Like many people around the world, I was extremely moved by the recent tragedy surrounding the hunting and killing of the beloved lion know as Cecil. As you may be able to tell I am a HUGE animal lover an it drives me crazy when I see these beautiful creatures destroyed for no good reason. In fact, I’ve decided to get personally involved and hopefully our efforts can help educate people and prevent these horrible things from happening in the future.

As some of you may also know I was one of the animators on “The Lion King” – When I heard the news about Cecil I got inspired to create a tribute image. It’s not much but hopefully it will make people think.

Meghan Trainor visited Sirius XM's "The Morning Mash Up" today, where she talked about expensive shoes, fake eyelashes, and kissing Charlie Puth. During the interview Meghan was asked if she was dating anyone and she told the hosts that she's currently single.



The hosts then mentioned recent celebrity breakups, and Meghan said that Ariana Grande told her that dating is hard and that she's being very careful. Meghan continued, explaining that if she were to breakup with a guy, she wouldn't write any mean songs about him. Meghan said, "I would be the best girlfriend, I wouldn't write any mean songs. I'd be like, 'You are so nice, even on your mean days.' I would be so nice to him!"

Singer-songwriter Ryn Weaver took to Twitter to directly address Demi Lovato's comment about being a feminist before it was cool to be one. A follower shared Demi's quote with Ryn, and Ryn decided to directly tweet Demi. Ryn told Demi that feminism isn't a trend that should be considered cool or trendy, and that everyone should be a feminist. She then started to respond to followers on Twitter and even retweeted a tweet from a Demi fan telling her to shave her armpits.

On top of that, Ryn Weaver also responded to pissed off fans about her set times. Ryn is playing a show in Toronto today, and many fans were angry that the venue improperly listed the start of Ryn's set as 8pm instead of the actual set time of 10pm.
