchie Declares Her Passionate Love for Stripping

Some people devote their lives to a higher cause, like showing their boob implants for money. Frenchie's one true love was stripping.

    3) New York asked of Tailor Made Would Get Penis Implants for Her, and He Says Yes

    realitychex-307x414.jpg - Free Image Hosting by imgup.net

    So romantic.

    2) Pumpkin Spits on New York

Pumpkin and New York got in a fight over Flav, leading Pumpkin to SPIT ON flawless diva Tiffany Pollard/New York.

    1) Somethin' Left Flav a Present On His Floor

Somethin' was so in love with Flav that she just couldn't hold it anymore.

Runners up: When Jes said that Bret and Heather should be together; when Flav proposed on the Flavor of Love 2 reunion show; when Frank the Entertainer sucked on New York's toes.

Leave your favorites in the comments, ONTD. Happy Valentine's Day.

    - Leon Herbert-led organization Creatives of Colour created the #BaftaBlackout protest echoing the sentiments of the #OscarsSoWhite campaign, addressing racial diversity in the choice of Bafta nominees
    - Actors of color are notably absent for major awards with the exception of John Boyega for Rising Star and Idris Elba for Best Supporting Actor

    - In their Facebook post, this is what the organization had to say:

    - Speaking on the issue, Stephen Fry earlier said to Yahoo News he would not bring up the issue at the BAFTA awards tonight where he is presenting. He insisted it was not an issue at the awards and public/voter enjoyment along with "courage of producers" should be rewarded.
    - Sacha Baron Cohen made some jokes on the red carpet tonight and then turned serious when saying, "I think there is an inherent prejudice in the film industry. The actual makeup of the films, the production staff, the directors and the actors are generally white and there needs to be greater diversity here and in America. I don’t think it’s that the members of the Academy are actually racist, I just don’t think they are presented with enough films that are diverse."
    - Kate Winslet expressed sympathy but said that she would like to turn the situation "into a positive" and that it has been a "fantastic year for women"

With the release of SwishWaves The Life of Pablo on TIDAL, TIDAL users had their eyes assaulted by the MSPaint-chic cover (Then again, it's probably divine punishment for even using TIDAL). By mild demand on ONTD, I will now show some of the worst albums to my recollection.

    1. Born This Way - Lady Gaga

Once upon a time, Lady Gaga was praised for her costumes, music videos, and album covers. Gaga sets a new standard in the music scene as her peers became increasingly dramatic in their visuals in response to Gaga's success. However, her visuals became increasingly questionable as her popularity declined. While there are many embarrassing Lady Gaga looks to choose from, nothing tops the Born This Way album. Maybe it's because the koons isn't in me, but the album makes no sense. How is it related to the album title or theme? Is she supposed to be a motorcycle going on the right track? Is she stating that she was born motorcyclekin? Regardless, the album cover was a clear sign of worse things to come: ARTPOP.

    2. Itano Tomomi - SxWxAxG

Itano Tomomi was arguably one of the most successful AKB48 girls. She established herself as the face of Shibuya. She had some of the strongest releases among the girls that had solo career. But just when it looked like she would solidify her place in the Japanese music industry, her image and music took a turn. Whether it's an attempt to discard her image as a member of AKB48 or a failed attempt at switch to a neo-gyaru image, her new image was ultimately in vain. Her debut album sold a little over 20,000 copies. It's okay Tomochin, the world is simply not ready for the guilty pleasure song known as SWAGGALICIOUS.

But that's enough about her career, we're here for the album cover. Just look at how edgy she is. Metaphorical weed. The bandanna. The SxWxAxG themed swag. She edgy. Yes. So edgy that it's 360 degrees.

    3. Miley Cyrus - Bangerz

Speaking of image change... We have Miley. I think no commentary is needed tbh.

    4. U2 - Songs of Innocence

So remember that time U2 released that free album on iTunes? Let me put on a tinfoil hat as I explain to you the conspiracy behind it. You see, the album cover features a picture of Larry (Drummer of U2 and no relation to the One Direction ship) hugging his shirtless son on the waist. Yeah, so I think it isn't an album. I think it's incestuous gay porn disguised as an album. Actually, doesn't ONTD have an incest kink? ... Yeah, I'm sure some of you guys now regret deleting that album now. It's okay. It's not first cousins. Not at all.

    5. Ayumi Hamasaki - Party Queen

Oh Ayu. Queen of J-Pop and duck lips. During the album's era, Ayu added a new backup singer to her entourage: Tim "Timmy" Wellard (Hint: Google Image search him). Being the generous queen she is, she let him produce some songs for the album and featured him in music videos (And probably the direction of the album/era). What we're left with is Ayu failing to twerk while singing "SHAKE IT, SHAKE IT SHAKE IT SHAKE IT", going around with a pink wig, and this album cover. Keep in mind that this is Ayumi Hamasaki: The queen of J-Pop and the richest woman in Japan. She has five music videos exceeding one million USD in production cost. She is known for lots of symbolism and deep messages in her visuals. Yet, here we are with a cheap and tacky cover.

Fun Fact 1: A twitter fan tweeted that she looked sad in the album covers. She responded "yesssssss youre a genius". So I guess she's a ~sad~ party queen.

Fun Fact 2: The album covers are actually recycled images from a magazine shoot. Economic queen tbh.

What other albums do you think deserve the title of "Worst Album Cover"?

    the skinny:
-original treatment for "Can't Fight It" video ended with him leaving the club with a woman, he knew he couldn't be dishonest and had the love interest changed to a guy
-decision to come out accelerated by a close friend passing away last year and meeting LGBT activist Shane Bitney Crone (of the documentary Bridegroom), who appears in the video
-Owen came out to his mother first, who "still loves [him] but it wasn’t easy at first. And she said some things that she apologized for".
-his advice for LGBT youth: "Surround yourself with people who love you unconditionally and who lift you up. Find your tribe. I promise there are people out there who will understand and love you. Life is short and tomorrow is never promised, so be proud of who you are and spend time with people who make you happy. You are no less a child of God than anyone else. You are worthy of love and happiness and shouldn't settle for anything less."
