During the course of production they reached out to him 3 times to hear his side and he never wanted to participate.
Riccardi says he's basically trying to come after them because his life is in shambles now and he's trying to protect his legacy (oop):
This is a man who was disgraced. He was forced out of office. He reportedly lost his job, his home, his marriage. He at one point, I believe, filed for bankruptcy. He was named as a defendant in a federal lawsuit brought by one of the victims.[...]I would say that he’s interested in trying to preserve the victory as his legacy as opposed to going down in history as a prosecutor who victimized vulnerable people.

Kit Snow comes to Rio, gets abs poked.
It's Snow in summer.
Kit Harington spent New Year's Eve in Brazil. The actor arrived earlier this week and was seen shirtless around Rio de Janeiro. His hard rock abs raised the suspicion of a woman on the beach who, after selling him some caipirinha (a typical brazilian cocktail), checked the fact for herself, turning into the jealousy target of many a woman around the globe.
Besides being poked, Kit Snow had lunch, bought groceries, excelled in sunscreen usage and celebrated the birthday of brazilian actor Selton Mello, a fellow capricornian, on the 30th, where he posed with the birthday guy and brazilian actress Grazi Massafera.
He also happily posed with a lot of fans, mostly women, according to twitter and tumblr.

Taylor Swift Caught Copying New Vid
After multiple sources compared Taylor Swift's Style video to Lana del Rey's Summertime Sadness, as well as people claiming her hit "Wildest Dreams" rips off Lana del Rey's "Without You,"people are claiming Swift is back to her copycat ways, this time stealing from someone even more popular than del Rey--K-pop idol Taeyeon.
After the debut of "Out of the Wood," people crammed her youtube page complaining about the similarities between the video and Taeyeon's video for I released earlier this year. It is worth noting that Taylor fans have already began attacking Taeyeon on her social media accounts. Proof that the truth hurts?
Both were filmed in New Zealand and contain similar themes and plots. Both singers meet their doubles on the beach. Both use the same stylized dreamy imagery.

James Rodriguez was chased to Madrid training ground by police after speeding.
James Rodriguez has started 2016 in the worst way possible. Being persued by the police for driving over 200km per hour. He arrived at Real Madrid's training ground after refusing to stop for the police, and when they eventually got in past security they took his car. James had already gone through and started training.
"We have secured a vehicle that was going 200km an hour on the M40," explained the police to Real Madrid's security.

The police were an undercover unit that had spotted James speeding his black Audi. He is set to be in a lot of trouble, both for the speeding offence and also ignoring orders from police.
edit: Rodríguez has since responded to the speeding, telling local radio station COPE, that he could not hear police’s sirens when they attempted to pull him over and that the cops’ undercover car frightened him because there are so many kidnappings in Colombia.

2. Apparently it was written by someone in the 30s and is the exact same except 'warm' and 'soft' are swapped on the show.

George Lucas sorry about throwing "White Slavers" ~banter~ at Disney
Following comments made on Thursday, referring to The Mouse House as "WHITE SLAVERS", George Lucas has since apologised.
The comment was made when discussing the Star Wars franchise, which was sold to Disney for $4 billion in cold hard cash, money the likes of which all of ONTD accumulatively will never see.
Referring to the films as his "kids", George said that he "sold them to the white slavers that take these things", but didn't finish that ~*interesting*~ thought, laughing when the interviewer moved on to the next question.
He also had some critical stuff to say about the route Disney decided to go with recent ONTD obsession, The Force Awakens, saying that "they wanted to do a retro movie. I don't like that. Every movie, I worked very hard to make them different" ('different' being how people now refer to sets made of nothing but green cloth bought in bulk).
George saw a bit of sense thanks probably to his Team and Internet Backlash, and had this to say in clarification:
"I want to clarify my interview on the Charlie Rose Show. It was for the Kennedy Center Honors and conducted prior to the premiere of the film. I misspoke and used a very inappropriate analogy and for that I apologize. I have been working with Disney for 40 years and chose them as the custodians of Star Wars because of my great respect for the company and Bob Iger’s leadership. Disney is doing an incredible job of taking care of and expanding the franchise. I rarely go out with statements to clarify my feelings but I feel it is important to make it clear that I am thrilled that Disney has the franchise and is moving it in such exciting directions in film, television and the parks. Most of all I’m blown away with the record breaking blockbuster success of the new movie and am very proud of JJ and Kathy."
