Mariah's movie will start shooting in October, titled 'Melody & Mistletoe' Mariah will direct and cameo as a music school teacher.

The movie will appear on the Hallmark channel (idk what that is) on December 19th at 8pm. Mariah will protray a music teacher who helps the new girl in town write a song for the town's christmas show. The film will be filmed in Cincinnati (again, idk what that is) and if you want to be an extra you can apply here

The main Digimon website updated this weekend with some new information about the characters and story.

From the story portion:

Digimon Adventure tri. Chapter 1, “Reunion”

It’s been 6 years since Yagami Taichi and the Chosen Children went to the other world, the Digital World, in that summer adventure, and 3 years since Yagami Hikari and the others’ last battle against BelialVamdemon (MaloMyotismon for my fellow dub nerds).

As peaceful days continue, the gate to the Digital World closes at one point. Time passes without even the Chosen Children knowing why it has closed… (what the fuuuuuuuuuck)

Then, one day, a Kuwagamon suddenly appears in Odaiba. The town is destroyed and people flee in panic from its rampage. Taichi, who happens to see the Kuwagamon by chance, chases after it alone in order to stop it. But Taichi is powerless to do anything against the Kuwagamon by himself.

“It’s no good… I can’t do anything on my own…”

As Kuwagamon closes in on Taichi with a roar, his Digivice suddenly begins to glow bright–
“Taichi, you sure got big!”
At the sound of that familiar voice, the story turns largely once again.

Yagami Taichi, 17-years-old, high school.

so in a shocking turn of events, 02 is still canon and somehow the writers are going to make this work into the established canon. this makes me actually okay with the fact that the 02 kids are looking to not feature prominently because their epilogue ending was even bigger bullshit than yamato's ending so yeah, spare my children. on the flip side, i hope we get lots of QUEEN MIMI ♥

There's a big ol' silver lining for the original screenwriter of the Jennifer Lawrence film.

- Bridesmaids writer Annie Mumolo spent over a year writing the script based on Joy Mangano's life, who will be played by Jennifer Lawrence in the film released later this year
- David O. Russell swooped in like a soul-sucking eagle and re-wrote the script so much that Fox 2000 decided he deserved a sole screenplay credit
- As Mumolo is also a producer on the film, she opted for a Writers Guild arbitration to dispute the credit. She received a 'story' credit, Hollywood's version of 'thx for your effort, I guess...??' BUT if the film won an Oscar she would share the award with Russell.
- A source states that Mumolo was quite upset about this and that she had become emotionally invested in the script, getting to know the real Mangano very well
- Russell is no stranger to ruining other people's hard work! He previously re-wrote the scripts for both Three Kings and American Hustle. Who were the real writers you ask? Who knows!

-After lots of production troubles, Jane Got a Gun was supposed to come out September 4. There'd been a notable lack of promotion for the movie since there were only random stills with no poster or trailer in sight.

-Turns out Relativity is heading for bankruptcy so a lot of their movies are in limbo. Jane Got a Gun was able to avoid limbo due to certain backers and connections.

-The Weinstein Co will be releasing it this November in Europe. The US release isn't until February 2016.

-To recap this is the movie where director Lynne Ramsay didn't show up on the first day, there was a revolving door of male leads, Gavin O'Connor was found as a replacement rather quickly, and the producers tried suing Ramsay.

-Ewan McGregor, Noah Emmerich, Joel Edgerton and Rodrigo Santoro star alongside Portman in this Western where a woman must turn to her former fiancee for help after her husband is shot up by a vengeful local gang.

Chris Crocker, of "Leave Britney Alone" fame has deleted his YouTube channel due to an increasing number of trolls. As Chris explains in a video posted to his official Facebook page, YouTube still allows for people to comment anonymously, which makes it easier for people to post hateful messages. According to a message posted on his personal Facebook page, he's working on his mental health and "focusing on positivity." He's still posting videos on his official Facebook page. Additionally, he said in a recent Facebook video that he's going to be working on new music.

Chris was one of the first viral stars and, as he explains in this video, the first YouTuber to do talk shows and gain mainstream notoriety.

- Tuesday Knight (Patricia Arquette's replacement for Dream Master) was approached by the studio
- He says they might be remaking Dream Warriors because they already just remade the original so it would be pointless to do it all over again
- The studio won't bring him back (Freddy doesn't exist without Robert, sorry) but maybe they'd bring him back as an elderly dream doctor.

Tbh, I don't agree with him it was just a shitty film with awful effects, no good personalities, no suspense and Freddy was lifeless. In the right hands the franchise could be better.
